The L&S Travel team was wonderful in helping my family book our first-ever family vacation to the Orlando, Florida area. I knew nothing about Disney and Universal Studios and Becky was so patient with me and all of my questions. I'm a worrier so I like to make sure I have everything down and the team was just wonderful in helping to calm my nerves. All my reservations were fantastic! We stayed at the All-Star Movies Resort on the Disney Property and even added a new reservation shortly before leaving and it was handled beautifully. We also stayed at the Cabana Bay resort at Universal and LOVED IT! My girls fell in love with this hotel and are begging to go back. I highly reccomend this hotel to others! Thanks L&S Travel for a great family vacation!

I utilized this company via a wedding party. I had purchased insurance for my wife and I and 2 months prior to departure, I had to cancel my wife’s reservation. I was told that if I had cancelled I would be spending $200 less. How is that possible ? Apparently they would have to rebook my entire trip .... then what is the point of insurance? ... after numerous emails .. I decided to CC the owner of the company... within one hour... magically $1000 was added to my refund. I still paid more money based on “rebooking. ” you wil feel you are dealing with people that were kind and helpful but will end up with personnel that were uninformed and lacked the knowledge that should have been provided.FYI my wife could not attend due to medical reasons with proper documentation. The owner was the saving grace in this situation and l understand that it’s a job that may get hectic but their employees are not qualified to provide the service that this job demands... I, nor will anyone I know use this company!

This is my second time using L&S Travel. Most certainly will not be my last. I would highly recommend them on any of your travels. Everything was done properly so I could just do the fun part of my vacation. I traveled with a group of around 35 people who had also used L&S Travel. Some being first time travelers. They had no look of panic or fear, because everything was explained for a safe travel.

Last year my wife and I took the trip of our lives. When we started to reserch all we did was worry....right flight....will they speak English....will we see all we want to see....how will we pick a good hotel....so we called Lindsay. From the first call she was happy for us and engaged. She listened closely to what we wanted and mapped it all out at a reasonable pace for us....she even included a few suprises Because of her guidance we saw almost all we wanted to see and stayed in amazinly comfotable and beautiful hotels When we got there we were not forgotten. She called to check we landed o.k. she kept us on track and made sure we were happy. So no suprise when planning a much less glamorous trip she sent us a package that looks amazing. I used L& S Travel to plan my large destination wedding at Iberostar Suites in Montego Bay, Jamaica in August 2016. Lindsay is great at soliciting business, but the execution of my guests' travel arrangements was extremely flawed. Some of the major difficulties I encountered were: -Guests not being able to speak with someone on the phone. It took 24-48 hours for someone to call you back. Rarely did someone answer the phone. -Most communication and arrangements are done through email, so if you have older guests that are not email savy then that is an issue. -My guests were told in writing that if they did not book through L&S Travel then they could not attend the wedding, which was false. -A week before the wedding, approx. 10 guests did not receive their travel documents. When I inquired about this, Lindsay told me to stay out of the middle of it. -A guest had their reservation cancelled due to a computer error on their part. I had to prove to her that the final payment was received. -There were outside agencies and associates such as Exclusive Wedding Group involved in the planning, but not introduced. -When guests did receive their travel documents, my last name was misspelled. -About 3 months before my wedding, a person that I was never introduced to (Bill) informed me through email that he would be handling my wedding. When I objected, that is when I received an email from Lindsay. -There were no apologies offered, accountability taken or compensations for errors. -The tone of emails and conversations were sarcastic and unprofessional when issues arose. -One guest was being charged $200 to correct the spelling of a name that was the agency's error, but the airline charged $5 to fix the same error. -Emails regarding travel updates said Mexico even though I was getting married in Jamaica. -Guests also received information about Sandals, but my wedding was at Iberostar Suites. -Some guests were either not on the hotel transfer sheet or their flight information to receive a transfer was incorrect. Save yourself the headache and choose another agency. Working with L & S Travel was a stressful experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to experience.

Lindsay and her team were awesome and helped me book a great trip. My airfare, resort, and transfers (which were included free of charge) were booked flawlessly and that allowed my wife and I to not have to worry. I was also given access to an app which contained all of my travel documents and an itinerary so I knew what to do each day. I will definitely use L&S Travel for my next vacation.

I am currently working with L&S Travel to attend a wedding in Jamaica during the month of August. Since my first encounter with this company everything has been a problem, even in terms of contacting someone to speak with or even trying to have someone return my phone calls....which have been many. However this last encounter was the complete worst. On yesterday, April 27, 2016, at 11:45am, I send an email to Lindsay, due to her being out of town/country, I was referred to Ms. SUSAN BLYTH. On my initial email I asked a very simple question (or at least I thought it was), "Will you please forward me MY balance as it relates to invoice number ####." SUSAN BLYTH sent me everything but what I asked for which was MY individual balance. She sent me the balance of my roommate and the total cost of the room, yet NEVER sent me MY balance as it related to MY travel in August. SUSAN BLYTH even went as far as dividing the total cost of the room by two and telling me that I owed half! Really, if it were that simple I would NOT have sent an email to find out the specifics of exactly what is owed by ME. As I sit to write this review on April 28,2016 at 6:35pm she has yet to send MY balance. SUSAN BLYTH told me via email and I quote, "I SUGGEST YOU PROVIDE ME WITH WHAT YOUR ACCOUNTING REVEALS IS OWED BY YOU.' She then went on to say,"THE BALANCE DUE ON THE ROOM IS $$$$, HOW THE BALANCE IS PAID IS UP TO YOU AND YOUR ROOMMATE." Really?!? Everything about what she said to me, a customer of L&S Travel lacks professionalism! From the time I sent my initial email she never once thought to pick up the phone to provide Excellent Customer Service as well as defuse the situation, address my concerns, and ensure that all was well. Instead she would rather keep a paper trail of unnecessary emails which wasted both of our time. Many businesses gain business by word of mouth referrals, you should remember that while conducting business.

Lindsay of L&S put together an awesome 25th wedding anniversary trip to Jamaica. It was a special time for me and my wife not only because it was our 25th anniversary, but also because my wife has been fighting breast cancer and Lindsay helped put a trip together that we will never forget. Lindsay is not just a business owner, not just a travel agent....Lindsay's helps create memories, helps us really enjoy what being with someone you love is all about. That's not just a vacation or a trip away...its so much more than that and we realize that more now than ever considering the battle my wife has been through. Thank you Lindsay...you made a trip a memory that will last the rest of our days...and you did more than your "job"....you did it with caring compassion and for that we are grateful. We will never call on anyone else for our future travel...you can be assured of that.

Lindsay is simply the best! We have used her twice to plan resort getaways and are always stunned at the efficiency of her planning and how we are taken care of throughout the planning and travel. We used L&S Travel for our destination wedding to Mexico in January 2018, I started communicating with Lindsay in May 2017 about coordinating my trip. My experience working with this small business was positive. I'm not going to say we didn't come across a few hiccups while planning because we did, but nothing that couldn't be fixed or changed by communicating. Anyone is crazy to think this wouldn't happen when planning a trip with 20+ people out of the country so take any negative reviews with a grain of salt. I would recommend L&S travel to anyone looking for a professional travel agent and I will use them again for future trips.

I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with Lindsay and L&S travel multiple times over the past few years. This fact alone shows how highly I think of her and her business. I was a guest/bridesmaid in a wedding she planned in Mexico in 2015, I was going on a girls trip with a few friends in 2016 that she planned, and this summer I, myself, worked with her to plan my own destination wedding. Lindsay is extremely professional, down to earth, willing to work with her clients to make their dreams and wishes come true, and she will be your advocate with resorts when things don't seem to be going exactly as planned. Lindsay made the planning of my wedding extremely easy and manageable. I never felt the "bridal stress" that most brides talk about when planning for the big day. She kept me on a schedule over the 18 months of planning, she held all parties to the high standards I expected, was meticulous with record keeping when it came to conversations with all involved, work to help all of my guests get to the wedding, and most of all found an AMAZING resort that fit my needs so I could feel safe in knowing my wedding would be perfect even without being on sight prior to the big day. I strongly suggest using her for not only destination weddings, but she is extremely knowledgeable about other trips and travel as well if that is what you are looking for. I chose to attach non-professional photos so you could see the BEAUTIFUL resort, decor, and beach that Lindsay helped us find so you can see for yourself how amazingly high her expectations are when she is helping you plan for your upcoming trip.

We went to Italy in June 2014 and the trip was AMAZING! It wasn't a honeymoon, just a "last vacation before baby #2" trip. Lindsay picked awesome hotels in the center of downtown areas so we could walk to everything. She also mailed me a folder with all tour/transportation tickets already printed and in order for when I needed them. The detailed itinerary was extremely helpful for letting us know when tours had to be confirmed. She made our busy itinerary (which we wanted) seem extremely easy and we ended up with the perfect balance between downtime and touring time. (Ask her for my itinerary if you're going to Italy bc it was PERFECT!) It would have been too hectic for me to plan this myself. It was probably our best vacation ever!

Sue is wonderful! We used her to plan our honeymoon trip. It was my husband and I's first time out of the country and everything was seamless! We enjoyed our trip so much to Punta Cana, that we are now planning our 1 year anniversary trip to visit again. I would highly recommend using L&S Travel!
