Love this agency. They have helped us get different cruises and some special deals. They are very friendly and go above and beyond.. We use Jo but all the staff are great. Ronnie has been in the business for years and has alot of experience.

Ronnie Liadis is a pretentious and greedy business owner. She attempted to assist my husband and I in making trip arrangements and did not want to hear what we were looking for in a vacation. She is impatient and has a snobby tone to her voice. She calls herself an expert. She charges a fee upfront and doesn't want to do a thing to customize it because she is on auto pilot. The best is when she told me "THIS HOTEL FALLS ALL OVER MY CLIENTS" she obviously gets kick backs from the hotels she recommends.........stand clear from this travel agency!!!!!!
