Here you have the information of real people who used the products and services of Lenzner Tour and Travel/Coach USA (Travel Agency) in the area close to the state of Pennsylvania.
At the moment the firm has a score of 4.0 stars over 5 and that rating has been calculated on 58 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is high, and it's founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the valuation is very reliable. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they are satisfied, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to place tatings when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

The driver was very nice
Went to Seven Springs Autumn fest. Susan the host and Ray thr driver were great - friendly, helpful and fun. Will try Lenzer again soon.
Awesome
I started working for Lenzner Coach Lines 2-26-2018. I have been in training and enjoy it very much.
Their drivers either cannot read or refuse to follow traffic signs. The Wheeling (WV) Suspension Bridge was built in 1849. It is a treasured, historic landmark. There are 2-ton weight limit signs clearly posted at both ends of the bridge. Plus, height restrictions. In June 2019 one of their drivers disobeyed the posted signs and now the bridge is shut down waiting a timely and pricey inspection. Shame on this company and the irresponsible drivers they employ.
My sister and I took my mom to NYC for a day trip. Our guide, Joe, was informative & helpful and our driver, Rich, was courteous & safe. We had a wonderful time. I took a "retired" backup iPhone along for music & chose to leave in on the bus in my tote with my blanket. When I unpacked my tote at home the next day I realized it was missing. I called Lenzner at 10:30 at night. and got a live person. Either our guide, driver, or another passenger found it & turned it into the Lenzner office. Both Donna who I spoke with that evening and Karen who took care of returning the phone to me were so kind & helpful. Thank you Lenzner for a wonderful pre-Christmas safe trip and holiday kindness!
Professional and safe
Super driver

Always a great trip at a reasonable price.
Lenzner employees, from the office to the garage to the drivers and tour directors, have always worked to provide the best customer experience for myself and my groups. Thank you all!
I went on a bus trip to Cleveland with family last July. This is a bus company that I would recommend to travelers because it has Wi-Fi service on the buses. And, you get to the destination on time.
Trying to leave a review for the school bus part of lenzner if I could if give them 0 the worse company ever the bus drivers run the show there disrespectful to the dispatcher as well as the parents the manager and the bus driver had an attitude cause a new stop was added to there run that they don't wanna do the dispatcher called the driver over the radio to tell her to pick my daughter up at her new stop the driver told her she wasn't going to that it's an inconvenience for her so she put me on hold then told me my daughter will be picked up at her new stop my daughter stood at her stop for 45 minutes and no one showed I had to pay for my daughter to get a ride from the northside to Robinson my daughter had first student last year and they were great no issues and if there was they were very nice I would not recommend this company to anyone I'm upset my kids have to ride these buses ugh
They suck
I highly recommend the NYC tour with Joe as the tour guide & Dave as the driver. With only two nights in New York, we certainly made the most of our time. Shanksville on the way, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, a guided tour of the city, Ellis Island and the awesome Carmine's for a delicious dinner. This was our first bus trip with Lenzner/Coach USA, and we will definitely be taking more. Thank you!
We were very disappointed with the service we received for transportation for our wedding. Catherine and her team were all very nice during the whole booking process but the day of our wedding the service was awful. I received a call from my guests after the shuttle was already late and had not received a call from the driver at all. They were supposed to call us if anything changed. He claimed that the bus had a problem with its air conditioning and that he did not realize this until he was halfway to the hotel and then had to turn around to get a different bus. Calling their emergency weekend line the person I talked to had no idea what was going on and could not help us. It was very frustrating to deal with this on our wedding day. The driver ended up being about a half an hour late picking up our guests for the reception meaning that our guests arrived to the reception over a half hour late. We had arranged a one hour cocktail hour and after getting there late most guests were unable to take full advantage of this time. We were very disappointed as we had paid for appetizers during this time that ended up not getting eaten because there was no one there. They never followed up with a call to apologize and I had to call them back to complain the following week. They said they would give us a tiny 10% refund, which was pretty insulting, and then they never even sent that to us. Very terrible customer service after the fact and bad service on the day of when it really mattered, so disappointed. Edit: We finally received a check for the 10% refund.
Rude customer support. The commuter is conveient, drivers are nice, but the company relies on paper signs hung in the front of the bus to notify their riders of schedule changes. Make sure you read them or you might miss your bus! I wouldn’t bother to contact support, because it’s your fault for not reading/noticing the signs.

Enjoyed the experience
I took a trip with Lenzner and they have amazing trip package with free wifi, and toilets on the bus, plus I was allowed to eat and drink while enjoying the scenic route, meet new people, and see new places.
We used Lenzner Tour (Coach USA) to transport 100+ guests from the Pittsburgh Airport to our wedding site (45 minutes away). This was the part of the wedding that stressed me out the most initially, but Becky from Lenzner tours helped ease that concern from the first time I reached out through the final trip back! All of our guests enjoyed the buses and I enjoyed the fact that the drivers were on-time, professional, and reliable for a fair cost. I strongly recommend Lenzner Tours and specifically Becky!
One star only because you have to give them something. They could care less about customer service and honest answers. Just take the money. Would never recommend! Buyer beware!
Great trips
Used many times, great tour company
Excellent driver
Went twice so far would go again
We rode with Daniel to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Friday 28th. Dan was so pleasant and felt so safe with his expert driving.we would ride with Dan anytime....
Disappointing customer service. I have been a Lenzner customer at around $200 / month, since this service started in 2011. I recently called the Lenzner office when I discovered I had nine tickets that had expired the month before. They told me Tickets are valid for three months - as marked on ticket. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS! After doing over 11,000 dollars with a business, I was hoping for a little consideration. The Port Authority is more flexible, has better customer service and cost considerably less. The drive to the Port Authority’s park and ride now seems a lot closer than it used to.
Had ball
Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
If you have good travel companions and don't mind sitting on a bus, Lenzner Tour are great. Their staff on the buses are very personable, the trips are pleasant, and the expectation are laid out for you (timetables are provided and are followed, etc). I highly recommend Lenzner for tours.

Blaring video, said they would turn it down and did't. Ice cold bus. Rude driver and guide. Worst tour group ever!!
Nothing but old people 60 and ☝
Love it
I took the 2 night trip to NYC. The pluses--nice driver (Frank), nice guide (Joe), safe trip, time frame for arrival, departure was as promised, the September 11 Memorial, the Flight 93 Memorial and Ellis Island are so moving and worth seeing, dinner at Carmine's was very good. The minuses--we had to get up at 3:30 in the morning the day the tour began because it leaves Pittsburgh so early, the 2 hour NYC bus tour was like most bus tours--you can only see what's on your side of the bus and then only up to the top of the bus window and most of the time you have no idea what building the tour guide is talking about. So I could have done without the tour. Also, this trip should be spread out over 3 nights with more time at Flight 93, the September 11th Memorial, and Ellis Island and more sleep for those on the tour.
2 terrible experiences with this company, one trip to New York, one to Chautauqua. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. Never again, that's for sure!! Too many other tour companies out there.
