DO NOT USE COACH USA ERIE. It is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. In a span of two weeks, my bus neglected to even show up at my stop 3 times! I cannot count on the Jamestown-Olean line to get me home from college on a consistent basis. In addition to this, their phone operators tend to be snarky when you call to voice your concern, or don’t answer at all!!!

Extremely unreliable in their set routes through Jamestown-Dunkirk-Buffalo Area. One week the excuse was a flat tire, the other week the excuse was a broken down bus, saying that they could not control "mechanical malfunctions". Um... It seems like you are not running regular maintenance on these buses. These aren't malfunctions just mechanical neglect that is causing habitual delays. You have people people waiting outside in this cold weather for hours for a bus that may or may not come. It's getting ridiculous.
