I had The misfortune of doing business with Wilkins and associates real estate.unfortunately they had the listing of a piece of property we were interested in.after making our interest known to this office and the amount of our offer.after a couple of weeks we became anxious for the sale and decided to make a cash offer to finalize this purchase I was reassured that the entire office knew that we were interested in this property. we set in motion a cash offer first thing in the morning which managed to take all day, and for some bizarre reason these people representing the property owners never inform them of this possible offer for their property! and by the end of the day we were told that a lesser offer was accepted by the property owners that morning.I guess I could somewhat understand this if an offer came in from another real estate representing a buyer. but instead it was from the very same office that we were dealing with for the last 2 weeks.these poor property owners were duped they never learned that they had a higher offer already sitting in the office that they're paying thousands of dollars to represent their best interest in a real estate sale shame on you Wilkins!

Worked with one of your agents in the Milford office and I would like to start off by saying that his lack of knowledge and experience is extremely embarrassing. Buying a home should never be this difficult. Especially with the process that I went through with this guy . Needless to say I ended up stepping away from him after the last situation . So my search for a house continues . I’m sure you have some amazing agents working in that office but I was dealt a sour apple . I understood he was only doing this type of work for a few years but I still gave him the benefit of the doubt . I recently backed out of contract with him because of the issues that came with not just the house but just the misleading and lack of Knowledge he had on the situation . I never felt so pressured in my life and it was an awful feeling. I just don’t have it in me to name drop this guy but I hope he gets his act together ASAP or I’m sure he’ll be out of a job soon enough . I take it as a lesson learned though . Do my research on the local realtors in my area . I must add that after terminating contract I have yet to receive my security deposit . To my understanding the seller does have 30 days to return but I believe it should be the agents responsibility to retrieve it for the buyer . Just as fast as I cut the check for the deposit I should be able to get it back right away with no issues . I won’t sit here and say I won’t recommend your office but I will say that I will Never recommend this gentleman. Hopefully he finds a new career .

We made an offer on a beautiful piece of property in Milford which is very hard to find outside of a community. Though we offered cash, the agent procrastinated on dealing with our offer saying she was doing "the paperwork". Our offer was NEVER presented to the seller and in the meantime another buyer offering LESS money came into the picture and won the property. That's a loss for the seller, a loss for us, and a loss for the real estate. What happened here??? We are very disappointed!!! And just to add, the offer that won the property came in through the SAME real estate office, which makes the debacle even harder to understand. Serious lack of communication in the Milford office!!
