I stopped by here one weekday afternoon to get a passport photo, which is free of charge for members. I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes until it was my turn. Unfortunately it seems like there is one main desk for all sorts of transactions and services, so understandably some people took significantly longer than others. Aside from that, my visit was pleasant, the associate that helped me was efficient and polite, and I got what I needed.

Went in to get 2 titles transferred. The lady took an hour and a half to complete the process, was on the arrogant side, very unfriendly and uncommunicative, usually just pointed to stuff and said 'sign here'. Had to make 2 calls to find answers to questions she was confused about, and was apologizing to her colleague that they couldnt close because she was still trying to finish up. Not like it was our fault she took so long to do her job, we stood around most of the time waiting for her. AAA has really gone down hill, only a couple bucks less than going to a license service place but probably worth it from now on. Also if you ask for directions, none of the agents 'know' anything, they just look up on google maps. Boy, big help there..... On a different occasion, I also had to call roadside assistance one time out of state and it was so poorly handled, was pathetic. I had a uhaul trailer and had superior service from uhaul. They set me up with a local uhaul, coordinated EVERYTHING, and got me home for a very reasonable price and I had a contact number to call to the same person if I had any issues. Talked to same guy the whole time. AAA disconnected and transferred me 5 different times as my phone was ready to die after being on with them for 1 1/2 hours, and all I got was an initial tow and they didn't even relay the pertinent info to the tow driver I specified 3 different times. The tow driver said that's pretty typical. At least he was nice. All AAA is good for is lockout and battery service and local towing. I got Allstate motor club for my daughter, better price and benefits....

This office is currently undergoing some renovations (as of 4-22-18) but is still very usable. I was in to do a title transfer that went quickly. The woman who was taking care of us was very friendly to both us and my two year old who insisted on taking everything off her desk to show it to her while I signed the paperwork.

SCAM. AAA tried to scam me into paying $260 for tag and title and wasted an hour of my time. They did not keep the quote they promised upfront. I drove 10 minutes down the street to CC's Tag & Title who provided an honest and fair cost UPFRONT of $190. CC provided very fast and friendly service. Thank you CC tag and title.

I had to go in and update my account. It is fun checking all the stuff. They keep a variety of Resque tools there like a Window Breaker-Seatbelt Cutter and a buzzing ear device for when you start dozing off. Great for those long trips.

My wife and I went in at 9:30 this morning to get my wife's driver's license photo card. The clerk we got had never done a photo card before so we waited for another clerk that could help her. The other clerk was on the phone. After waiting a while the clerk finished the call and immediately took another call. This was obviously a personal call as she was laughing, giggling and whispering some parts. The clerk that was helping us had to call someone to help and spent nearly half an hour getting thru the process. When our clerk was nearly done the other clerk finished her call and immediately got up and went to the back room and closed the door. She did not reappear until we were almost done and did not offer any help. This is completely rude and inconsiderate behavior. I will give the clerk that helped us credit for getting thru the process for the first time and being very courteous thru the process.

I was very disappointed that after being a member of AAA since 1967, that I was not able to get help with planning my Disney trip from the AAA travel agents at the York office. They told me that since I booked my hotel stay outside Disney, that they could not help me with planning within the park. I went back to look at the services that AAA is suppose to offer it's members, and help with travel and vacation planning is one of those services that is to be provided.

Had car insurance with AAA for 7 years. It has gone up $300 since I got their insurance. This year it went from $672 a year to $832. No tickets,accidents , no claims , no DUIs.I called & they offer to reqoute. Haha, a $30 savings. I switched to another insurance and saved $328 Good bye AAA car insurance

I picked up an EZ Pass on Friday at AAA. The lady had me write down my pin#, User ID, and password. I said...I'd rather activate my transponder on my own as the website says I have 72 hours to do so. She says NO, we activate it now or you can't have it. I even paid $5 to have the convenience of having her type in my information. Did I mention I waited 49 minutes for this to happen? Fast forward to today, 3 days later. I cannot access my account. It won't say if it's my email or my password that she screwed up. I can't even get it fixed today because its a holiday.

Went in to look at options for an all inclusive wanted to speak with someone and have them go over stuff, the lady handed me a book and said look through here if you see something you like let me know and they would book it, I thought travel agent were supposed to actually go over and explain stuff not just hand you a book.
