Amazing and Friendly staff! 1/2 way to the Beach & my tire came off! Was taken to a AAA shop & then told had to wait until Monday because no one was open. The Manager (Jim or Tim) went as far as to give us a ride to the only open car rental location 30 MILES AWAY!!! Well they would only accept Major Credit Cards!! They can't be debt either. He took us to 3 other near by places. The last one, HE went and put our rental on HIS credit card for us! This guy deserves to be a C/O, 4 weeks of paid vacationing, or SOMETHING! I truly was grateful for the 30 mile FREE ride! Then to go as far and get us a car rental in HIS name, I didn't know how to thank him or what to say! This guy will do whatever possible for his customers! Please choose THIS AAA for ANY repairs or services! If you go anywhere else, your car could be in way better hands!

This has just been a terrible experience. I called to bring my car in for diagnostics and they told me it would take a half hour to an hour to get it done. I have been here for 2 hours and they still have not even brought my car into the shop. This is infuriating. I should have picked a different shop to go to. The tiny 5% discount was not worth the hassle and time I have wasted here. I will not be returning and I will be finding a shop that can give accurate times, or at least have the decency of telling me if their is an issue with the time they quoted me.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! I spent over $600 to get my alignment and tires fixed and two days later I have a completely flat tire. When I called to speak to someone, they couldn't care less. I'm a AAA member so I thought they would try to work with me but they didn't. So thanks to Jim for making a bad car experience even worse.

When my car got towed to AAA it wasn’t in good condition and it needed a lot of repairs. Bernard and Colin went above and beyond to make this unpleasant experience a positive experience. I called the 1800 AAA roadside assistance number. My vehicle was towed into shop on a Sunday. They seem friendly was able to fix the problem they said technician will be there Monday. Next day I called before they close. They said my car was ready at 830 am that morning they called. and they could not find out what causes noise, but said it came from my sway link bar front right side. needs to be replaced that's what causing the problem + My engine light code was on. for tow dia it be 50% off $118 made it $62 .. I arrive at aaa shop around 2:30 to pick up my vehicle. They give me a repair work invoice of $600+ balance. I told them about my car warranty.. he didn't understand me until I Told him warranty will pay my repairs. Car care call my warranty to set up a bill invoice. Start on it two days later after I call AAA on Wednesday January 2. I picked my vehicle up last week January 2 at 3-4. They finish my car work fast. when I get home the noise and engine light came on. I got a diagnostic test by pepboys auto. they said the same before triple AAA supposed to fix it .. so I called triple AAA back they said to bring it in Friday. I took car to them they said it was two pending code one p01711. Not just One code but two. They. Didn't fix or found the first time it came in. Then he said I had them turned light off.. I trusted AAA Car Care shop. But how you didn't diagnosed a problem when it was sent to you. They seem like money is what they were looking for. I want my car correct. With some lazy technician fixing cars? my car they Should give me a clear reason what my car needs not pending code. They didn't fix. other shops pulled up easy. That's how I knew they didn't fix it. Light was on for some time now. So becareful they may be charging you without fixing your car. yes

Stay clear!!!!! charged double-- lied then forgot to put plug back tightly and car died. what an awful place!!!! horrible people..they just want to hit a quota. go to a real repair shop and save yourself the hassle.

Took my car here to get my brakes repaired. $800 dollar bill. 20,000 miles later (of mostly highway miles) my brakes are completely worn down. Rotors, pads, AND calipers are in terrible condition. Went to a different place. The mechanics said it looked like the previous work on the brakes was done poorly.

Customer service is terrible. The mechanic clerk doesn't care on customer service or their needs. Had a bad attitude for helping, explain or actually move. I would not recommend this facility and reflects very badly on AAA service quality

My experience is similar to the others. Great customer service. I to needed a tire repaired (screw in tire) right before closing on a Saturday evening. The other service techs were busy so Colin (service manager) repaired it himself and got me back on the road. This was a totally new experience. I've only dealt with Bernard & Colin and they both are great. It's good to finally go to a service center that you can trust.

I came out of Doctors to find my tire flat. Called AAA and was told about an hour. Actually they were there in 10 mins, Marcus the tow drive was awsome. I ended up needing a new tire and he called a place and followed me there for safty.

I had my car towed here after experiencing issues with smoke coming from the hood. I asked them to simply perform an inspection, which they told me would be around 60. I chose not to have the repairs done that would enable my car to pass inspection, and the price then jumped from 60 to 100. When I asked why, I was told that an additional charge is placed on if you do not move forward with repairs. So truthfully, you are taking money from me for no reason.To be charged 100 dollars for you to simply look at my car is ridiculous and unfair. As a AAA member I would expect better pricing. I will never take my care here, there are many more affordable options if you want your car inspected.

The lady that assisted me was friendly BUT overall, my experience with AAA is not what I expected. Being a member, I was hoping to save money & HAVE NOT. Went for car repairs & they wanted to charge me double, car insurance decreased but my other bundled insurance increased. No savings on renting. Hertz charges over $100 compared to their competitors. Use AAA to help you plan your trip

I would avoid this place for the annual inspection. They will try to sell you everything they can. Their prices are totally unreasonable. Shop around for a better price and a more honest inspection of your vehicle.

This place is a god-send! After my local mechanic stopped having Saturday hours, I was at a loss. Then, I ended up getting a flat tire a few hours east. AAA got me back on the road with my spare and I drove right to the new West Chester location (on a Sunday, right before closing!) Fantastic service..they took me in, patched me up and got me on my way- even reminding me about my inspection! Later, I brought it in for inspection, and got the same excellent customer service! Fast, professional, caring and totally willing to go the extra mile! I got hooked up with a Premium membership and saved some $$ on my repairs! I would recommend this place to anyone with an automobile! Thanks to each of you that I had the pleasure to speak to! I will probably reach out for car insurance from you as well!

I love AAA and am a member but the manager on duty at this location wasted 35 minutes of my time in deciding whether or not they'd be able to help me. He ended up deciding that they would not be able to help me with my obscure car issue (understandable), but I don't appreciate the way he went about it or how long it took for him to process the situation. I went next door to Pep Boys where the crew was both much more approachable and helpful. They didn't even charge and laughed at a situation that had the other manager throwing a fit! Again, nothing bad against AAA, just my experience with this location.

Very impressed with the speed of the service and how nice the staff was. I stopped in for an oil change and inspection. They took me quickly and the service was in a good amount of time. The waiting area is also very well appointed and stocked. It was nice to be able to wait in a comfortable area with coffee, water and a vending machine. There was even a play area for the kids.

Love coming here for all of my auto needs. Not going to lie, being a member does help save with labor costs. Nonetheless, the prices are reasonable and the mechanics are honest. They fixed the ball bearings on my husband's Civic that his former mechanic could not fix. I also love weekend availability and shuttle service.

Changed oil. Got home. Started car. Oil exploded all over newly sealed driveway. Took back car. A vacation day lost. Cost of some $ b/c of that and a day of my free time (which, screwed up my whole vacation) so nothing that can redone is worth this. Jumped on horn to get repaired. Supposedly a "filter malfunction," but the gasket wasn't seated properly by the "mechanic". So, wasted day, wasted vacation day - or week, stress, and then a fix. BUT, WORSE!!!!!! .....my new sealed driveway was stained. Gave AAA a quote to repair. They tried to fix with chems, but no go. So I am stuck with a bill of about $350 to re-seal. My guestimate is about $1k of loss. In the meantime, I work from home and it looks terrible..when clients come.....but have to wait until summer to re-seal. Never got compensated, so on my dime???? Unhappy. Never again customer. Change you own oil with your own brain power. Zero stars not avail. Obviously not worth the $ I saved on Busch Gardens tix having AAA. Use you Insurance provider to change your tire if needed....AAA not worth it . . Boo
