My wife had a flat tire in the driveway. Her car is a 2015 Volkswagen Sportwagen. A person showed up to change the flat and did not know how to remove the tire. This person then just got up and left, leaving my wife stranded. I have lost a lot of trust with AAA over this issue. I would give less than 1 star if I could. The office itself is okay, but the roadside service is unreliable.

I'm in the middle of the woods needing my car jumped and have no one around to do so. So what am I supposed to do? If it weren't for the rediculous fees to notarize a title in penna,I would never have joined,horrible service,my stepson waited on hold for 20 mins with a flat,never got help. Called hum through Verizon, helped in 25 mins from call to fix. All notary ppl are busy constantly,never pick up phone,called 4 offices,same story. When membership is up,I won't renew

Horrible. Made me wait 2 and a half hours for a tow and when I called after 2 hours to ask what happened and if they were still coming, the woman on the phone told me that I'm not a priority to her, I can wait, and that they're not going to do anything else. Awful roadside assistance and customer service. Not worth it.

AAA Northampton on hecktown Road has got to be the worst place you could ever go to get your car transferred these people have no attention for detail are not very informative basically there are no help at all AAA is pretty much useless I recommend you find any other place to go no matter what the cost and I mean no matter what the cost just to save yourself the aggravation of ignorant people with no people skills thank you AAA of Northampton on hecktown Road you really suck

The staff need to take a few courses on friendly customer service, because the service is pitiful. Most of them look and act like they are being bothered when you ask for help. You seldom get greeted when you walk in and seldom get thanked when you walk out. I even got scorned by a cocky front desk woman because I took a FREE magazine 2 weeks in a row for coupons I needed, which in turn supports the Sponsors of the magazine. But more importantly I am helping to pay the staffs salary as a 27 year member!! If it wasn't for me and the many other long time members, they would be out of a job!

Premier membership value is questionable. Wait time is consistently 2-3 hours. Phone operators are polite, tow truck drivers are professional, but there's a disconnect somewhere. Is Triple AAA paying their contracted tow companies enough to respond to calls in a timely manner? I thought I would be an hour late to work this morning due to an unexpected flat tire. In reality, I was 2.5 hours late to work. That means lost wages and time.

Went to AAA to buy a backpack for our daughter for her birthday because we were leaving for vacation the next day.. My husband is a member and wasn't able to go because of being busy at work so he gave me his AAA number so that I could buy the backpack.. They would not allow me to buy it even with proof with my license.. They told me that I had to be a member myself to purchase something there. My husband pays for a membership What's the difference if he comes in or I come in and buy it?? We live in the same household.. Made me feel very upset.. Wouldn't have hurt for them to let me buy it with his numbers so that I could get the AAA discount. My husband ended up having to leave work early to go pick it up for me.. Not sure if we will continue our membership.. Didn't like the way I was treated there..

DON'T GET YOUR TITLE AND TAGS TRANSFERRED HERE. I have read the negative reviews about this AAA treating non members poorly. They are not prejudiced. They treat AAA PLUS Members poorly as well. Went in on Saturday morning to transfer title and get tags. Very rude female associate with an unprofessional attitude told me she would not go out to my car and verify VIN because it was slightly raining. It was drizzling very lightly at the time. She gave me a form to take to a car dealership and have my VIN verified by a certified mechanic. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS AAA LOCATION. I went to 2 local car dealerships and they were closed. Third dealership I went to was open and Service Adviser there laughed when I told them what AAA requested me to do. He told me they are all "rude and nasty..." at that AAA. Apparently the ASSociate's reputation at this AAA is well known. Got my form signed and went back to AAA and finally got tags and title transferred from a different associate. Will never go back to this AAA again.
