Would not recommend. Ridiculous to find location… Why have a map at all? Someone please edit it! By the time you find it you’ll have missed the first bus and it will be another hour before the next one comes along. Bus comes only in one hour increments to each stop. Too expensive for such lack of flexibility. Follow San Francisco’s example and send more buses in shorter increments of time and let people purchase tickets at any stop.

We recently took half-a-day bus tour to Multnomah Falls and Columbia River Gorge with this agency. The tour was fun and we had a great time. It was well-organized and kept on schedule. The guide was nice and knowledgeable.

I know that people have mixed feelings about the Big Pink Hop-On Hop-Off tour, but we loved it!! It was a great way to get to know Portland when we first moved here. We did get off at several places (the World Forestry Center-- so good and underrated), NW 23rd (good lunch spot), the Chinese Garden, the Rose Garden, etc. I know my brother did the tour and NEVER GOT OFF and his tour guide apparently drove him nuts (too much talking?). But come on, if you get off and hop on the next one, you'll have a different guide! I recommend this to visitors and friends. I would actually do it again since it has been a while. Thumbs up!

My family and I had the opportunity to go on both the city tour and the gorge bus, this was fantastic and fun! Just be prepared that in the trolley it's open to the air and will be cool in the spring and fall months. The bus that goes down the gorge is comfortable and large, the stops are adequate for taking bathroom breaks and photo taking. Each bus driver was friendly and even being a native Portlander I learned some very fun and interesting fact about my own city!

A bit disappointing compared to other cities same type tour. Not truly a hop on and off as you have to wait a long time or don't have enough time for next trolley. Driver seemed angry like she had a bone to pick with the city and the drivers. Since the driver is key in setting ambiance, they should find someone who has more of a sense of humor. Seats are smooth glossy wood so you'll slide around a lot. Knee room in some seats is minimal. Old trolleys used to be better. Did same tour a five years ago and trolley was older which was OK and driver was funnier and cheery.

We took the city tour and gorge tour. City tour was nice to hear from a live commentator. Gorge tour was great! Good commentary and knowledge kng with specified timelines for each stop! I just wish they ran more often than 30 minutes.

My son & I did the Multnomah Falls & Columbia Gorge Tour today through Gray Line. Our guide was David & he did an outstanding job not only showing us all the sights but telling us a vast amount I found information that was really interesting! There aren't words to describe the beauty we saw today. It is well worth the price & I don't believe the more expensive tours could do a better job. Kudos! Took lots of gorgeous photos & made some awesome memories. Thank you David!
