This past July we went to Portland, Seattle and to Victoria B.C. for our anniversary. Lia asked us what style of hotel we preferred and found some of the greatest hotels we have ever stayed in. I highly suggest using Vincent Vacations for any vacation. Lia was able to find us the perfect honeymoon spot and put together the perfect travel itinerary for my wife and I. The customer service Vincent Vacations provides along with the convenience of working with them is something that sets them apart from the online booking agencies. We have used VV for our past two vacations and will use VV from now on!! W recommend them to all our friends and family. We traveled to Costa Rica. We mentioned to Lia that my husband does not like to sit still so she booked two different resorts for our trip. A fun all inclusive for the first few days and the Four Seasons for a few days of pampering to end our trip! We were thrilled with both. It was perfect for us. We also used Lia at VV for our last Disney trip. She thought of everything, including which modes of transportation would be easier with our double stroller. Great experience with this destination wedding. Actually, the fact that this WAS a destination wedding made this a new experience, as all my previous wedding experiences had been stateside. But despite being a destination wedding, it was as easy as a regular wedding; everything was super smooth and seamless. I especially loved the resort - great views and terrific food/service.

Our destination wedding experience was great! We had the most wonderful time at the Sandals Resort, Lia, our travel agent, recommended and we didn't even want to leave the resort to see the many attractions near by. The staff was well trained and attentive to our sleeping grandson who was "seated" on two chairs next to our table so we were free to enjoy the great meal. Lia had practical advice and made us feel at ease during the trip. Thanks, Lia! We recommend your travel agency!

The folks at Vincent Vacations are the real deal. Ethan sent my family to Mexico and we had the time of our lives for a great price. He had already been there so we knew what to expect. Although he underrated it. It was better than what he said. He did all the work for us. I'm a business owner myself so I know what great customer service is. No need to shop around. It was my second time visiting Mexico and the Xcaret resort came highly recommended by Vincent Vacations. Once I got through customs my shuttle bus was waiting for me just like they said it would be. The resort was as pretty as the pictures online. I am not sure what part was my favorite at the resort between the food, available excursions or floating around their man made river/lake. Will be contacting Vincent Vacations about any new fun resorts for my next trip.

Incredibly honest and hard working! They are not magicians, but some of the prices for their packages are magical indeed! Lia goes the extra mile to make each trip seem as if it's the only one she is working on. Even though it's one of many vacations she and her team are working on you feel like royalty with the individual attention to your evey need! I cannot recommend them more highly, if I could I would! You won't be disappointed.

Vincent Vacations planned our river cruise with AmaWaterways. They took care of every detail including hotel transportation when we arrived in Basel. They even arranged for a private tour of Amsterdam which the river cruise did not offer. Lia was so helpful and informative, she answered all of our questions and was available during our trip if we needed anything. She worked with our schedule and our budget and planned us the most wonderful vacation. You get spoiled working with Vincent Vacations because they think of everything to make your vacation the very best that it can be!
