I've never used a property management company before but Will explained how it all worked and they have been managing my property for about 3 months now. It is a bit of a learning process how to set it all up properly but my property was rented within 90 days of signing up. Mine took a little bit longer to find a tenant because I'm pretty picky about who was going to live in there. They have a digital portal to communicate with them and the client through and they pretty much take care of what needs to be done. They have been a good partner thus far.

I paid $80 for them to run my application for me and my fiancée but according to my credit report they never ran a check on my credit! I been on my job for 12 years and make well over $50,000/yr. , have no evictions and nothing on my background but my application was denied. If they were just going to look at it and deny me w/o checking my credit why take my $80?? I guess if you get enough money from application fees they can collect the rent lost on the home because it’s just sitting there!!

They do not fill out paperwork correctly , they try to get over on people mrs Jenny and cliff are not the best people to do business with and they are poorly managed speak from some who just has to go to court with them n won the case

We have had an excellent experience renting with PMI. We did not meet the owners, but we worked with Kimberly. She was friendly and kind from the start. As we are first time renters, Kimberly was very understanding that we are still learning. She responds swiftly whenever we have questions or issues. PMI has great customer service, and I would recommend others to consider them!
