From day one we felt like a part of the family and that we were Frankie's top priority. Frankie, his family, and his instructors are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Frank and his son John are very kind, knowledgable, and honest. I had to make some purchases that needed to be ordered through a dealer and John handled it without a hitch. I have little to no knowledge of underwater sports and they treated me with respect. Both of them have tons of knowledge about underwater gear and that only comes with experience. 10/10 will return again.
