I have never written a review before for any product or service that I have utilized in my life but felt compelled in my heart to write this review for Mudra Travels and Rajesh. They are who they claim to be, a travel industry with "Best Customer Service". I contacted them for my travel after reading the positive reviews of others and I can certainly say that all the positive things said about them have turned out to be true in my case too. I got the impression that they truly "believe in establishing trust and lasting relationships as a part of a great customer experience". Thanks Mudra Travels ! and keep up the good work.

We have been buying tickets to India from Mudra from last 5 years they have excellent service.Rajesh has helped in rescheduling of the tickets(which was little difficult but got it done).He is listens patiently and tries his best in getting the tickets at the least fares.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have been using Mudra Travels for many years now. I was initially skeptical about using an agent as I always used to book online but the customer experience and very competitive fares Mudra provides is parallel to none. We had an instance where our Lufthansa Flight was cancelled the day before Thanksgiving and Mudra came to our rescue, ticketed us same day in a different airline and off we go. We even use Mudra for vacation travel to Europe. They are someone you could count on, always. I think this is the only thing I think we go via an agent vs online as these guys are the best in what they do.

It was great experiance with Mudra travels. My parents were visiting me but their schedule kept on changing due to work and illness. So, Mr. Patel was very accomadative in making the changes. Mudra Travels has been our go to for several years as we traveled multiple times with kids and sometimes in emergencies like death in the family. We took most trips for granted as they always made sure the airlines and connections worked smoothly and gave us great pricing. We experienced how they go above and beyond when they helped re-route on a recent trip when a connection was missed due to flight delays. I had booked tickets with them last year and they provided me rock bottom prices for travel to India. but that is not it. I had to change my travel plans due to visa issues and they handled it very smoothly and guided me through the whole process (I would have called them like 6-7 times but they didnt annoyed :) and answered all my questions. these guys know their business well ! Also, once I paid for the tickets, after 3-4 days they called me and said they are returning some $$ back to my account because the price went down (for my itinerary) and they felt it was only prudent to return that money back to me...I haven't heard any travel agent do that ever. So I guess that speaks for their honesty and customer service. I also follow Patel bhai's post on a travel forum where he shares insights about changes in travel industry and also provides guidance to people on what is a good price to pay for travel to India (depending on time of the year, airlines etc). UPDATE 12/2017 " Just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service Patel provided when I was stuck in MSP due to a name issue which the Delta airline counter staff were unable to address satisfactorily. Patel was on the phone with me for over an hour helping me coach the agents whose knowledge was extremely limited. Even after I reached India, Patel stayed in touch and helped me secure a refund from the airline. His customer service was beyond exemplary and in these times when everything is online and it is impossible to reach a human , this kind of attention is what sets an agent apart.

Mudra Travels provides exceptional service. My parents had a flights booked with a connection time of one hour and 30 mins. The domestic flight was very notorious with delays and maintenance issues. Late at least by an hour 60% of the time. Team Mudra travel provided customer service 24 x 7 and were able to change our tickets at no additional cost. The are very experienced and knowledgable. I had a wonderful experience with Mudra Travels the last time I had an India travel. My case was unique. I had an urgent travel plan to India (had to book tickets just 2 days before travel) AND I have to travel on Advance Parole (pending greencard. painful since cannot travel thru most of Europe due to transit visa req). Everywhere I searched(websites, travel agents), I found tickets pricing from anywhere between $2000 to $2600. Finally I contacted Mudra travels. I am glad I did. Rajesh was very considerate about my price range and also about my visa requirement. He finally gave me an itinerary via Zurich (For India PP holders, transit visa is not required) for a price under $1450 per person. I sincerely want to thank Mudra travels for assisting me with the India travel booking. I definitely recommend booking through Mudra travels.
