Like Rodney Dangerfield...NO RESPECT! We took 2 hours away from work for an appointment with Juanita. I wanted to visit a travel agent to take some of the planning burden off my boyfriend who always plans everything and is extremely busy and needs a vacation but really has no time to do the research on this one. I won't go into some of the more bizarre details of our visit, but the bottom line was we wanted a week in the Caribbean and we told her we had $10,000 to spend. She said she would email us a link to the resort she chose for us and call us the next morning as soon as she had all the information to book us. She did neither. We called back and left a message asking why no one ever called us back. We heard nothing yet again. We have since booked the Excellence Resort Playa Mujeres through American Airlines Travel at a considerable savings. We will let you know how that trip goes.

All I can say is WOW!!!! We were able to meet with Tyler and talk about some travel we wanted to do. The incite he was able to provide up front was unbelievable. Everywhere he recommended "or didn't recommend" he had personally been to or someone on has staff had been to. He was able to set us up with tours, events, etc. that you couldn't find on the web. Our entire staff had an incredible time and we couldn't thank Tyler enough. We plan on using him for all our upcoming trip both commercially and personally.
