Words can not express what it means to have Eric and his team at CIRE in your corner when you're traveling - but I'll give it a shot. First of all, anyone can book a trip, accommodations, activities etc. That's the easy stuff. It's when things go WRONG that you'll wish you booked through Eric. I took Eric for granted the first several times we used him - until I was travelling for the holidays. Not only finding out about a delay before the rest of your gate, but finding out that you've already been re-booked and have nothing to worry about. Feeling like I had someone in my corner to take the stress away, especially during the stress of the holidays, is invaluable. To top it off, Eric often finds lower prices that I do - it really is a no brainier. What started out as having a "travel guy" for convenience has turned into having a friend on the inside that I'd be silly not to use every time. Anyone looking to have their travel planning (business or personal) taken care of by the best, GO TO ERIC AND HIS TEAM!

Whenever I hear horror stories about traveling, be it for business or pleasure, I genuinely feel bad because it’s been so long since I could relate. If you’re on the fence, just do it. Everyone I’ve sent Eric’s way has wondered why it took them so long. Most recently, my husband and I booked our honeymoon through CIRE, and it was flawless. After being introduced to honeymoon-guru Katie, we had an initial meeting to discuss budget, timing, likes and dislikes. Shortly after, Katy provided several options, asking us to review and scheduling time to go over each in explicit detail. We eventually narrowed down to two itineraries, finally deciding on South Africa. In the midst of wedding planning, instead of googling “South Africa Safari” and hoping to make the right choice, the CIRE team was a much needed “sure thing” that took the burden of choosing the right experiences off our shoulders. They booked the trip and everything was handled. Our honeymoon consisted of 7 flights, 4 hotels and 10 transfers over the course of 2.5 weeks. Writing that out it sounds exhausting, but it was booked in a way that it felt like 3 vacations in one, ending off perfectly with 5 days in Mauritius - AKA paradise on earth. After all was said and done, Katy’s industry experience came through every step of the way: 1. Knowing to plan a physical activity (table mountain) for the first morning to get us acclimated quickly. 2. Knowing that staying a night in Jonesburg was the best way to break up an awkward flight time saved our sanity. 3. Letting each hotels/resort know it was our honeymoon so that we had some special surprises along the way. 4. Having an easy to use app that contained all of our travel details, even without cell service. 5. Upgrading us last minute when we could do it through the app. Even after calling the airline, nothing. We contacted Katy who then worked her magic contacting the airlines and taking care of it with no issue. 6. Knowing which Safari lodge would be perfect for us. Tintswalo, we miss you!! Also, this is totally subjective, but I always feel like we’re just treated better when we go through CIRE. There’s something about a hotel/resort seeing who booked your trip that makes them step it up just that little, tiny bit more. Maybe it’s in our heads, but who cares. It still feels just as great, either way.

We are somewhat of seasoned travelers (our passport stamps include countries across North America, South America, Africa, Australia/New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East) but had never made it to Europe. With an upcoming honeymoon and our heart set on Italy, we thought it would be wise to work with a travel agency this time. It was for our honeymoon after all! We were looking to go away for two weeks starting in Venice and working our way down to Amalfi Coast, and we had a pretty healthy budget set aside. We called a few different agencies to get a feel for them, all of whom told us that our budget would only last a week in Italy. Then, we spoke with Katy at CIRE Travel and hit it off. What we really liked about Katy/ CIRE Travel: 1. Katy was able to work within our budget for SIXTEEN days! She was very transparent on what we would be able to afford and what that would look like, but never made us feel inadequate. We also liked the prices we saw online was what we were charged. There were no hidden fees. We paid Katy upfront a nominal fee to work with her, and then everything was at cost - no mark ups. 2. Katy only recommended hotels that she had stayed out, which made us feel very comfortable. Yes, we could have planned this entire trip ourselves, but not having to spend the time too scour the internet for reviews of hotels (and trusting the hotel photos, which we know sometimes aren't always the best) was well worth the fee we paid CIRE travel. All of hotels were lovely and were placed in great locations. 3. When tours got cancelled or plans got changed, Katy was available 24/7 to help us resolve those issues. It was great that we could go out about our planned day and not have to worry about having to spend the time to fix it, because we knew CIRE travel would take care of it. We had a wonderful honeymoon and would recommend CIRE travel.

Eric Hrubant and his team are phenomenal. Everyone promises personal service and that they'll pay attention to the detail, but Eric truly does. I didn't have a huge budget and was traveling to the South Pacific with 2 children for a month. The way Eric planned our flights was perfect, right down to the seat selection. Not a lot of layover time. Seats in rows with extra leg room, etc. And this was working with 3 different airlines in four airports. When I had passport and Visa questions, he was always quick to respond with the answers. A trip like this could've been difficult w/ kids, but it wasn't. Thanks, Eric!

Yes. Yes. Yes. You don't have to use one of the cumbersome online travel sites to find what you need for all your travel. The golden age of the travel agency is back in the form of CIRE Travel. I highly recommend them especially if you are open to suggestions in travel and have a large group or corporate need. Five Golden Stars.

We needed someone to help us coordinate group travel to celebrate our 15th wedding anniverary. I submitted a request online and I received a call from Katy later that day. It felt like I was talking to one of my girlfriends as the conversation just flowed. I'm a big planner so it was important that all aspects of this trip were exactly how we wanted them to be. From managing payments, to sending out reminders and helping us to plan an event on property Cire Travel hit all points for us. Esther was amazing as well, there wasn't a question that she couldn't answer or get an answer for. We ended up being a group of 34, with 28 booking through Katy and Esther and there were not one couple had an issue with their reservation. I've already recommeneded them to one of the couples who traveled with us to plan a 40th birthday group trip, I promise you won't be disappointed.

We were admittedly intimated by the idea of planning a safari but with Katy's guidance and expertise we quickly realized that our dream honeymoon was possible and that the planning process did not have to be a daunting one. CIRE Travel has set the standard for me these past years. Having worked with many corporate agencies, very large, large and small, I cannot sing Eric and his team more praises if I tried - nor what anyone want me to as my singing voice would not do them justice. Their response time is quick, attention to detail is remarkable, there is always a personal touch in their reservations, there are somehow able to, as if a magic wand was present, to find extremely competitive fares. In addition, they will go out of their way to solve problems. Recently I was trying to book a train ticket in Europe and CIRE ended up asking the hotel to book the tickets for us as the train website was down. That is definitely going the extra mile(s) and not many companies seem to something like that these days. Most importantly though, they are bright, intelligent and fun colleagues to work with, they care about their clients, they care about our budgets and I hate to say it, Eric is usually right with his suggestions. I have since started using Eric and his team to help me with my private travel as well. There you have it :) I wouldn't travel with anyone else :)
