Had the misfortune of encountering Jenny Ng and Ruby Stanfield of this agency. Jenny Ng was found as a vendor through Nickelodeon's Punta Cana website. We booked the resort through Jenny (in October 2017) and GoGo Vacations. Everything was spectacular until had to find a less expensive venue. Neither Jenny Ng nor Ruby Stanfield found us another package and we lost our deposit. In fact, my last attempt on February 1st, wasn't even answered. Now, I am having difficulty getting this agency to cancel the reservation and unless they cancel it, more money is due in a few short weeks!

Awesome trip to Italy! Ruby and her staff provided excellent service & personalized attention! My first time going to Europe, but we had no worries because the package included capable people who met us along the way to ensure that we arrived at each destination (hotel, train, tours) safely and on time. Venice was amazing and a must see! Also visited Murano & Burano Islands. Fantastic visit to Rome & saw the most beautiful sites & breathtaking artistry in Vatican City! The Coliseum was amazing & the views of the overall area were unforgettable! Enjoyed the archaeological sites of Pompei: the Bay and Mount Vesuvius, as well. Great people in Italy & the food was delicious! When we go away again, we would not hesitate to choose Ruby’s Travel...for an incredible vacation! Thanks Ruby!

We feel so lucky to have had Ruby's Travel set up our adventure to the Dominican Republic for a Destination Wedding of a Family member. Not being world travelers you want it all to go well. It did thanks to them! The resort was beautiful, clean and the friendliest people worked there! From the payment plan set months ahead of time, to the information on the necessary documentation, and the pre arranged transports to and from the resort it was seamless perfection. Customer service makes or breaks a business and Ruby's Travel will be around for a good long time! We cannot thank them enough. Friendliest, most informative staff as well. Cheers to them!
