Let me start by saying if i could give more than 5 stars i would for this bus company and specifically Maggie who works in the office. My mom and i use to take Academy bus to AC for years from Cheesequake Rest Stop and since that bus got cancelled we have had the hardest time finding a way to get to AC by bus so I decided to give Panorama Tours a try, the bus is always on time with good drivers but the problem was where he had the catch the bus was 1/2 hour away from where we live. Low and behold i told Maggie about this issue and she had to listen to my moaning and groaning for the past 6 months, well she presented my issues to her boss Michelle and she decided to add this stop, which will be much easier for us. Now that's what you call a bus company that cares no other bus company can compare! I can't tell you how every time i call Maggie (every week) she is always pleasant and friendly and she takes her time talking to me no matter how busy she is. She is the true definition of someone who cares about the customers. Panorama should be very happy to have someone like Maggie on their team that knows how to take care of the customers. I highly recommend this bus company.

Hired a coach bus for my daughters wedding , the bus picked up guests at the hotel and were dropped off curbside at the venue ,the bus never entered the venues parking lot . Our Guests had to walk across a parking lot in the rain to get to the door of the venue..This venue has buses all the time drop off at the door with no problem ,. Same on the pick up at the end of the night , my daughter in a wedding dress and my 80 yr old mom who had two knee replacements had to walk in the rain across the parking lot to get to the bus. I Hired the bus for one trip convenience for our guests, but for $1200.00, use the hotel shuttle for free even if it takes two trips......If i knew this ahead , I would have never used them . Poor service !! Be transparent to your clients , I had no idea I was paying for them to walk in the rain or across the parking lot !!! Safety of customers come first ...Never experienced service like this before .....BEWARE !

I cannot say enough good things about Panorama Tours, and especially Maggie. We had a class trip scheduled for 5/21 and found out on 5/20 that the buses were not equipped with seat belts. Maggie was extremely helpful in switching trips around so that our students were on buses with seat belts. The buses were very clean and our students arrived safe and sound. Took them March 4th from NJ to the DC Museum of African American History and Culture. Mark and Carlos arrived on time, waited patiently for a few minutes as my last person arrived got us to DC on time. They made sure they had a way to contact me before they dropped us off safely at the museum. They were very pleasant! They gave a large window to pick us up at the end and we were able to depart DC a little early. Great Job! I must say though...I met the owner of this company and I don't think I have met a friendlier or more humble owner of a company....ever! I called him the morning of my bus ride before 4am (the time of my bus ride) and he answered right away as if he was already awake and waiting for my call...that shocked me. This is a great company and I will definitely use them again! Thank you Panorama!

I have never taken a bus to New York with your company, I live in West Orange and ride Decamp, I had the pleasure of riding with your driver Miranda 3 times and Ardia 2 but what a difference, maybe because your new to these lines but please continue to send them because they're wonderful, Miranda waited for me in the downpour of all rainstorms and handed me paper towels and told me there's a restroom on the bus. She was charming and so funny, please take over this line but also in the afternoon and send these lovely ladies.

I have had the GREAT pleasure of dealing with Panorama Tours for the past 15 years while traveling from Fort Lauderdale to the New Jersey "Y" Camp in Milford, Pennsylvania with 40 children each summer. We have flown into Newark, LaGuardia and JFK where the ONLY consistently perfect aspect of our travel adventure has been Panorama Tours! We are Always on a delayed, diverted or cancelled flight, but the only thing that I NEVER worry about is our pick up from the airport and returning from the Camp with Panorama. We take our airline misadventures as a given. But no matter the issue, Panorama is always there for us in every way!!! Last year, our flight to La Guardia, which was scheduled to arrive in New York at 5:00p.m. actually landed at 1:00a.m.! I was in touch with Panorama throughout the delays and Renata kept assuring me that WHENEVER we finally arrived, our driver would be there! Indeed he was, with a smile on his face and ready to be there for us! We exchanged drivers for the 3 hour trip up to the Poconos and arrived there at 4:00a.m. which meant that the driver did not get back until 8:00a.m. I have been working for many years as a Camp Director and have dealt with Motor Coach companies all over the country. From reservations with Renata and Maggie to the actual trips, no other company with which I have dealt in the Northeast in any aspect compares with Panorama Tours! Their office staff is highly professional and very pleasant, the drivers are very Safe and courteous, the buses are beautiful and in perfect condition and every aspect of the experience is ALWAYS extremely positive! It is with the utmost enthusiasm that I am able to HIGHLY recommend Panorama Tours. You will be very happy with your selection and will be as long term and loyal a customer as I am!

The evening before I was supposed to leave I called the casino bus company (the one I always used) just to make certain there were no changes since my last trip. I found out they no longer run casino buses. (writing on behalf of my mother) Panorama Tours is punctual, safe, and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and honest while keeping a good sense of humor. My mother took a Panorama Bus Tour to Lancaster, PA for a day of theater and shopping. When she got home, she realized she left a Christmas present in a bag on the bus. She called the company, and although nothing had yet been turned into Lost & Found, two days later the bus driver “John” found the bag and they called her. Because my mother doesn’t drive, she had no easy way to get to the bus terminal to pick up the gift. “Maggie” at Panorama was extremely helpful – she was patient as she dealt with several calls from my mother as she suggested different plans on how to get the package. Ultimately, Maggie boxed up the bag and prepared it so that UPS could pick it up and deliver it directly to my mother’s niece for Christmas. Thank you Maggie and John for showing us that good customer service is still alive and well!
