Called about hotel in japan and Sue wants me to email her she can’t take info over the phone. She can’t take name of hotel and confirmation number . I need 1 room added to a room I booked through another of their competitors. She started telling me we are JTB not Japanican which I know. I called hotel and was told have book through another agency . Cannot book directly with hotel, then the lady hung up the phone. Ask for her boss and she has no boss. Sue is not Japanese but speaks says JTB a Japanese travel agency has no Japanese managers available. Call back now sue has a manager in California who is not open yet. I will wait until 9am and speak with Shoko Oda.

This is a good place if you want to go and pick up a JR Pass on your upcoming trip to Japan. They accept all credit cards and you can get a pass by walking in and waiting for 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and if I ever need to buy a pass again I'll definitely go ahead and drop by.

A bit difficult to find. Have to go through building security before going up to the 3rd floor and then need to be buzzed into the actual suite. Once you go through all of that it is great. Staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful

This place was not easy to find, and is labeled as a JCB office. But the staff are nice and I was able to get what I needed very quickly.

Made the online purchase last night and the pass is already available for pick-up on the next day morning at 9:30am. High quality of service and nice people in the office. Will there be any free travelling guide for pick-up? Wanna come again by this week.
