Don't make the mistake of booking from them I had booked a ticket to go to Islamabad and I thought I was speaking to someone in newyork how ever the agent was in Pakistan talking to me. You call the New York number and it connects you to some one in Pakistan rip offs. Gave me a diff price and charged me a diff price ones I reached my destination. I checked my account and the so called agent named FAHAD over charged me 900.00. How ever I called my bank got it disputed and got my money back. Think again before you book here will never come back told all my family and friends..

The information below is what happened to me and my family who traveled for Hajj 2018. I felt it my duty to share our experience with you. A few days prior to departure we were provided tickets taking us from another Airport that was out of state. Our itinerary and what we paid for indicated flying from JFK. When we called Mr Hassan the owner he basically shrugged us off and couldn’t care less how we got to Newark-at our own expense and adding more travel time. Once at the checkout counter, we came to discover that our seats were not together. Obviously the tickets were purchased as whatever Dawn travel could get their hands on and leaving the booking till the last minute. Although we paid thousands of dollars months prior to departure. Logistics were appalling once we arrived in Saudi Arabia. Everywhere we arrived, we were late due to Dawn Travels not having transportation set up and ready to go. From arriving at Mina late our bus was the last to leave Jeddah Airport and we didn’t make it on time for Zuhr however the owner was there in time of course. When we arrived at the tents - there was no room in any tents for my wife and daughter amongst other women in the group not having a place to sleep as promised and paid for. They had to sleep in the open courtyard where they were in full view of everyone passing by. This happened for two consecutive days. And where was the owner Mr Hassan, sleeping in his air conditioned tent! We were passed off by one agent to another. After arriving at Arafat... yes you guessed we were late getting here too! When it was time to head to Muzzalifah, we were the last to arrive in fact we arrived at 2am. Constantly Mr Hassan and his representative Mr Khalid kept asking for forgiveness for any shortcoming. Our experience with this travel company was awful. The whole experience left us wondering what else will go wrong. Some of you might say, this was the will of Allah, absolutely, however when you make the intension to commence this once in a lifetime journey as the guest of Allah, you put your trust in the travel agent because this is the only way the Saudi’s will let you come for Hajj. I hope you take into consideration when you decide to go for Hajj or Umrah with this company.

Hajj 2018 - A journey of a lifetime with devoted, genuine leaders. The team attempted their very best from the beginning to the end. It felt like belonging to a family member. Aziziyah homes were clean and tidy, as provided. Mina camping tents were luxurious, sofa beds and ac. We were never without food, fruit and also water. Transitions between mina, muzdalifah, Arafah were smooth Alhamdulillah! Making it through airport terminals was likewise problem free.

Booked an Ummrah tour with Dawn Travels for me and my entire family, dealing with Brother Abdul Samad. Overall, the booking process was pretty smooth (I wish they accepted credit card though). There were a few minor hiccups in transport reservations (Booked wrong date for Jeddah Airport to Mecca) and therefore we had to rent a van from the airport on the spot. We stayed at Swissotel Makkah (Clocktower), which was a very nice, clean hotel, but for some reason had a booking for 2 adults, instead of 4 (Wasn't Dawn Travel's fault). They had to move some stuff around and fit 2 extra beds, which I didn't expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, it was a good, comfortable trip for my family and I. When I got back, i spoke with Brother Abdul Samad and he listened to my concerns from the trip and initiated the process to reimburse me for my van rental (from Jeddah to Mecca). We would book with Dawn Travels again.

They were extremely knowledgable in what hotels would be more convenient for us as our mother was in a wheelchair and we also had two minor children with us. Please please please, don't go to Hajj with dawn travel, don't do the same mistake I did, you will suffer to the point that you can't worship in peace, they will put you in a cheap hotel far from Haram never a walking distance, they will provide transportation for just 2 or 3 days, after that you will pay a taxi to and from Haram, the taxi drivers will take advantage they may ask you the equivalent of 100$ less or more for one way, the food quality provided in the hotel is very low quality, in mena the food is like dog's food, I spent my day in Arafat mountain so I missed my lunch at the tent , because they expect you to stay at the tent instead of going to the mountain the day of Arafat , at night I asked for food they refuse to give me food, they said wait for the dinner, the dinner was never served, I spent my night in muzdalifat HUNGRY. In Madina 24 hours before our departing flight, we got kicked out from the hotel by force , they took us to another hotel "in the lobby" ,, no rooms ,, it was a mess we were very tired and sick, they asked us to pay for transportation from Madina to Jeddah, but we contacted the minister of Hajj and complained so we didn't pay.

I am on my umrah trip with kids. Biggest mistake of my life to book with them. They over charged us for a hotels and gave us poor hotel. To begin with Makkah (elf ajyad) hotel. We were called prior to our trip and asked pay 200 dollars more of 4 star hotel near kaba. We arrived at elf ajyad on top of the hill. Anyone can imagine going up and down on the hit with two young children and my little done got hit by a motor bike since he couldn't see him over a hill. The room were suppose to be 4 beds but they gave us three beds. We had to manage in a single bed for 4 days. They room stunned like phoop all the time but we managed.As we were told we will get compensated on that if not I am ready sue them. Next , we Arrive in Madina thinking we will sleep better after trying and restless days at Makkah but this place was a dessaster. Dirty washroom dirty beds and no towels. We requested to change the room but they said they didn't have any at that time. We managed on the dirty bed hoping we won't get some disease. Also the driver who brought us to Madina from Makkah drove at 200 km sped. Kids and I were scared for our lives. I am very disappointed with dawn travel and will recommend anyone not to book with them. They took all the money on spot from us. They broke our trust and if I will not get any compensation for the resltless and sleepless trip. I am taking the to court...

Let me start by saying I have gone on umrah three times, the last time through Dawn Travel, and I must say, this was the best experience I have ever had. Dawn Travel made numerous promises through their travel package and they delivered on each one, going above and beyond what I had imagined. Tariq, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and patient with me. I must acknowledge I am ask a lot of questions and naturally am skeptical. I have their service, it was a terrible experience. I shared my opinion on YouTube but they deleted my review. They said someone will meet you at New York Airport but there was no body there, When we called the company they said somebody will meet you at Jeddah we landed in Jeddah at 11 AM and there was no service till 3 AM and then when we called them they said somebody will meet you in Mecca. Terrible service. Will never use their service again.

Dear Mr. Waqar, Thank you for taking the time to receive my call today. As I mentioned, I wanted to share the positive experience I had with Dawn Travels as part of the Silver Medina group for Hajj 2018. My experience started with positive interaction with Jawad, who served as an excellent sales agent. Jawad was very careful to ensure that all commitments were accurately conveyed and honored. Whenever I asked for accommodations that seemed beyond the control of Dawn Travels or accommodations that could not be honored as promised, Jawad made sure not to make such commitments to ensure realistic expectations. Based on my experience at Hajj this year, considering the experiences and concerns voiced by others travelling in the collective Dawn Travels group, in retrospect I realized that Jawad was corresponding with me according to training implemented by Dawn Travels management to actively address lessons learned from past experiences with their Hujjaj. This is not to take away anything from the high level of professionalism exhibited by Jawad, but to also acknowledge the fact that Dawn Travels sincerely attempts to acknowledge past difficulties and issues and improve upon them. I felt very sad to see some of the severity of complaints of my fellow Hujjaj in our WattsApp group during our travels. Although I fully empathize with the unforeseen hardships some of the Hujjaj have faced, I also feel sad by some of their severe reactions toward Dawn Travels during our journey. I've remained quiet until this point, but felt the necessity to voice my own experience. From an objective point of veiw, as an Hujjaj myself traveling with 4 family members including elders, I believe Dawn Travels met all of their travel commitments per the package we purchased. Hotel in Medina was 4 star and right across Al Haram as per package details. Hotel in Makkah was 5 Star Swiss Hotel as promised. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets were provided as promised. Ground transportation was provided in standard air conditioned buses. Flight itinerary was as planned including extremely long layovers as expected and communicated. The assistance on the ground was available but I understood this to be a courtesy provided by Dawn Travels to address overall logistical issues as a whole rather than personalized tour guidance. Ultimately the situation during Hajj is incredibly chaotic and many things such as transport timing, passport control, etc. is beyond the control of the travel operators. In my view Dawn Travels did their sincere best in the midst of a chaotic environment to ensure all of their commitments were fulfilled. The support team on the ground even humbled themselves on multiple occasions to ask for the forgiveness of the Hujjaj for their shortcomings with what I viewed as sincere; we have to cut them some slack. They are human after all and dealing with a lot of moving parts. Furthermore, when doing my research prior to booking Dawn Travels, I found other operators charging at least $2000 - $3000 USD more for similar packages. I also came across many reviews of operators that promised 4/5 star accommodations but provided otherwise. In this regard, I believe all the members of our group were blessed that Dawn Travels provided exactly the accommodations outlined in the Silver Medina package. I would like to convey the following to my fellow Hujjaj and future Hujjaj: As Hujjaj we must understand that the type of service we received are only available to a lucky select few. Ultimately it is the will of Allah (SWT) in terms of what we receive and experience. Even if one spends $20k on one Hajj package alone, if Allah wills, the Hujjaj may not get what they paid for. As Hujjaj, we must internalize that everything we experience is the will of Allah and a test especially during Hajj and eliminate our complaints. We must remember the brothers and sisters doing Hajj that didn't/don't have hotels and staying on the grounds of the Haram and remember those less fortunate before we complain about petty difficulties.

Dear future Hujjaj, please please please do not take google rating of Dawn travels as a consideration to choose your first and last hajj agency. They are totally fraudulent people and only looking for your money. They do not keep their promises and will leave you in the middle of nowhere during your hajj when you will be far far away from your home and they will ruin your hajj experience all together. I am a real victim of dawn travels where i performed hajj in 2018 group with 3 other members of my family including females. We were 150+ people in group, all of them were completely dissatisfied with their services. You can read some of previous comments from 2018 hajj group and can save your money from these dawn people. Their license is cancellcall ed due to continuous bad services and they are now working with Adam travels as a sub-contractor. Some of my bad experience are highlighted below so please spend some more money and hire a good agent for a better hajj experience: 1- Staying at Aziziya hotel with no ground transportation except 2 days and paid 1000's of riyals out of pocket to go to haram for prayers 2- Food quality was sub-standard with minimal variety of asian food (Arabian food was served all day). 3- We were left alone and kicked out of our rooms in Madina on very last day where our flight was next day at 5 pm. Mr. Khalid (Dawn Mgt) escaped to Jeddda and left all our group with our luggage. We were supposed to be there to spend as much time in Masjid-e-nabwi specially last few hours. 4- Buses were old as compared to even Pakistani economy package buses who just paid 3 lacks for 40 days. So please don't trust these Dawn agents and save yourself from bad experience.

We had a really good experience with Dawn travel. 1) Their price was better than anyone else. 2) They provided good support in Macca and Medina. 3) They arranged well educated tour-guides who spoke in american accent. 4) Arranged for good luxury buses for the tours and travel 5) They work very professionally and call you back within a day of your call. My only complain is that we had two rooms booked for our family and somehow that info was not conveyed to their contact in Saudi Arabia. So we got the two rooms on two different floors as opposed to next to each other. One suggestion to Dawn travel management is to see if they can work the passport return shipping as a part of the package. I had hard time arranging for return shipping envelop from FedEx.

Excellent customer service for our customized Umrah trip to Madina and Makkah. We were traveling with kids from NYC. I dealt with Jawad and he was extremely professional and responsive as we worked through suggestions of hotels and flights. The entire staff was very knowledgable about what hotels would suit us. My mother was traveling independently and meeting us in Madinah. Jawad was able to coordinate her flight and local transportation. The local handlers Qasswa were very diligent in our ground transportation needs both to and from the airport as well as during zayarah in Madinah and Makkah. I just came back from my 2019 Hajj. This was my worst experience traveling with a hajj company. Dawn Travel isn't a prime vendor company for hajjis, they are sub vendors and gets hajj visa from Al-Sahaba travels. Since they are not prime vendor they have no idea of how to plan/schedule and communicate with their Hajj group. Below are few pointers that had happen to our Group. 1- Late Visa arrivals at 11th hour 2- Unnecessary wait at airports since they are sub vendors, ministry will not issue them a bus 3- 10 to 12 hours of hotel lobby wait as rooms were not available because of poor management. 4- For VIP package Dawn travel promised us to give us our luggage at makkah hotel but unfortunately our luggage went to a storage and our hotel check-in in makkah was a disastrous experience once again. We received our luggage after we came back from Mina. 5- For couple delight luggage were not given until they were ready to fly back home, basically hajjis carried their luggage from USA for nothing. 6- Last 2 or 3 nights they will schedule you at Jedda to save money. They promise you 7 nights at makah but will give you 5. 7- No logistic transportation were provided to us, as promised for VIP package. 8- Your text or call , they don't respond. 9- you will only get one response, Focus on Ibada everything else is side thing. I bought VIP package, which was similar to Dar al salam but with less money and they promised similar services. Our group has 83 people and none of them was happy after hajj. Zero admin staff and no one is guiding you while you are moving from Mina to Arafat, Arafat to Muzdalifa, Muzdalifa to Jamarat. Many people from our group lost, and this is not the place you wana get lost. You have no idea if you aren't on hajj before, all ramps and roads looks same but they lead you to different directions. Many people lost in 110 degree heat and they were dehydrated and gave up to die. No one from dawn group bothered to go and look for those missing people. Instead we have only one dawn rep with us who was chilling in AC and didn't responded to whatsapp messages of lost people. These people have lost most of hajjis luggage thru out the journey however they found it just hours before their flights back home. People used dirty clothes all along. They have zero management and no schedule given to hajjis. All plans were sudden and quick like bomb shell. There were hajjis with families and disabled people and it's not easy to just go randomly. I would highly recommend you please you are going on a spiritual journey and you want peace of mind and not stress. Please go with another Hajj company and you will not regret. Go with Al-Eman or Adam travels or Dar al salam

Alhamdulillah, with the help of Dawn Travels, we had an excellent umrah trip! Everything was catered 100% to our needs and wants. We found Qaswa to be a very professional organization (this is the organization that Dawn Travels uses to cater transportation). They were constantly in communication with us, provided us with a lot of knowledge during ziyarah, were always on time, and they made our transportation very comfortable and easy for us. The hotels booked for us were very close and the room accommodations were comfortable as well. I was very nervous when my parents asked me to guide them through their umrah trip since I knew my husband wasn't able to get the vacation days off to go with us. Alhamdulillah with the help of Dawn Travels and our agent, Br. Naveed, everything went smoothly, which allowed us to focus more on our ibadah during the trip. I needed to apply for visas for myself, my wife and my child. Worked with Naveed from Dawn Travels. The promise was to complete processing Umrah visas and return passports within 10 business days and they delivered on their promise. The process was straightforward and fees were advertised on their website. Cannot ask for more. Please note that you need to use Fedex for sending/returning passports if you want to be really, really sure passports are delivered and signed by Dawn Travels. Using USPS/UPS is simply not an option.

Great experience! I highly recommend Dawn travels. They managed Umrah visas for my family. I have several passports so I was looking for reasonable pricing and they were the most economical and honest I could find. Several other agencies told me long BS on why they need to charge $$$ for umrah visa. Tariq was very cordial and responsive from the first call I made. Although I bought my tickets online, he looked at my itinerary and made sure that everything lines up correctly. He did not try to sell more services or packages. He was honest, upfront and discussed all details and documents required for Visa. I sent my passport from out of state and got them back in seven days with Visa. Thank you for a great service!

Horrible Company. Looks like they are fraud. I wanted to apply for Saudi Umra visa. They asked me to send original green card . I went to Saudia a month before applying to this company as i have to take my parents this time. So i applied again. No one ever asked me to send the original green card. They lost my green card and then said that they never received it. I made horrible mistake of my life. Now i applied for i90 application process again so that i can get a replacement card. Never send them any original copy. They are frauds. Their fraud agents are sitting in Pakistan but their number shows they are in USA. I am thinking to register a fraud case against them so that other people dont get deceived

I am reviewing the Couple's Delight VIP package and my comments are specific to the package. 1. Price was substantially better (30%) than similar packages with other operators. 2. The operator delivered the hotel and tent levels that he sold us. 3. Very good Imam (Amin ur Rehman) who made sure we were updated on the religious requirements at every stage of Hajj a) Good sales person in Jawad who was quite meticulous on what was needed to apply etc. 4. Poor communication on when we are leaving from one point to another. 5. Very understaffed. They relied on the local Moalim setup but the local moilim would only talk to Saeed sahib on logistics. 6. While we were very satisfied with the hotels given it would have helped if they called the hotel by the correct name and not vauguely refer to it as the Hilton ( there are several Hiltons in mekkah and even more that were once a Hilton but no longer are). 7. The package would have been much easier had they shown us how to use the local shuttles, given us Google Pin map links for the locations we were staying in and told us what to expect exactly and invested in timely and precise updates on transportation and accompanied us with more guides (especially at Jamarat where one guide for 80 people is not nearly enough) If you are okay with a little uncertainty and have some recent experience of visiting the Holy cities have a basic International data package on your phone Dawn VIP or couples Delight is a real good deal for the money. If you need more handholding and can't handle not knowing things till an hour before suggest you go with one of the more organized groups out there but be prepared to pay more

The worst professional scammers out there right now! Stay away from them please. These people are so called private agency, but they will provide you the cheapest and lowest quality government package for hajj. They don't have their private transport and will always rely on the government transport which comes last for them for every trip as they paid the least amount they can to fill their pockets with rest of our hard earned money. They will lie on your face and will tell you many stories like we cant use the train from mina to jamarat etc, but I found out we can and also spoke with a lot of people who used it. Their director Waqar lied on every point stating the trains are not opened for USA people and are only for some specific countries for now. What a liar. They will say the at the start they you will be staying in a apartment which is close to the Kabaa and will not disclose the address so you could not find out how far it is and what is the actual place. You will only find out when you get your passports back. It is not a 15 mins walk, mark my words. Who ever from Dawn Travels says that is a fraud and a bloody liar. They will stuff 60 people in one small tent in Mina where only 30 people should reside with one row doesnt even getting any cool air from the Air conditioner. You could not move your muscle and have to lie like a dead body in only one position as the place is too packed and tight. They dont have a separate place to offer Salah or to eat. So in that cramped space where its difficult to breath for more than half of the people, you will eat there, sleep there, pray there and spread diseases there. There wont be any bayan's or discussions of any sort. A lot of people are not aware of the process and they are left like this without any knowledge. At every moment, they have only two answers. 1. Hajj is a mushaqqat and you should be patient. Just to get out of difficult situations. 2. This is what you will get for the money you paid for. We are not paying some petty charity, each one of us paid a good amount which everyone did very hard work to earn. There is a lot to say about them in detail so others can be made aware about this fraudlent agency. I think this is my obligation now to spread awareness else I will be asked in the lifeafter if I raised my voice and made people aware or not of the bad things happening around. They tricked a person from our group and charged him $400 per person extra for him and his wife to get him upgraded rock sheet tents in Mina. Those poor people didnt knew that the North American tents were upgraded to Rock Sheet way back in 2015 and now everyone from North America get those tents. Just stay away from this agency please.

Hajj 2018 was a horrible experience thru Dawn Travels. I was tricked by high rating. No please don't trust on the rating. This company does not deliver on promised services. They ruined my holy experience. Air travel had more than 17 hours layoff. Hotel accommodation was like a chicken cage. 5 people in one small room, where as quad room was promised . Food was disgusting. On the name of food what I ate was unbelievable. Some daal soup and mutter qeema everyday. No transportation was provided to Haram or from Haram. The type of buses provided from Mecca to Medina were some 30 years old and May be banned in 3rd world countries. Please don't be fooled with sales calls or promises by lower level staff. Avoid this group, that's the best advice. Just imagine, air tickets, ground transportation, hotel and meal that's all you expect from a hujj operator and at least my group was totally disappointed by these services, actually, we were humiliated by Dawn management .

I booked the VIP Express package of Hajj offered by Dawn Travels. I was first time traveler and found Dawn Travels very helpful especially my sales rep Abdul Samad assisted me very well. He also arranged in person seminar with the Imam and a separate session with Brother Waqar to discuss the ground logistics which was really useful for me and I was well prepared. I don’t have any serious complain since the flights, hotels, transport and tents were given as per the commitment. We had some waiting time at the time of hotel check in which was obvious during this peak time. I would suggest them to communicate more details with the travelers in their seminars. Instead of conducting one seminar on logistics they should set up 2-3 seminars so they have more understanding on the challenges of Hajj trip. I pray for all my group members and Dawn travels.

Initially we had called only for getting our Umrah Visa but ended up booking everything through them and Br. Rashid added the ground transportation. Rashid, our travel agent, was amazing at putting the package together and being extremely flexible to our needs. He made the process very easy by being in touch with me daily and being available at every step of the process (i.e Meningitis shot, FedEx document delivery, etc). I was very pleased that Rashid was able to upgrade my hotel in the package. ALso the land package of private car service was amazing. My wife and I were given american sized cars with spacious interiors and cold A/Cs and friendly drivers! Dawn Travels has great prices and I chose them over Ainul Haramain Travel and Darel Salam Travel. I will definitely use Dawn Travels again for my travel needs whether it is a future Umrah package or a trip to Europe. Thanks for making this a memorable experience for me and my wife Dawn Travels!

My review is specifically about Hajj 2017. I feel that it’s my obligation to share my experience with others. Dawn travel is extremely disorganized company as I have experienced. Even during the package selection we were greatly misguided by the staff sitting in Pakistan. We booked for our hajj package very early, when they had only two packages available on their website. There were more packages that were to come in the future but we were not informed. Due to inadequate information provided by the Manager and staff, I had to visit their office in Midtown several times for documents submission and visa collection. When we reached at Jeddah airport we didn't receive any assistance from them. Our group Scholar (Mualim) was not there to receive us; in fact no one was there from Dawn travel. We were left alone at the airport and by the way it was our first hajj. I called Dawn Travel’s management a few times and did not receive any help. Luckily I found a scholar from another travel agency and with his support and help we boarded the bus to Makkah. Our plane landed at 6 PM Jeddah local time, and we arrived at the hotel in Makkah at 2 AM. Some people arrived at 11 AM, the next day, and it was NOT due to the long lines in immigration. When we stayed in Azizia building, there were no water supply for almost 24 hours , dirty bed sheets , only one key for five people , no side tables ( in women rooms). Our Mina tent was not air conditioned, it only had air blower which was not good enough for everyone. It was very hot and suffocating. People passed out because of dehydration. Later during the Hajj rituals we did not get adequate support during all the rituals. No transportation was provided to come back to Mina tent after tawaf-e-zyarah. We had to come back on our own and had to walk several miles with elderly men and women, some of whom were sick. They were very ignorant like they don’t care about us and called their mismanagement “difficulties of Hajj”. Some pilgrims also lost their luggage. They received minimal or no help to recover them. If anyone wants to travel with family for Hajj I would suggest find better options, this company is not suitable for Hajj journey especially with family.

I worked with Raheel for Umrah in April 2019. I have traveled previously for Umrah and have worked with other agents. I had an excellent experience with Dawn travels. The price was competitive and more importantly Raheel was very prompt and knowledgeable with any queries that I had. Turnaround time was quick and what was promised. Inshallah I will use them again. I just read this while verifying their office address in NY, my experience was different I was treated well, I booked a return ticket from Karachi to San Fran went okay. Couple of things: First: My wife and I contracted with Dawn travels for 2018 Hajj. You should know that this company is a reseller of packages and they make money from buying the cheapest packages and reselling them with deceptive Description to make them look more economically attractive than similar packages. Basically, their packages seem really good because they are mostly false advertising. So, please take the time read the bad reviews first. Because they are true (especially my experience is identical to four others in this thread) but will be buried among the fake 5* reviews. Secondly: whether your hajj will be accepted is between you and Allah and no travel agency bears responsibility for it. However, what your travel agency has is a contractual obligation to deliver what you paid for. That, you will not get from Dawn Travels. Bro. Saeed who runs this outfit can be best described as a used car salesman. He uses a very believable group of people in Pakistan to sell you the packages. You will not receive any information regarding logistics even though you will be promised those many times. You will be given names such a Bro. Walker who will basically keep telling you everything is in order but you will find out after arriving in SA that it is far from that. You will experience frequent delays and poor organization throughout but it will be blamed on others. You may have bought a package with certain number of nights but Bro. Saeed will skimp on a couple of nights in between (that’s how he really makes Money from resell). You will likely make the important dates but it will be touch and go. In our case, we did not arrive in Mina on time. We were the last group to reach Mina. Why? Well right at that time hotels in Madina are cheap so Bro. Saeed will keep you there instead of putting you up in hotel in Haram Sharif as indicated in the package. Or you will be checked out of your hotel a day or two early in Haram and will spend overnight in the parking lot waiting for the bus. Why? Because that saves Bro. Saeed from having to pay for a night (and hotel is expensive in Haram Sharif at that time). Long story short, I could go on about this but I won’t because despite Dawn travels, we had a wonderful hajj (no thanks to Bro. Saeed but it’s the blessing of Allah). We were able bodied and found a good group of people after arriving at Mena camp. Not all were so fortunate. Hajj is a once in a lifetime opportunity. There are many challenges. Logistics shouldn’t be one of them or cause distractions. Pick an agency that your friends and family have used and had good experience with. Trust me, you don’t need five star hotels or buffet lunches. May Allah accept your niyah iA.
