I have been working with Diane for about 4 years now. Her service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Her knowledge and experience can't be beat when you are looking for something special. Not only can she help you find the perfect place for a vacation she is there to help should any issues arise. We had an emergency back home while we were in Jamaica and she was on the phone helping us research earlier flights without hesitation.

Our Viking River Cruise from Amsterdam to Switzerland was incredible! We used Cruise Planners because this was our first trip to Europe and we wanted to be sure everything would go smoothly. Diane was super helpful in thinking ahead to what would make our trip better---half the passengers had to leave on the last morning to get to the airport in the middle of the night. Diane found us a flight at noon so we could sleep late and eat a leisurely breakfast and take our time heading out to the airport. When you book straight through Viking, they give you whatever flight is cheapest. She doesn't charge for her services and is paid by the cruise line. She had wonderful ideas of what to do and where to go. We will definitely plan our next trip with Diane's help!!!

My wife and I received Diane's information via word of mouth and we are so happy we discovered her! She does everything from local travels, international trips, destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises...you name it, she does it. We really enjoy working with her because not only is she attentive to detail and making sure the trip she plans is the trip you desire, but she always makes time for you, very quick turn around period with trip itineraries and pricing. We planned our honeymoon with her April 2016 to Italy (Rome,Venice, and Florence). She picked awesome hotels and tours, we had a blast! We are planning a birthday trip with her this September and looking to celebrate our 1yr anniversary in Hawaii next March. If you need just a generic travel agent looking to push a lame travel package your way, then look elsewhere...but if you are looking for someone who cares, wants to plan a trip of a lifetime and stay within your budget, then Diane is the one! Diane has help us plan several trips and each time it was easy and straightforward. I work in the travel industry and I prefer to not "work" on vacation. Our most recent trip was delayed a day due to weather for a flight and it would have ruined our trip (short trip and far away destination - which Diane discouraged us from booking originally). Luckily per Diane's recommendation we had trip insurance. We cancelled our original trip and she had us rebooked to Mexico within 2 hours. We ended up with a wonderful trip and more cost effective! My Family and I have been travelling for many years and thought we were getting the best deals out there until we found Diane Gagliardo at Cruise Planners. Not only is she very knowledgeable and is exceptional in her responsiveness whether it was before or after the trip but is great to work with.
