Worst Ever! Not to be trusted. They threw away thousands of dollars of my charity's belongings for a fundraiser. The driver never did a walk through despite a very generous tip and 8 years of being a good customer. I called the next morning and every day since and it's next to impossible to get an answer and they did nothing to make it up to the charity. Shame on them!

Coach USA leases local bus lines from NJ TRANSIT. Coach drivers driving the 748 and 744 routes are horrible. Aside of being consistently late or not dhowing up at all..the are BOTTOM OF THE BARREL picks. They are rude and do not seem to care who know it. I reall have to blame hiring personnel at this point because it isnt just 1 or 2 drivers...its almost everyone of them. If i can help it ...I try my hardest not to travel these route. Dispatch doesn't seem to care either.

Catching the 351 to MetLife Stadium from Port Authority is a hassle on NFL game days; no posted signs, insufficient crew on hand and poor crowd management.

Could their customer service be any worst? Been waiting for more than an hour for a bus that is suppoused to pass every 30 minutes, I called and their rep was nasty and placed me on hold for more than 10 without giving me the information a needed. Had to hang up and get a lyft, already super late!

Coach commuter Bus in Racine/Kenosha WI area is terrible. The drivers are fine but the company is horrendous. They give us the crappiest buses and save the good ones for the higher income people. They do NOT respond to our concerns and complaints and do nothing to make the buses safer and more reliable. In short, they SUCK. Kudos to the drivers for putting up with them.
