i used american express travel island specialist to book my 30th anniversary trip for my entire family. I was assigned Dawn Perry from this travel agency. Dawn was not responsive and I had to chase her constantly in order to finally book all of the dinner reservations, spa treatments and excursions. Once I complained to American express she finally paid attention to my needs. When we arrived in Turks and started to work through our itinerary we had nothing but disappoint!!! Many of our dinner reservations were NOT confirmed! One night she booked us at a restaurant that was close on Wednesday! All of our excursions had an uplift of 50% over the cost to the actual cost of the excursion. I have booked many of these types of trips in the past and this what I expected from American Express!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My travel agent is on VACATION while all of my flights are delayed. On the phone for an HOUR now waiting for someone on the after hours line to pick up!!!! RIDICULOUS
