We booked with this company based on a referral from a friend and the fact that they provide transportation to and from the airport. As we live on Cape Cod which is 90 miles from Logan Airport this seemed great but we encountered problems with flight bookings, time of day and seats as well as connection issues, and the agent was totally unwilling to help or deal with the problem. Everything else handled by Viking which was fine. But would never deal with this company again due to total lack of customer service. Trip was early June 2018

I agree with the first review. Their rates were as low as anywhere but the service they provide is extraordinary. This was my first cruise and now I see why so many people use them for planning all their cruises.

Booked a cruise through this company. Was told I was getting a room on a higher floor and with a window. DID NOT GET WHAT WE WERE TOLD. They didn't do anything to fix this problem worst company to book a cruise don't bother.
