The coffee tastes like hot water. When did they greatly reduce the amount of coffee grounds? I guess they thought we would not notice. If traveling through Utah the next time I'll wait until I get to Pilot in St George. If traveling south on the 15 you can stop at flying j where there's a starbucks.

Awesome place!!! So much for a gas station/truck stop. They seem to have a little bit of everything. Two restaurants: Dunkin Doughnuts and Iron Skillet. So you can sit down or grab and go. Nice location outside of the city, so you can get squared away and forego the city itself.

Doesn't smell like a 60 year old dirty ashtray! This is unusual for any truck stop in Nevada because most have a mini casino. It seems the ambiance for casino is the same smell as that 90 year old aunt that smokes 4 packs a day for the last 50+ years.

The slowest shop ever. Took an hour for them to pull my truck into the shop and almost 2 hours before they got someone to come over to do the 60 day maintenance on the truck but had 3 people to do the full service on the truck next to me.

Store Rude Associate ....heard her tell one customer that its the way you push the numbers is why kiosk would not give the shower. She yelled for someone to help them yet I watched the helper having issue too. I felt Rude Associate needs to tone down

Very disappointing...it has really gone down hill. Seems manager of this location really doesn't care.Only has 4 washing machines,2 broke,dirty laundry room.And why do truck stops rip you off,seriously,$3.00 to do a load of laundry and the stupid machines don't even fill enough to cover your clothes. It used to be a spotless Petro,and the food was always great,plenty of it and consistent. Hopefully corporate starts taking notice of some of the reviews and will start listening and make it a nice resting spot for truck drivers to get off the road and relax...maybe they should change some of their reward points to include laundry,like a free wash and dry instead of a free soft drink or coffee.

This was my first time there at the Petro I had no problem there what so ever. I had some tires put on there at the shop and Misty at the desk was very nice to me and thats what i call customer service. I'll be back there again. Thank you very much.

I'm truck driver. Sprint users park away from iron skillet or you may not get a signal. I moved closer to fuel island and got a great signal. The shower was roomy and ok, told attendant shower wasn't draining properly, he was responsive and said he'd report it. Iron skillet was ok. Waitress was nice and the only one servicing half the restaurant. She was too loud and banged dirty dishes around unnecessarily. That bothered me. Food was ok. Grilled chicken dry, mixed veggies good, garlic bread yummy. Salad bar, ehh. Soups salty, desserts, yucky. Cashiers at the store were playing musical registers. It was busy and the one line was usually long. One lady did help me figure out redemption kiosk, that was nice. I used points to park in reserved spot. Paid $7 instead of $17. Parking blindside not my thing. Food and coffee at fuel island was very good. Cashier gave me complimentary coffee. Very nice. Oh, to all the gentleman that opened the door for me, bless your hearts. ❤️

I've always been able to find parking, no matter how late I've pulled in. Added to that fact, they now have a Dunkin Donuts on site. I believe that I will be stopping here every time I'm through Vegas now!

Shop is a joke at night! Lady was asleep forever I had to call just for her to wake up! Then RUDE on top of it. WOW SAD! Gene at the fuel desk is AWESOME! Too bad the shop sucks.

I stopped for the night to rest before heading back to my home state. Less than 2 hours later, a "security professional" knocked on my window to tell me I had to leave since I had been there for over four hours. I was unaware of the 4 hour limit here, but I literally had been there for 2 hours. After arguing with the guy, he proceeded to follow me on my way out until I was off of the premises. To make things worse, the idiot was driving in what I assume to have been his own personal vehicle. I have no clue which security service is contracted with this location, but it is unprofessional at the very minimum. The dude was out of uniform as well. Yes, I should have asked a store worker about security before leaving but I was just focused on getting out of there. I did find another travel center not too far away heading back east, and was able to stay the rest of the night there without any issues whatsoever.

Decent food, clean showers, so it’s better than the Pilot landfill. Coffee bar wasn’t maintained, dirty, no sugar, no creamer. When I asked the store employee she put out sugar then walked away. I asked again for creamer but she just pointed around the store and left me standing. I ended up buying a bottle of milk just for my cup of coffee. They don’t know their fax number and gave me a wrong number so I didn’t receive my fax at all. I guess it‘s not surprising because this truckstop plays the same loop of pop music in the main building around the clock. It‘s understandable people can‘t concentrate on their work while the same quack’s blaring day and night.

First, who's the moron that designed the truck parking as blindside parking??? Second, bathrooms are always nasty; cleaned once per day, maybe. Third, showers here have mold growing on mold. Wear your wading boots, not shower flops, when showering here; otherwise you will get a nasty case of foot rot. Lastly, the restaurant, fair. Service is good, but bottom quality food; food is worst of the Petros nationwide. Remember to get here early or be really good at parking blindside!

Good people working here. Needs a shuttle running from fuel & shop area to main building like Atlanta Petro. It's a long walk if you are getting your truck serviced and want to take a shower or get something to eat.

Went in for dinner . They were out of everything I tried to order. Had the salad bar . The soups didn't look good at all . The waitress was very apologetic and quite nice . Shower was clean and had good water pressure .

Worst shower ever not a drop of warm water to be had. So I was frozen by the time I got done. Then sat down in the restaurant where it was freezing. So of course maybe a hot meal would warm me up, but that was not the case either!! Food was look warm and just thrown on the plate. Disappointing to say the least!! At least I'm in my truck now where I can get under the covers and try to get warm!!

Lot is painted for blindside, why? After 11 hours drive time and a few other hours fueling, pre and post trip, dock time, delivery time, ect...ect who needs the stress of a blindside park at the end of a long day. Also we are nearly in Vegas Metro. I pay good money to Verizon for there data plan. Why is there such poor reception? Thank the Lord you can pay TA/Petro for their WiFi (sarcasm). Who pays for WiFi anymore? I haven't paid for WiFi at a hotel since 2005. It's a loss leader, something you provide and service, so you can draw in a crowd to purchase your other over priced retail items and purchase fuel. Come on Man it's 2017, get with the program!

Passing through the area in the evening, I called ahead to ask about showers and overnight parking. I described my vehicle (passenger vehicle) and they said it was fine if I parked until morning. Middle of the night a security guard bangs (not knocks) on my window, I tell him what I'd been told and he yells "you've been here days and days and days." I politely said I'd just gotten there in the evening and he then changes his story to "you've been here since my shift started" and tells me I can't park there. I was on empty so unfortunately had to get gas before leaving. After filling my tank I realized the security guard had pulled up next to me to give me a dirty look as I used the pump. I'm perplexed at how a literal paying customer is treated here.

After driving from TX to NV on a whim I arrived at Siegel Suites Fremont only to realize there weren't any rooms in my price range. I had used rest stops to sleep along the way and decided to google rest stops near me, so for the next 10 days I slept in my car at night and went apartment hunting by day. I liked this rest stop especially because they have laundry facilities $3 to wash and $3 to dry. They were open Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I also noticed they had a debit card machine to use if you don't have quarters for the laundry machines. I also liked the fact that they have shower facilities which I was told cost $14 to take a shower. That wasn't in my budget I had rubbing alcohol, peroxide, paper towels, baby wipes, solid Amber resin along with other feminine products which I made work. Another plus is they have tons of trash cans in the parking lot to empty your trash everyday. I also had dental floss, toothbrush, toothpaste and did my makeup everyday in my car. I used the bathroom facilities and also bought gas every other day. I went into the store one morning and 2 female cashier's were at the register I asked one if they had honey she said no I begin to walk out and she said wait and asked the other cashier she said yes and walked to the aisle where the honey is and I purchased it I think it was $4.99 it went well with my gluten free Udi's bagels and dry roasted edamame nuts I picked up at the .99 cent only store. This place also has a restaurant called the "Iron Skillet", a Verizon wireless booth, a Dunkin donuts and gaming machines. Out of all the rest stops this one became my go to. I felt safe there even though they did not have a security officer making security rounds in the parking lot. I slept in my fur coat every night and was warm. My advice put up security blanks on your windows for privacy and wake up early every morning between 4a-6a to warm up your car because one morning some moron called the police to report there were individuals sleeping in their car. Duh it's a rest stop you idiot

Lots of parking available. Ive come here for at least a year now and the staff is friendly. The pricing is the same as most all gas stations. There is a little back up as there is construction around there right now. Evening staff is probably my favorite.
