Absolutely loved the trip to the Grand Canyon along with the helicopter ride. Was taken around the various view points which was fab but rushed as we had to be back to the ranch for tea. Felt this was rushed and no other facilities for example no wagon riding, gun shoot outs or any other entertainment. Disappointed in this aspect of the trip. Also leaving at 7am in the morning was again a bit rushed. Was informed that we would not return to Las Vegas to the afternoon but arrived at 10am with no hotel room available until 4pm!!!

Siddharth Dalmia

Awesome experience. Mark did an excellent job, felt like he loves his work. Safe driving, punctual, knowledgeable, humorous, friendly. Buffet was good and also the dinner. Highly recommend for Grand Canyon and Hoover dam tour.

Gary _DSLR

Very professional, great driver. Toilet A/C on bus, Recommend, but the canyon is a long way from Vegas, prepare for a very long day, 6am till 10pm..

Paresh Ashar

great experience on their tours. would repeat them in future if travelled to vegas

Great value!

Yousef Firoozan

It is a very long trip but I believe it worth it We had a very driver and the people at the central terminal were really supportive, my wife was not feeling good at the time and after discussing with one of the organizers I wish I remember the name), he did whatever he could to help us and he really did... Recommanded if you only have one day to see grand canyon and are on low budget..!

Dee Sunflower

The tour was great! Jerry is a very experienced driver and we felt safe and comfortable. The price of the South Rim tour was very reasonable and allowed sufficient time to enjoy the beauty of the Canyon! The tour is quite organized.

Tracey Rauh

Long day but very worth it. Our first bus driver was mean and rude but we only had him for the very short first leg. The important driver who was there for there rest of the day was great. The buffet at the Rodeo is awful, so if plan to eat at one of the neighboring chains.

Mike Barrette

Our grand canyon tour was good but long. Find out what time the tour leaves the main depot and get yourself to it. We spent the first 2 hours just picking people up before going to the main depot. Larry, our tour guide/ driver was very knowledgeable and funny and kept us entertained with info and movies etc.. Food was ok but be prepared to spend some of your own money, not all food is covered. When they say to be back at the bus by a certain time, be back at that time! Had to wait for some people to the point where Larry had to go back and pick them up after dropping the group off at another stop. Overall this is a great tour and we enjoyed it.

Great tour! Thx

Andy Currier

Grand Canyon tour was fantastic, breakfast snack was a prepackaged small cinnamon roll, lunch a marginal small Chinese buffet. The driver was excellent and the Canyon views incredible.

Tom Kilpatrick

The tour took longer than described, causing us to rearrange our plans that day. After an 8:10 hotel pickup, we went to a staging area and didn’t leave for the Dam until 9:40 - I don’t understand why this was necessary. The driver delivered a non-stop comedy routine on the drives over & back, so if you want to read, relax or talk to friends, this isn’t your tour. Instead of returning to the hotel at 1:00, we arrived at 2:20. They didn’t seem respectful of guests’ time or other plans.

Second time using this company. Bought the Groupon and had no issues. First time we went to the Grand Canyon that was miserable from Vegas at no fault of the company it was just too far. This time we did the Hoover Dam tour we thoroughly enjoyed it. Only wish the bus driver would have shut up for one second on the way there he finally shut up on the way back. The trip was well worth it. Bus was clean. We for some lovely pictures of Lake Meade as well. If you get the chance get the Groupon deal we’ll worth it. If we would have had our kids with us I think they would have enjoyed this trip as well. Informative and picturesque. We took so many pictures here. Really enjoyed this and the company did well.

Hats off to Keith for the Great Job he did in taking care of my family during out family Reunion this past week. By weeks end he was like a part of the family. He was patient with us. Very friendly and went above and beyond in getting food for me one day when i was not feeling my best. Very good at his job! Virginia Payne

The WiFi is down and not working for a 10-hour round trip to Grand Canyon. Not cool at all.

Harry Brunner

Great tour good driver was very knowledgeable about everything on the ride

Frank Sutton

We had keith as our drive he was very funny informative talk about the history of the town of Vegas and Boulder City as we drove through he was very courteous at all times he was funny you made us all laugh we got upgraded to a VIP bus so there was less people on the bus there's more personable he gave us the time to look around and tried to make a little extra stops just so you can get other pictures of Lake Mead different angles of the dam it was even nice enough to one passenger that would have had to walk a few blocks to get back to her hotel where he dropped her straight off at her hotel and it wasn't one of his stops I would recommend if you do the damn tour do the VIP tour and ask for Keith as your driver you'll have a great time and laugh a lot

They really know what to do. Made the tour one of the best ever.

Ivy Rongo

Left about 1 hour late because they were waiting for 3 late people to arrive. This cut into our time to see the Hoover Dam. Also the little van did not allow a view out the front and the side windows had so much tinting/advertising on them everything was blurred.

anthony bonfim

These our pictures from our bus tour with the Grand Canyon tour company it was a great tour and we got it on Groupon. The man we had was talkative and was nice and told you knowledge. Just a long ride but well worth it

Phil Logrippo

Great value. Good tour for the price. The buses are nice and our bus driver Gary was awesome. He was a great driver and was funny and made the drive fly by. He stopped at several locations for pictures and 2 hours was plenty of time at the dam. I took the mini tour and paid $5 to upgrade to get the generator tour. The only complaint is that they have one bus pick us up and bring us to their terminal where another bus takes us to the dam. If they just gave us time to be at the terminal we could've walked from our hotel and slept in that night.

This company doesn't even deserve a 0 star. My husband and I did the "VIP hollywood tour" though this company at the end of September when we went to Las Vegas and it was the biggest mistake of the trip. -The website boasts "luxury vehicles with WIFI" but it was a Ford F550 bus, with no shocks, no legroom, no WIFI and 3 of the 5 TVs on the bus didn't work. To top it off, it's supposed to be a site-seeing tour, however they covered the bus in a black wrapping so you couldn't even see out the windows. It's a 14 hour tour. It was like riding in a trunk. -The driver Nino made racist and derogatory comments about women and other cultures the whole day which we found very offensive. -Not once did anyone tell us that there was no supper stop, or to pick up food at one of the stops, so we didn't eat from 1:30 when we had lunch, until 11:30 when we got back to our hotel. -The website advertises a free ballcap, however when we inquired we were told that they were out, and to contact the main office. - At the Santa Monica pier we were told to go explore and meet back at the restaurant at 1:30. We got to the restaurant at 1:26 and were yelled at by the driver for being late. - Santa Monica we had less than a half hour. At each stop we were dropped off at some random point, given vague instructions and left on our own to see who knows what, we weren't told. At the Chinese theater in Hollywood the group was taken to a mall, directed up the escalators and then left by ourselves to figure out what the heck we were supposed to be looking for (apparently the hollywood sign which we found out from another tour group) Absolutely terrible tour. Waste of vacation time and money. What makes it worse is we've contacted the company multiple times, even spoke to a woman named Rose over the phone who promised she would handle it, and no one will respond. We've also contacted the better business bureau, who advised that this company has an F rating because they won't even respond to them regarding past issues. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go with a credible company with inoffensive drivers with vehicles you can actually see out of.

Tony Crasto

ZERO star rating. Terrible company to deal with. Absolutely no customer service all they care about is taking your money. Go elsewhere!

sunny sandhu

Legendary and Historical place, but v can learn many things here. Salute to all those brave people who made such a visiting Grand Canyon Power station..

Kitrina Pendley

FANTASTIC!!! My husband and i had a great experience with our tour. Very organised..great bus driver. Very professional. The Grand Canyon is breathtaking!!! Stop thinking about it and just GO!!! You won't regret it!!! The buses were clean and comfortable. The driver was pleasant and humorous. No delays. Very professional and organised. We were very impressed. Would deffinetly recommend this tour to friends and family. We made great memories that will last us a life time. Five star rating all the way!!!

Delia Kent

Grand Canyon Tour Co. Is right on target for getting you to the Canyon and back. Knowledgeable drivers, funny, interesting tidbits of info given by them. Quite a ride to get you to and from but worth every penny.

Jay J

I'm going to start out by saying that I guarantee you when you step off that bus at the end of the tour, the first thing you are going to think is, "I wish I had driven myself." Unless, of course, you're the type of person that enjoys a company that doesn't know how to properly sell tickets or reserve seats, bus drivers with atrocious attitudes, extremely limited time in the places you paid to see, and long rides on filthy buses with limited stops. In that case, I think you'll really like it. And if all you want to really know is, "Did they get the job done? " - the answer is "yes". However, if you're asking, " But did they do it right? " - the answer is "absolutely not. "

Dezzy Dupre

Shuttle bus driver was great! The second driver to and from the dam, not so much. I was picked up at my hotel and put off at another one. Info given on ride is exactly what you learn at the dam. Go mini and then use if you want the dam tour. Otherwise this is a very cheap way to get to the dam from Vegas to do your own thing for a couple of hours. Oh and, eat the dam dog!

Archer

Top of the line tour. Great driver and we had a blast. It is a long day but definitely worth it. Priceless moments at the Grand Canyon

Tracey Waring

Great driver/guide. Fun trip.

Lynn P

Highly recommend NOT to use this company! Buyer Beware, they will not live up to their promises and will take your money. We booked 4 tickets to the Rat Pack show and the casino never received the booking, we were out our money and didn't get to see the show. The company will not refund my money.

D&D Daddy & Daughter Show

Place is hard to get in, it's all dark and hard to find the entrance. Once inside, staff were nice. You must book in advance!!! They have alot to offer for reasonable prices (you can ask for a discount.)

Gabely G

The Zion national Park tour was incredible! Definitely not enough time if you take the day excursion. The views are breathtaking. We walked in the river and that took away some precious time to see other sites but boy was it worth it. The water wasn't clear due to a recent flas flood but super refreshing. Nino, our driver, was hilarious and very friendly. Hope you have the pleasure of getting him as your driver. Lunch was included and was on point. A lunch from the Honey baked ham and a bag of snacks as well. A+++. Reason for not being a 5 star review, was the absolute mess of a morning pickup with other excursions.

Shadasia Lewis

This was a great tour to experience seeing the canyon. The company was right on time picking us up from the hotel to take us to the tour bus. The driver was really nice. She made plenty of jokes and kept us entertained throughout the ride. The buses are comfortable but i recommend bringing a pillow cause the ride is long. The internet/wifi was spotty at times during the ride. They served us a small breakfast..pastries, water.. The all you can eat lunch buffet was decent. You can get full and walk it off at the canyon. You get about an hour to an hour and a half to get good pictures and explore the canyon. For us, we would of liked a little more time. We toured he South Rim which the views were amazing.

Cat Davison

Helicopter and boat ride were both absolutely brilliant! Once in a life time opportunity. Definitely recommend the experience!

Tom Gardiner

We had the BEST tour of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam with these guys! Our driver, Gary, was a temp driver, but he should be their fleet leader. He was fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us entertained the entire time. The next time I'm in Vegas, I'm going back and asking for Gary.

Feng Jiao

The trip is quite mediocre. You get a bus ride, eat some food, drink some water, and see the grand canyon (best part of the trip) and go home. That's probably it. Don't expect more. At the end of the trip, the bus driver request each passenger to tip him 10$ per person. I don't know much about the salary for a bus driver. But 10$ pp translates to $10*55(passengers per bus)*250 days = $137,500 cash per year in gratuity. I hope the company is hiring a bus driver :)

Luke

Tour was worth the money. Buy it through Groupon tho as it seems significantly cheaper than their tagged price.

Chef Alberto

Funny drivers! Knowledgeable about the history of las Vegas and surrounding areas. Courteous and make the ride fun. Can't wait to go again!

Dan Davis

If getting yelled at and driving for the first 2 hours to other Vegas hotels and waiting at their terminal before even starting the tour, then you'll love this tour. I really wish I did more research on them before purchasing my families tickets. Try Grey Line instead, much, much better. They truly suck !

holly brundies

Absolutely amazing!! The views they take you to are incredible. My tour guide/bus driver was so informative and funny and I felt safe in this huge bus. We got to eat and it was very well organized. I would do this again.

Patricia Rosario

Do I have to say. Beautiful wonders of the world. Just amazing and beautiful. Tour company, very organized and informative. On point.

Daryl Aim

Great experience and really enjoyed the bus driver and his entertaining talks.

Carolyn Keilty

Great driver (Tess). She had lots of great stories. The meal destination was a little less than, but it would appear the route doesn't offer many choices.

Peggy Franklin

Great tour!

Brenda Keene

Nice bus and driver but buffet and dinner meal was awful. Good guide and informative videos to watch along the way. They did a good job of showing us around in a short period of time .

Jamie Sharp

Where do I start first of all we got collected from our hotel at 6am in the morning to go on the hollywood day tour by a rather large coach despite being told it would be a small minibus . We then spent nearly 2 hours collecting other people from various hotels around the strip which weren't even on our trip. Upon arrival at the depot it was absolute chaos we were greeted with a man off the bus who read our confirmation and pointed us to the long queue to check in . After reaching the front of the queue we were told we didn't have to check in and this was the case for others on the trip . The man denied telling us to check in and began arguing with us . We then had to waste another 40 minutes by going back on to the strip collecting 2 people from the Excalibur which couldn't be bothered to be at the pick up point so we had to go and collect them . After setting off on the bus it took 3 and a half hours to reach the point of picking up the second driver/ tour guide on the bus it was stifling the air conditioning didn't work properly and poured out water on a number of occasions during the day wetting through passengers at the front of the bus and made the floor extremely wet and slippy . Upon notifying the driver his response was " it's either turn it off or get wet " On numerous occasions the main driver was rude to the party . Once arriving after a 5 hour coach trip we got 30 minutes to walk around the pier and then we had to meet for lunch. After having lunch you take a trip to rodeo drive and the hollywood walk of fame which was the best part of the trip by far Greg the tour was very informative . On our way back we had another 5 hour journey with water pouring from the air con and the bus was moving from side to side as the driver was driver so quickly. We finally reached our hotel after an 18 hour day . Do your self a favour don't use this company and save your money !!

Jack Gates

I got what I went there to do

Chwanna Perkins

Very nice! Driver was very professional

Craig Marshall

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! IF YOU DON’T WANNA LOOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BOOK ANY TOUR WITH THEM!!! AND RUTH THEIR EMPLOYEE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND OBNOXIOUS. AFTER INQUIRING ABOUT A TOUR MY CREDIT CARD WAS FRAUDULENT USED MULTIPLE TIMES.

Dave Carpenter

Not bad but if I was to do it again I would have taken the west rim tour it's a lot closer as the south rim is 6 hours one way too much and too long of a day

Steph P

South Rim Grand Canyon. Our driver Keith was all over (and off) the road, incoherent as the day went on. We definitely hit something while on the interstate and he didn't stop. No free wifi. Keith had attitude with everyone from the start. No true tour guide information. All you can eat Buffet in Williams, AZ I wouldn't pay to eat there outside of this trip. There is no stop at Hoover Dam, and no one advised us of that change. Do yourself a huge favor and rent a car yourself. This was the worst tour we've ever been on.

Inayah Smith-Marsette

THIS IS A WARNING! Do not use this company. On July 2, 2019 I booked a tour online and because the company booked another family over the phone, they cancelled my trip, due to overbooking. I was told that I would receive a FULL refund and if I don’t hear anything by Friday, July 5, 2019 to call the accounting department about my refund. I have called almost every day and I’m either getting a run around or told that they’re processing my refund. Today is July 18, 2019 and I haven’t received a refund nor an update from this company. This is very unprofessional - they stole over $200 from me and has yet to contact me about my refund. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend using this company. If I could give it negative stars, I would. I feel so scammed!

Robert Patterson

Shuttle Driver Willy was nice. Once we loaded bus #1 the new driver seemed less then impressed to be "on the clock". He did his speech about the day and how he would give us a special viewpoint if we listened and were on time the whole day. He then lead into a speech about how to tip him $15-$20/ person. We stopped on the way at a McDonald's restaurant for a break where a 2nd bus was and were given appx 25.mins to use washroom and get back on bus. Our lunch stop was at the roadeo buffet and sports bar. (Pass on eating here there is 3 places within a 5min walk). Once we boarded bus again we where told we were earning our special views and doing well. Along the trip the driver would point out a few things along the way. He even apparently had made a call to.have the Hoover dam lights turned on for us. Once we got in the park at 1st viewing location before we could get off we were given a 10min speech on different things some including "don't use washroom don't be selfish and make others wait on you. If you want to truly earn the extra viewing space I have opened up for you don't be late or the whole group can lose this". The trip was advertised stopping for a quick bite on the return trip which we learned no we are on a bus which is trying a new way in which we would have to buy dinner out of pocket and the roadeo buffet with limited options. Our group opted out and where centered out 3 times. For not wanting to eat at the roadeo. We opted to walk 5mins to KFC and buy diner there after eating there buffet lunch which was less then impressive. The driver seemed to be upset about our choices. Some things that made the trip unpleasant 1- The driver needs to understand that he had a bus load of adults and doesn't need to talk down to us 2- Changing the meal plan should have been told before we were loading various buses and MANY people on the bus didn't seem impressed with the change. 3-Some people didn't get dropped off at there hotels and were asked numerous times if they wanted to be dropped off elsewhere. Our hotel which was beside 2nd drop off was passed by and ended up being 2nd last we got off at another location and walked to save the time. 4-We were told the on board washroom was for emergency uses only. Good thing as there was NO water No soap available to wash your hands. The views were amazing however. Our experience could have been much better with a positive attitude from all involved. Each to there own however showing political support should be left at home and not shown all over as many may have taken this as a uncomfortable situation. (Wearing a hat starting making America great again).

Great experience I highly recommended Family Vacation

I was recently in Las Vegas from the Uk for 5 days and wanted to make the absolute most of my time. My one MAJOR mistake was picking this outfit when I booked a day trip to LA/Hollywood. Their website promoted VIP travel in a luxury bus with WiFi. This description could not be further from the truth! A bus - heavily decorated externally with a wrap advertising the company only served to seriously restrict visibility from the inside looking out! Hopeless for a sightseeing trip. Given that you are on the bus for at least 8 hours, it is quite important that it be comfortable, warm and have clear windows to see out of - none of these things were delivered. No WiFi existed either! The website states that a Hollywood baseball cap - valued at $20 is given to each passenger. We were each presented (and all refused) a bright yellow fisherman’s cap. Awful!! Cheap and nasty! The drivers had never seen the caps I showed that were on the website. Nor did they know about the promise of WiFi either!! Clearly a case of false advertising! The only things that were true as stated on the website were the destinations you would be taken too. Everything else that was promised most certainly was not delivered! Having contacted customer services 3 days ago - I have heard absolutely nothing! All in all - a disappointment from start to finish. If you are planning a day trip to Hollywood/LA - don’t make the mistake that I did. Choose another operator!!

Ashok Rai

I took the tour with my family. A shuttle from hotel took us to Vegas airport , after check in we flew to Grand Canyon. After landing shuttle tour started. Boxed Lunch was provided. Tour guide/driver was very informative. After ground shuttle tour was over, plane was ready to take us back to Vegas. Tour is very well planned. Weather was very nice and plane ride was smooth. I highly recommend it. One thing to keep in mind, tour company doesn't go to every hotel for pickup. Check with tour company before making the hotel reservation, if your hotel is on their list.

Kevin Maskell

Pleasant, comfortable, enjoyable. Not their fault the generator room was closed that day. Very convenient pick up/drop off. Look for a Groupon, full price is expensive.

Archie G

Amazing trip, loved every second!

Nouval Guerrero

Very disappointing, arrived before 6am at our pick location, driver didn’t show until 715am. After that there were still other stops. Because I wanted to be on time we didn’t eat and depended on the “box breakfast” apple, muffin and bad OJ. Spent 2hrs 45mins at the canyon, which was the best part. We departed 45mins later than announced. Again disappointed.

Tonya Ball-zaro

We had an amazing time. The drive had beautiful scenery. Our driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining. There were outlets in front of our seats. I would definitely use this company again.

Sheryl Latchu

Excellent experience and Jerry the driver is dynamic, thoughtful, knowledgeable and is offering fabulous customer service.

Atilla Wohllebe

Excellent tour company to get to the Hoover dam. Friendly and entertaining bus driver bringing us to different spots to get the best pictures. Free tea and coffee before departure. Pricing okay.

connie carter

I cannot say enough! Our guide Tommy was amazing! We absolutely had the time of our lives! Don't waste time with anyone else, book your adventure with these guys!

john Harris

Seemed good until the tour left on a rainy day. Got hour half in on tour and bus had to turn around hwy closed to the grand canyon. Got dropped off back on the strip then had to take uber back to office to get refund. Not impressed won't do this again. Your better off renting a car and driving there on your own. You think they would check weather before putting people through such an ordeal. Don't like my time being wasted when I'm on holidays.

braeden Brown

Sat in front of bus taking us to the canyon. Driver was very informative and seemed like a super nice guy. Enjoyed trip very well.

Shareba Griffith

This exceeded all of my expectations! Awesome representation of God's handiwork!

Tour: We went for the south rim tour of grand canyon. The tour guide that we had had an amazing sense of humor. During the tour, you get to see hoover dam and route 66 along with the grand canyon. The canyon is majestic to say the least and you'll get about 2-2.5 hours in total to check out the canyon. The travel time between spots is long and you'll probably fall asleep (unless you are with a fun partner). Food: So first they take you to a breakfast place where you get like a cup of coffee and a croissant and that's it - that's all the free breakfast there is. This builds up a huge appetite for lunch and they take you to a fabulous all you can eat place which has a large selection of good food and drinks (non alcoholic). For dinner, you'll stop at a place where there are a bunch of restaurants and you'll probably have to make your meal to-go and eat in the bus. Overall it is a pretty fun experience.

Brijesh Kamani

Really good experience, was good guided tour, provided nice little breakfast and lunch. Bus quality was excellent, we visited to Grand Canyon spurts rim with them and all excellent.

Ryan Kidd

Scored a great deal on tickets. So easy and great to get picked up at our casino and then take a coach to the site. Really well-organized.

Murali K

Good driver cum guide. But the price is expensive per head.

tatiana lascano

If you are an odd number group (3,5,7) do not ride this bus company. From my experience it is clear some families, partnerships, pairings are more important than others. If you do decide to do this tour what is not explained to you is that when they arrange a pick up from your hotel what they mean is you pick up people from various hotels then shuttled to a station where you then have to check in IF you would like your group to be together you must be the first people off the bus so make sure you sit as close to the front as possible when picked up from your hotel and then get into line QUICK! This is the only way to assure your group is together otherwise you may be separated all throughout the bus and you are NOT allowed to switch seats (that is what we were told on the bus after the first checkpoint verbally and after we moved it was repeated to us again over the speaker)

James Burlingame

Took a day trip to Hollywood and enjoyed.

A E

We didnt really get a tour ..it was just a long ride on a tour bus ..but it was worth every dime we saw the grand canyon and it was amazing ..i really enjoyed myself..the driver was very nice and he drove fine ..i wasnt expecting a tour guide ..the price was very reasonable for the trip ..it was overall a great experience and the restaurant they take you to eat at had delicious food and everyone was nice there too

Julian Harwell

We had the BEST tour of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam with these guys! Our driver, Gary, was a temp driver, but he should be their fleet leader. He was fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us entertained the entire time. The next time I'm in Vegas, I'm going back and asking for Gary.

Emily Moody

Our driver willie was the awesomest driver

Mano Juju

Worst tour and worst company ever after I’ve experienced in my life. We’ve been told to wait in front of hotel for pick up but no bus showed up. After 5 min they called us that bus is waiting in the north side of hotel and I told them it will take 1 min to go that location and they said it’s okays. When we got there bus had already left!!!! I called them again and I’ve been told you missed the bus and we cannot do anything about it. NO Refund!!! The costumer service was super mean and never allowed me to speak and yelling you missed the bus and we cannot help you and then hang up the phone. We lost two hundred dollars because of their stupidity.

ernesto hernandez

Good service very profesional

anshul maggon

Highly recommend it.

Rajeev Batra

Good coach & tour. Hotel Pick-up driver didn't turn up at our stop, claimed he had done. Cabbed to their collection point. Cost me addnl 10 bucks and harassment. Lady on helpline phone was rude and not of much help.

Karen N Cricket

Our Driver Willie was great! Funny and knowledgeable about the tour and Las Vegas. Very friendly. On time and made our tour more pleasurable. Great value! A must do!

Lynn Rogers

Wonderful experience The bus driver very friendly and accommodating. Will use this company again when I plan to return to the Grand Canyon national park.

Heather Bray

very affordable and organized

Chelsea Moulton

Wonderful experience. The drive is long, but our driver, Dirk, did well to make it exciting. The canyon was worth the drive and we got a long time to walk around. They picked us up right from our hotel.

Kevin Earnest

If I could rate the staff separately, I would rate them all at 5 stars. Everyone was helpful, especially our bus driver (sorry that I have forgotten his name). Departed Las Vegas around 7:30 am, drove past the Hoover Dam, then to a place for lunch before arriving at the Grand Canyon. Had about 4 hours to experience the Canyon before departing for return; we arrived around 10 pm. My only complaint - and I knew this going in - was a total of about 8 hours driving to/from for 4 hours of canyon experience. The staff and other bus riders made it enjoyable. Note: the audio that explained some history about Las Vegas spent way too much time detailing the "criminal" connection to Vegas. I would think a PR firm could help spin things more positively.

Claudia campos

Amazing experience!!! I looked many companies and I didn't know who to pick, I'm glad I did this one!

Willy Wong

Excellent tour company! Highly recommend that you book with them if you are going to the grand canyon!

Lawrence Grandison

Eugene the best driver ever Cruz great guide

Katie Frossard

The Grand Canyon was very lovely, but for a total of 2 1/2 hours at the canyon itself, it wasn't worth the effort. As a mom myself, I would highly recommend an age minimum of 5 and over. We had quite a few little kids who really should have never been on a 16 hour bus trip, including a baby still on formula. The lunch place was absolutely horrible! The selection was small and the food was cold and tasteless. Even the water tasted funny. I got by on Gatorade. The worst part was that we returned there for dinner! Please get a better food vendor. Our bus driver was good, but I felt like more information about the Canyon could have been provided, though she definitely earned her tip. So overall, a long, disappointing experience. Please get better food and set age minimums.

Barb Schmidt

South Rim Tour: THEY DID NOT STOP AT THE HOOVER DAM AS PROMISED IN THEIR LITERATURE. After they picked us up at our hotel, we were taken to a transfer center to get on a different bus. The least they could have done is warned us of this itinerary change before we left on the second bus. Pretty slick move since once you're on the way to the Grand Canyon, there is no way to back out of the tour. Rest of tour was great! You can do better, Grayline!!!

The tour was great, but the check-in process prior to boarding the coach was a monstrosity! Waiting in such a long slow moving line made me feel like a cattle being led to be slaughtered! The process needs to be revamped. The Driver was quiet experienced and knowledgeable about the route in his tour illustration.

These people are so two faced and Devil

Went to La for the day from Vegas. Drive was a little long but we were kept entertained and informed the whole way. Brilliant experience, they do tend to rush you at the stops but for a good reason. You want to see everything and it's only in 1 day. Will definitely go back, maybe stay in LA for a day or 2 next time.

We had a great experience with our Hoover Dam and Lake Mead boat tour. All the staff we encountered were friendly, but huge props to our driver who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. He was knowledgeable of the history of the area, helpful, and very friendly. This was a great value, with complementary drinks and pastry in the morning. I felt this was the only time in Vegas I'm not being constantly nickel and domed, and the company was honestly trying to provide a great experience without trying to up sell on pictures/giftshops/snacks. My only feedback was that our bus arrived at 6:20am at our hotel, which is convenient, but the actual terminal you transfer at was just down the street, so it would have made more sense if we just took an Uber/walked and saved (or slept in) another hour. It would be great if the tour company called this out when we booked. Keep up the great work though!

Do not rely or depend on this company! I made reservations (was given a reservation confirmation code) to take my kids on the Polar Express Train for Thanksgiving. Three days after I made the reservations I receive a random email (no phone call) stating they had made a mistake and the reservation were not made. We leave in two days. We have hotel reservations, the whole nine yards. My kids are ecstatic because this is going to be their first time on the Polar Express. I called Grand Canyon Tour Company to see what was going on and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and never given any information. I called back again and they said there was nothing they could do. Grand Canyon Tour Company is in the hospitality business; if anyone should know the importance of a reservation it is this company. They do NOT care. I finally received an email reply from the lady who made the reservation and she simply said there is nothing we can do. Bologny!!! This company makes horrible decisions. I want everyone to know that I called the train company directly and they fixed what this company never even attempted to get right. Don't waist your time and money with the Grand Canyon Tour Company, they are a third party reservation company that does not honor anything.

Nice views. Enjoyed just not the heat.

Sarah Swain

Very unorganised and the information on the website was completely different than what we got. Even the poor bus driver was told different information than we where. They where late to leave and late to come back to the hotel.

Linda Buchanan

Had a GREAT tour yesterday! Breakfast was a pre pa kaged Danish...so advise bringing more or different food and some of your own water. They give u each 1 bottle of water. Lunch is at a small buffet and the food is good (included in tour price). Dinner (you pay)stop back in same place but is a sit down dinner and we all enjoyed what we ordered as well as a fair price. We had enough time at 2 areas of the canyon we stopped at. It was a full and wonderful day. Now to rate the driver...his name is Mark and he gets a rating of 10 if we could. One in our group uses a walker and he was above accommodating. He is VERY friendly, knowledgable about many different things we passed on way to and from the canyon

Caroline Hetfield

I went on the West Rim tour with my friend, and it was well arranged and had all the info that we needed in order to enjoy the amazing experience that we had in front of us. There is not much to complain about, except that the bus trip could have been a lot more quiet. All these movie-clips that had to be played off was very disturbing and loud, and it was simply too much so early in the morning. I wish there was a way to choose wether or not to listen to these movies, or to just enjoy the silence and relax/take a nap before the long day started. Maybe you can do a little upgrade, and provide every one with each their headset, so it's more optional? This was also very disturbing on the trip back to Las Vegas, after a very long day of sightseeing. I really needed some peace and quiet, but there had to be shown another movie.. Other than that, we had a very good experience and was provided with a great guide!

valerie flanagan

Well organised grand canyon early morning trips. Danish and coffee good. Met our driver Larry and he turned out to be a fabulous guide with a great voice for commentary. Gift shop reasonably priced. Although we were checked in by an extremely efficient young man, it might be worth having a second person to manage queues and lines.

Eddy Clark

Great ride once in a life time experience. Let's do it again

Denise Hervey

Loved it. The driver was experience and engaging. Our tour guide had a extremely dry sense of humor, not engaging at all. The overall experience was delightful other wise.

Carmen Lloyd

absolutely garbage service, my group of over 10 people woke up at 4am to drive over 5 hours to make a 10am tour and arriving at 10am was not enough they sent us away refusing service. Absolutely absurd situation for a tour that we booked far in advance.

Kris Von Kaenel

I would not recommend anyone pay for the day trip or overnight (I can't speak about the others as I do not have experience with them). It is a waste of money and you are better off driving yourself, so you can stop when you want, eat where you want, and spend as much time as you want at the Grand Canyon. The buffet included in the trip there was awful, and the amount of time you actually have at the canyon on the day trip is not enough to fully enjoy it. I would give 1 star but they did get us there and back safely, so I gave them 2.

FZ Nailluz

Good service. Worth the price. Beautiful views of the Grand Canyon, if you are in Las Vegas really worth going to this excursion by any agency you think is better, this one was a good price. Enjoy your trip

Christine D. .

Very well organized company, on-time and on schedule. Our tour guide/bus driver was awesome...very nice and very knowledgeable. Brought lots of reading material but didn't need it because he played three movies and two documentaries on the monitor. Didn't need the bus restroom either because we made two stops on the way there, and one stop on the way back. If you want to avoid the long line at the check-in, provide your own transportation to the bus depot and get there by 7am (it is by the airport); Don't be late, they will leave without you. The buffet was fine. You can bring food on the bus. Please bring some cash to tip the driver at the end of the trip...it is a very long 11 hour day for the driver, and the driver was awesome. I appreciate him getting us there on-time, staying on schedule, and getting us there and back safely. And, of course, the Grand Canyon was spectacular!

James Callaghan

A great day out to the South Rim at a great price. I booked online and was picked up the next day at nearby hotel. Check in was straightforward, with free coffee, water and pastry available as we waited. Our bus was comfortable and our driver, Tess, was a fount of interesting information. Free buffet lunch was included. The Grand Canyon itself is awesome and you get to see it from 2 locations with plenty of time to take photos or buy souvenirs before the journey back to Las Vegas. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Dana Taylor

Great tour of 2 stops on South rim. Driver/guide was fantastic and informative. Only reason not given 5 stars was because the ayce buffet was disappointing.

Joan Ryan

The driver was great he was joking and giving us information on the way out and back to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Made the trip really enjoyable.

Eric Lindblom

When in Vegas, definitely take a tour of Hoover Dam like I did with my family - just don’t use the Grand Canyon Tour Company. The price was good - about $56 per person for the premium tour. The sights were great but the transportation was terrible. The coach was not very good. The promised wifi was non-operational, the video of the building of the dam was not working on the bus, and the bus drivers microphone did not work. He seemed ver nice and tried to give some background as we drove but only the first 3 rows on the bus could hear him, everyone in the back of the bus only heard road and tire noise. So when we arrived from the 45 minute ride, we were none the wiser on the Hoover dam or what to visit first, what not to miss and how to spend our 2 hours of time. Just terrible. Find someone else but do go to the Hoover Dam as it is great

Joe M

Excellent service from the driver, buses clean & servicable. Former DOT Investigator with experience dealing with motor coach operators and these guys seem to run a safe business with good equipment. Please note we had the one day Las Vegas to Grand Canyon tour with pickup around 5:45 am then drop off at 9:30 pm. Two stops for observing the Grand Canyon on our tour, please review the itinerary the driver gave us. Morning continental style breakfast as you get picked up at your hotel and get taken to the GC Your Company center to sign in. You get assigned a driver and a different bus other than the one that picks you up. The three major stops are the Lunch Buffet and then two different areas to observe the Grand Canyon. These guys rock...

Rebecca Creel

Wonderful experience, very knowledgeable tour guide driver, spectacular views!!!

CRISTINA GARCIA

This person that I don't remember his name helped us in everything and he told stories and he even put movies. The Asian person before wasn't very in communication

Susan Campbell

Mark was a really great driver/guide. Very well organized tour for a decent price.

Joshua Ankney

Great park for dogs and Pokemon Go. The same volleyball courts there are nice as well.

Aaron B

Extremely affordable company to see the Grand Canyon with. Safe bus drivers with a sense of humor.

Luis Miqueleiz

WATCH OUT! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THE BUS DID NOT PICK US UP AND LEFT WITHOUT US THEY DECIDED NOT TO STOP AT OUR HOTEL (AS IT WAS INDICATED IN THE RESERVATION) WITHOUT NOTIFYING US THEY DO IT FREQUENTLY. THERE ARE MANY CUSTOMERS AFFECTED. I had a bad experience with this company. In the reservation of the tour, we were assigned an hour of pick up at our hotel. On the day of the excursion the bus did not pick us up and when we called the office they told us that they had changed the schedule without notifying us and they told that the bus was not going to stop at our hotel. The only solution they gave us was to take a taxi to reach the bus. (When you are in another country trying to understand the address that you are told by phone is not easy.) It was a very unpleasant experience. We did everything right from our side and we were waiting punctually at the agreed place. I find it totally unacceptable that they decided to cancel an agreed pick up stop at their convenience (when the price you pay includes picking you up at your own hotel) and in any case, not picking up a customer seems like a SCAM. They did not even apologize. When I asked to be reimbursed for the taxi fare, the customer service person refused and was the most unpleasant person I have ever met. I have to say that all the calls I heard in their office were from people they had not picked up and there were MORE THAN 10 CALLS IN THE 20 MINUTES I was there!!! I find this behavior totally intolerable. I made a trip from far away and I WAS ABOUT NOT TO SEE THE GRAND CANYON BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.

Soumya Banerjee

The tour is good. The bus driver is knowledge able and he is very good. The Grand Canyon always look good. But they should change their resturant option for lunch. The food is not tasty and sometime they do not have seat option. Also the tour take long hours like 14 hrs.so a little bit of tiring.

Lusine B

I purchased my tickets on groupon however I don't think the actual price justifies what you're actually getting. For the groupon price I was satisfied. The morning snack is tea, coffee, and a hostess danish. All you can eat "buffet" was prison food at the rodeo. Tess our bus driver was excellent and is what made this trip great. Dinner again will be at the rodeo that is not included in your ticket. Pick up is at 6am and you arrive at the grand canyon around 1:30pm after all the stops that are made.

S. Freeman II

Buffet & the lack of internet is the only downside of the trip on my experience. Food on the spread bland if not over cooked stick to the nachos which you can dress up & the salad bar the internet was providing strong signal but no connection ,& the driver was unaware on he to correct the issue. Other than that the Grand Canyon Your was pleasant your guide informative.

Holly MW

We were picked up at the hotel at 7am and then transported to the depot to get onto our bus for the day, Tess (our driver) acted as a guide on the trip and in the downtime we watched a few movies/docos which made the day go faster. Lunch was at the Rodeo restaurant was nice and tasty and better than I was expecting considering the tour price wasn't expensive. We were dropped off back to the hotel by 9:15pm. Extremely happy with my decision to go with Grand Canyon tour company for my south rim trip. Big thanks to Tess for making it a great day out.

Marshall Long

Great trip, our bus driver (Mark) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about Vegas, the Canyon, and sights along the way. He made the experience entertaining and fun. Now why I didn't give it 5 stars? The bus we were picked up in was better then the one we had and more importantly, The Food! The restaurant really needs to be changed. The lunch and dinner was not appetizing. Don't have my food sitting on the table before I arrive when it's an open bar atmosphere. And you're going to charge me (dinner not included).

Bill Gallo

I used them in 10/2018. The Hoover Dam tour and the Grand Canyon flyover were both very good but the website also promised free tickets to a show (see attached pic of the website ad). When I asked for the show tickets, they said I did not pay enough for the package to get the free tickets. When I booked the package, THEY offered a discount because THEIR tour no longer included a tour of the inside of the dam as it used to. This person never mentioned the discount would disqualify us from the free tickets. I showed her the website on my phone and she even tried to tell me that website was not her company. It was the building next door, which is the bus tour loading annex, who told us earlier in the day to come to this building to get the tickets. Be very careful and specific what you are paying for if you use them.

Steve Blower

We're very helpful and worked your tour to suit your requirements.

Jeannifer Anderson

This was actually great! It seems hokey, but my hubby and I have never seen the Grand Canyon. We live on Vegas and didn't want to make the drive ourselves or stay there overnight. The tour bus was fantastic! We cracked jokes about being senior citizens all day, but surprisingly there weren't that many older people on the tour. However, we got small rolls in the morning from the tour company, stopped for breakfast and dinner, watched a couple educational videos and a movie there and back. There was a bathroom on the bus, but we stopped often enough that neither my husband or I needed to use it. Most of the other people on the bus were great, very polite as you are in public in a mixed group. I mean, there were a couple peeps that obvs didn't learn how to conduct themselves around others - originally from Brooklyn no less, and it was obvious before they let the entire tour bus full of people know it - but even that became a running joke by most of the other people on the bus towards the end of the night. Because did I mention it's a LONG day? It is, but still worth it. I would 10/10 do it again! One last thing that we didn't know is - TIP THE DRIVER. The driver let's you know, but it's as your almost back to Vegas. Most people don't carry cash all the time anymore, so it did catch some people off guard and with no money. Luckily, I had found a $20 bill I had hidden in my purse long ago for emergencies! So we were good, but I'm not kidding, the literature review needs to let you know that there needs to be an expected tip (of $10.00 per person on our all day Grand Canyon tour).

matthew michaud

The experience of seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time and maybe my only time was worth the long day of getting up early and getting back to the Strip late. My wife and I were not impressed with the food option for lunch and dinner. Mark was a great driver and very knowledgeable guide. We saw elk at Mather point...unbelievable.

Sarah Aldrich

Good tour of Hoover Dam. Was purchased through Groupon. Great value. One con- we were told 5 hours door to door. It was 7. The snack shop was packed so we ended up skipping lunch. If we knew in advance, we could have planned accordingly.

Marcia Baroni Smith

Great, reliable, service to Grand Canyon South Rim! In 2014 I had bought a tour with them, and I was impressed that they gave us a full refund even though the reason our tour couldn't happen wasn't their fault, it was due to bad weather - a flash flood made it difficult for the bus to make the trip to the Canyon safely. That's why, this year, I had no doubts about booking a tour with them. I knew from experience they were trustworthy and valued great customer service. The bus is comfortable enough for the length of the trip and everything happened according to the schedule they had provided. Overall, exceptional value for money. Our guide (Tess) was careful, attentive and surprisingly funny! Her great humor made for an even more pleasant experience. If I could just give one suggestion: provide headset microphones for the guides so they don't have to hold the microphone and drive with just one hand. It would be better for them and much safer, too.

Greg Fenning

South rim tour was AWESOME! Mark was a great driver. Very funny and informative. Bus was fantastic too. I'd give them six stars if I could.

charles yan

Grand Canyon is simply breathtaking. The Skywalk is a heartpounding experience. Not to be missed. The tour is well worth it. The tour organization and timing are perfect. Driver Tommy was informative and caring. Only -ve point is the power outlets on the bus were not working.

Maria Liz Cristaldo

Very helpful and nice. Rose was fantastic trying to find us the best tour!

Tami Cicale

Highly recommend adding on the Skywalk to your tour ticket

Rasmus Pretorius

Good Check in process , on the way there now....

PRADEEP S KHOBARE

Shanmi Siva

Roberto D

Amazing place

Pawel Skora

Loved it. Great service. We had awesome tour guide.

Nancy Necaster

Shuttle late, had to go to office like cattle call before tour bus. Left 2 hours after pick up. Driver was good.

Joseph Browne

I do enjoy the finer things in life and this was just one of them the staff as a whole atmosphere was so beautiful

Shane Littler

The tour was a great day out, loads of amazing scenery for family pics to remember by. Stopped off at the Indian reservation and saw how their houses and tepees were constructed, really interesting. Skywalk was a blast too. Only one grumble which was that the tour company changed the pic up point for the morning of the tour on the afternoon the day before the tour by emailing us, which we didn't get because our phone has no signal in the US so we where left standing at the original point only watch as the bus went past us without stopping. Luckily we was able to rearrange for the next day, so all well in the end. Lesson! Check your emails to be sure!! Recommended tour if you get the chance.

Kush Tripathi

This is a great tour company which organizes tours to grand canyon. On time, provides muffins and coffee for breakfast. Offers sandwiches as lunch. Cold water once you come back from canyon. Affordable services. Knowledgeable guide. This company offers really good day out in Vegas. Offcourse you can enjoy Vegas at night.

Nandita Reddy

The customer service (Rose) is the rudest. They don't know how to talk to the customers. We had taken their grand canyon tour and even after bad weather they went ahead with the tour while most of the other companies cancelled their tours for the day. We couldn't see anything and had to just return without any visibility. I was kept waiting for a month by customer service saying they were working on the issue and would get back to me soon. However that never happened. And today when I call I was literally being yelled at by Rose in customer service and shouting there is no refund as they managed to take the bus to grand canyon even if that meant we didn't get to see anything ! Awful and pathetic customer service.

tyneka rene

Great tour Company! The bus ride was very enjoyable. I believe Tony was our driver and he was awesome. We went on the west rim tour!! Magnificent!

javier zuniga

Food was delicious

Suyog Shelar

A great experience. Staff is knowledgeable and expert. Such a long commute but they keep you safe ,well informed . Gives in detail information best recommendation on what to see and else. Will recommend this highly for anyone who would like to do a day tour to grand canyon . Everything is great except the food stop , a lunch buffet is offered but that place is definitely sub-par ...however that do not stop for 5*

Yathi Raj B G

We were told to wait at the palms and the driver left with out us. When I spoke called them, they asked us to come to their terminal. After reaching to the terminal I wanted to enquirer the reason why we were not picked up, and the lady at the front desk was neither courteous or empathetic that we had to take a cab to get here. No customer obsession at all. If they wanted to give good service they driver could have at least phoned us and kept us informed.

Tracey Riley

Absolutley amazing. A trip of a lifetime that we will never forget. Totally professional. Nothing to complain about at all. Thank you so much.

matthew hobson

Would not recommended this tour. Waste of money in my opinion. Driver was n it particularity bothered (except for his tips) Refused to drop us off at hotel. Go with a complete different company. Also he was 1 hour late. So we was supposed to be leaving at 6.15am we ended up leaving at 9am and arriving back at 11pm.

William Generett

I highly recommend this company for a Grand Canyon tour. Our tour guide Jack was excellent. I highly recommend doing any tour with him. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in all facets of the tour. We had one person on the tour who was extremely disrespectful and selfish. Jack did and excellent job dealing with that person and making sure treat persons behavior didn’t ruin the tour for everyone else.

Corey Bibler

Very good company. Highly recommend. From convenient pickup at our place. Friendly employees and drivers. Nice newer coach with restroom. Our driver Larry, was very informative and entertaining. Ample food/restroom breaks. Good buffet style lunch included. Expedient, safe trip up and back.

Hyperpro91

Not bad, busses have internet but useless.

Eduardo Garcia

Loved the experience. Got picked up at 7am and dropped off at 10pm. Spent several hours at the Grand Canyon South at 2 different locations! Totally recommend this tour company to any and all!

Angela Oliver

Went to the south rim great views. Canyon is so deep barely saw the bottom. Roof tops maybe half way down looked like tic tacs.

Sara Vazvan

Lousy customer service. I have been waiting for two weeks for an email from them for confirmation of my refund and I am yet to receive it. Each time I ask they tell me you will receive it today. And now they don't even respond. Also their cancelation fees are much higher than any other Tour company even when you cancel way in advance. Overall very unsatisfied on how they handled the situation.
