Recently we had to cancel a trip to Cabo due to weather . Originally we were told we would only receive $500 back from our trip insurance as the insurance company was treating it as trip interruption because we had started the trip but couldn't complete it. Dora, the general manager of YOUR TRAVEL CENTER worked and worked with Funjet vacations to get our full refund back. She truly went out of her way, customer service was second to none. We will be using YOUR TRAVEL CENTER for all of our future needs.

Love the service we get from Your Travel Center! They handle all of our corporate travel, and because of such superior customer service, we use them for all of our personal travel as well. It is so awesome anytime there is a problem with a flight or reservation, we just call Pam and she takes care of everything. They book all of our US flights, hotels, cars and international travel, and always have great feedback and recommendations.

Overall we enjoyed our Hawaii trip a great deal and appreciated all the assistance given by our agent Tabitha. That being said, we did have a few quibbles. 1. We ended up booking all our own excursions except the Drums of the Pacific Luau. We booked our own trip to Pearl Harbor, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Disney Aulani Character Breakfast, Aulani Ama'ama dinner and family portraits on Oahu. We booked our own sunset whale-watching dinner cruise and Road to Hana on Maui. Tabitha did have wonderful lei greetings for us at the airports and wheelchair assistance for our elderly mother. The Disney Aulani on Oahu was a wonderful resort, though expensive. Loved the room/suite (great view of the nightly activities), the food, pools and people. Our suite at the Royal Lahaina on Maui had a wonderful ocean view room with balconies. Room service food was so-so. There was no microwave in the room. The valet people were great but the hotel check-in/check-out procedures are TERRIBLE. Our flight landed at 11:30a so we arrived at the hotel at 1:30p but couldn't check in until after 4:00p, by which time we had already had to go to our dinner cruise. Our flight out left at 8:55p but the hotel required that we check out at 11:00a. So we had 10 hours to fill with no access to a place for our 90 year old mother or 19 month old baby to nap. We feel this is a problem. The resort should work on that process. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend or use Tabitha and YTC for future travel.

Julie Goergen helped us plan a family spring break trip to Jamaica. Our trip was amazing! We stayed at the Royalton Blue Waters and we had a fabulous experience! Great flights, awesome all-inclusive resort, delicious food and first-class service! Julie worked tirelessly to help us get this trip arranged. She assisted us with excursion recommendations and gave us an idea of how everything would go with airport pick up and drop off. We will definitely use Julie for our next vacation!

They always do a great job of accommodating our travel needs! On our last trip, realized the week before we were to leave, the returned flight had been booked for the wrong day and Dora went above and beyond to correct the mistake and rebook the tickets without an additional charge! Wow!

We had a great experience planning our friend group trip to the DR. Tabitha made it easy for all our friends to travel from different cities and meet up at a fantastic all-inclusive resort. We enjoyed our stay at the Riu Republica, and hope to go back in a few years!

We just got back from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We had the pleasure of working with Dora. I gave her the specifics of what we were looking at and she gave us a variation of serval places. It allowed us to find what was the best for us and she was able to answer any questions we had in making the decision. I could have not planned a better get away for our 5 year anniversary and both turning 30 years old. Great experience!

Kristine Thiessen-Randall helped us choose and then coordinate all of the travel for our destination wedding in Mexico. We interviewed several travel agent before picking Kristine, and we were highly satisfied with our selection. 50+ guests traveled to Mexico with us and Kristine coordinated travel for all but 2 couples. Everyone had positive feedback about Kristine, which is remarkable considering how many people she had to account for, she is just so organized and awesome at what she does! Planning a wedding in a foreign country can be a very stressful process, (working with a foreign wedding coordinator is tough! You feel like you don't know what you're going to get and worry that nothing will be ready to go for your wedding when you arrive). Knowing this, Kristine does everything she can to make the process pleasant and worry-free. She even arranged a conference call at Travel Leaders between our Mexico wedding coordinator and us when we were having trouble getting a response from the coordinator. Our resort screwed up on our check-in when we first arrived, (they put us in a room that 2 guests had gotten into by mistake!). This had nothing to do with Kristine. We tried to solve the problem on our own, but it is tough when you are in a foreign country. After 2 days, we involved Kristine and immediately following our call to her, things started happening! We were treated like royalty after Kristine got involved. I'm so thankful we had her in our corner! After this experience, I won't even attempt foreign travel again without using Kristine. If you are planning a destination wedding, or just a family vacation, I highly recommend visiting Kristine at Travel Leaders Omaha!!

Kristine Is the best!! We went to Cozumel. It was our first time leaving the country. She walked us through getting passports, how to get though the airport from domestic to international and back. She even had us pre fill out the tourist cards that we needed at the Cozumel Airport. We got right through while everyone else had to stand in line and fill theirs out as the airline had run out of them and they couldn't fill them out on the plane. She had full knowledge of the airport in Cozumel and the resort. She even came to our house to go over everything as we couldn't meet her at her office. She even went the extra mile to get us a refund for a taxi as we took the wrong taxi to the airport. She even told us all about the resort. Got us the room we wanted and handled our food allergies with the resort. I will always book with Kristine. Best trip ever!!!!!! Thanks for everything Kristine Thiessen you are the best.

We have never used a travel agent before but decided we should for a trip as big as our honeymoon! We are so happy we did!! Tabitha took amazing care of us. She took so much stress off by completely allowing my husband and I to leave all the details in her hands. She knew what she was talking about and had suggestions for areas we were unsure about when booking our honeymoon to St. Lucia. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. My husband and I were referred to Kristine Thiessen by a friend, and I am so thankful we were because we might not have had a honeymoon if Kristine was not involved! Due to hurricanes Irma and Maria, we ended up having to change our entire honeymoon two times- but Kristine made this so easy and painless. She was extremely responsive, even when she was working out of the office, she would make time for me and always made sure my questions were answered. I have never used a travel agent before, but I can't imagine doing it any differently from here on out. We ended up traveling to Hard Rock in Riviera Maya and I can say without a doubt this was the best vacation I've ever been on! None of this would have happened without Kristine. I would highly recommend working with her on your next vacation!

I called and Judy acted like she was doing me a favor.After 2 days of no return phone calls I called again.Very snippy and rude, could not get a word in.And again after 4 days no return call after checking for info.Went elsewhere where I was treated like a valued customer.Folks,there are a lot of agencies out there that will be a lot better than this person and this company because of Judy.

Finally planning our family trip to Disney and had no idea where to start. I wanted us to have a good deal plus know “the secrets” we didn’t know but needed to. Tabitha was warm and welcoming. She got to know what we wanted and helped us plan the perfect vacation. From parades, to shows, to fast passes and everything in between; Tabitha educated us and helped us out every step of the way. The week of our trip she even made an “in case of emergency “ sheet to keep in our carry on so we would know who to get ahold of and how. I am sure we would not have been able to have as great of an experience as we did without her help. We will definitely be seeing her again for our future vacations!!!

We went to them for our honeymoon we leave tomorrow. The agent Kristine messed up my name on my ticket I now have to bring unnecessary documentation to prove my name which is a hassle and to top it off me and my husband don’t have seats next to each other’s on a flight to Hawaii. So it’s our honeymoon and we aren’t seated next to each other. And they have an awful call back response. They also charged my husband for the mistake they made on my name on the ticket.

Walked in and was greeted with a hello. Asked about cruise information for next year and let her know in advance that a friend who was also coming had a voucher. She immediately said we could not use it and that would have to be booked through the cruise line (untrue) so I just said forget about the voucher and just give me some info and she gave me a look that I was doing her a favor for being there, I just got up and left. Not the friendliest of places. I can't say anything other than that.
