She called us about a week before our trip and walked through all of the details so that we were fully prepared. And we paid nothing for her help. We’re planning on booking with them for all her trips from now on.

I never used a travel agent before, but they handled everything for me and it was the same price as if I had done it all on my own. Loved the extra help! Our trip to Cancun was amazing. The staff at the resort was top notch. It was all-inclusive so everything was handled from the airport by either our agent or the resort. This is the only way to travel.

Booked a cruise with them last summer. Feel like i could do everything they did with the cruise line directly. I knew the cruise line we wanted, where we wanted to go and the sail date. Mabe my expectations were unrealistic. Just got back from the cruise a couple weeks ago, it was amazing!

I really didn't know what to expect going to a travel agent. I always thought they charged customers for their services, but they work just like Expedia does...not charge to me! Jen was wonderful. She took care of our flights, making sure we have the right amount time for connections and customs, she booked our excursions and kept it all in one place for us! This is definitely the only way I will travel from now on. This is the view from our hotel balcony! It was amazing.

Tracy Cooper was our Agent and she was absolutely amazing. We had a full list of activities and special requests for our family vacation and she absolutely nailed them all. Vegas for two days and the Grand Canyon for three days. Helicopter ride, indoor skydiving, Hoover dam, Canyon Tours. It was amazing. Highly highly recommend Tracy and The Vacation Store!

Disappointed at best. Trip was nice but had some issues with tours and insurance that we purchased.. Gabby was to get back to us in reference and that is now close to month ago. Feel like were forgotten at this point. Might have to look elsewhere for travel in near future
