The ladies at the visitors center were very inviting and helpful! We traveled to Omaha for the day and wanted some quick information before starting our day, and they offered plenty of suggestions that we were actually interested in. Only bad part was finding some change to pay for parking outside!

Very helpful and extremely welcoming crews at this centre. I had 4 hours to spent before talking my flight to back home Regina, SK. They provide me useful information to spent a great time by self guided walking tour. Using their suggestions, I visited the old market, river walk, Bob Kerry bridge, and Heartland Par. Much appreciated their help, time well spent.

Can't remember the the older guys name but he came out and talked to us wile we set. he had to lock up the chairs for the night. Def was helpful with a couple restaurants

Where is your signage? I was out with my fiancé Sunday and we went for a stroll down by TD Ameritrade and saw the boats in the water. We wanted to know what was there and I knew the Visitor’s Center was on 10th. So we walked over and couldn’t find it, so we went down a block because we thought we were right there, but then I remembered the two 15 minute parking spots for visitors. We then went back the way we came and couldn’t find the spot. We didn’t really see anything until I looked really close. By the time we turned around just about ten minutes because my mom called about wedding planning, it was past 14:00 and you guys had just closed. Can you guys put up more signs? Chris Hansen puts up more signs on “To catch a predator.” Jokes aside, it just really doesn’t feel vibrant. I guess all I have was a memory because we didn’t make it this last time.

Loved the falls, its a great road trip stop to stretch your legs & enjoy the scenery & then check the view from the observation tower which is free before returning to the car.

When I first moved to town for work and was trying to find somewhere to volunteer, I offered to help here. I have volunteered 24/7 for the last 15 years of my life. Never have I been so rudely discriminated based on age until now (and I'm 26 years old). I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. I have not used them for their services or met their people, so I cannot speak to that. However, the person in charge of their volunteer program was extremely rude and unprofessional and I would have that stand as a warning to others.

Very helpful, welcoming and kind staff. We went in looking for a postcard souvenir and it turns out if you sign the guestbook you get a free postcard! We signed the guestbook, got out postcards and of course some local information. Would recommend going here it you're in Omaha and looking for things to do.

Very informational! The guide let us know about the sandhill cranes that migrate through Kearny Nebraska, as well as the free art Museum the contains amazing art by Dale Chihuly! She helped make our trip even more amazing than we had originally planned!
