I had a convoluted trip to plan involving multiple round-trips that needed to be connected and Pam was just so helpful AND expedient. Several years ago she also helped with a difficult situation of cancelling a last minute international funeral trip due to name changes and passport issues at the airport and there's no way I could've done either of these without help.
