He set us up with a trip to Japan through Monograms and the vacation went off without a hitch. They go over and beyond the call of duty to please the customer and get the job done. I can't imagine working with a better travel agency. Rob was simply incredible to work with! He always responded in a timely manner and handled every aspect of our trip for us. He found us a hotel the night prior to our cruise, arranged transportation to and from the ship, helped with excursions and got us the best seats on the fully loaded plane rides. We are already working with him to plane our next vacation and will recommend him to all our friends and family.
