great experience. used a canoe with a friend both times and it was fantastic. can be rather noisy and busy during weekends/holidays, but otherwise peaceful and quiet. occasionally no current so you might have to do a fair bit of paddling- but nothing too difficult. plus it's always a good work out :)

When I stayed at the hotel, the roaches were everywhere and they wouldn't even take money off the price of the room. I was afraid I was going to take them home with me so I left my luggage outside for a week before taking inside and washing immediately.

The views are terrific and place is definitely beautiful. Rafts are nice and sturdy, and safe. However, this is definitely not for families, unless you have several strong rowers. There is almost no current on the river, so you will have to row 75-85% of the time and it is not easy. This should be communicated to people, especially families with small children.

I was disappointed that you were instructed to call and confirm the availability of the trip in case of inclement weather, but there was no one available to answer the phone until 30 min prior to the departure time. This caused us to switch to a shorter trip due to missing our departure. The staff was easy to work with to resolve our issue and the rest of our experience was great! I would rent from them again.

Terrible experience! My friends canoe kept filling with water the whole trip due to a big hole in their canoe that had gotten poorly patched. Per reporting the issue to management the manager walked away. The workers got in the canoe and immediately started sinking and filling with water. Instead of attempting to make the situation right the rental company tried to pretend nothing was wrong with the terrible product they provided us. Make sure they don't give you a poorly patched canoe. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Fun and interesting place to visit..free admission except for deep cave tour...but you can get into the HUGE cave for a very generous idea of what it is like furter in... good stopping place for a road break..shops and food are available also.

Well I wasn't actually a pain customer the rest of my party renting canoes your employees were courteous friendly accommodating and even helped me changing a tire for my buddy had gotten over exerted on the trip I definitely recommend them
