It's at the Burger King there is no place to stay out of the elements.

The whole experience was terrible. Bought ticket for my son, was advised by online chat person to call Greyhound so I could create a password for my son to pickup his ticket as his ID had been stolen. Then I was told if I purchased a flexible ticket that it would allow an extra bag at no charge. I agreed and was charged more for a flexible ticket. So when my son goes to pickup his ticket it was not a flexible ticket and they were trying to charge him more. Finally the ticket person issued additional baggage ticket. I had asked for a confirmation to be emailed to me, when I received it the departure time was wrong. Calling Greyhound I explained the time was wrong and was told when they pulled it up the correct time was posted. Something about technical issue with email sending wrong data. My son had to transfer in St. Louis and the driver never showed up. He waited a long time and when he asked for explanation as to when someone would show up he was ignored. Finally after about a 3 hour wait a woman did arrive to drive. I will never again use Greyhound! We’ve used them before and always have problems. I will say the woman who showed up to drive appeared very nice, but she was the exception.

Simple place to catch the buses that pass through Rolla. Just go into the Burger King restaurant, and when the bus comes, they announce it so you know it's there. Food and restrooms are available. No ticket sales in the restaurant, though, gotta wait for the bus driver for that. Happy riding and eating!

Took the bus from Jeff City to Rolla, and was waiting late at night for the bus from Springfield to St. Louis. Already had a ticket and after waiting a long time, I called Springfield greyhound only to be told that the bus had already passed Rolla and was full, which is why they didn't even bother stopping. I had to get a hotel room, and wait until the following day and returned to Jeff City!
