Classic Travel and Cruises was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I booked our honeymoon in Costa Rica through the agency. I can honestly say, it was the best trip I've ever been on. I was super nervous because this was the first time I would be traveling outside the country, but Shelly most definitely put my anxiety to rest. In preparation, she presented my husband and I with a handful of great options based on our price-point. She was extremely thorough and made sure we were notified immediately if any travel details had been updated/confirmed (flight changes, resort confirmations, etc.). Additionally, I know plenty of family and friends that have used Classic Travel and Cruises in the past and have loved their experiences as well. I 100% recommend choosing them for your next trip - they have plenty of options to choose from in whatever price point you're looking for.

After having a discussion with him today about cruise Ideas for my 20th anniversary, and having experienced his knowledge and experience of cruises, I would highly recommend Classic Travel for all your vacation needs.

Classic Travel & Cruises is not interested in doing what they can to make or keep a customer happy. In my particular situation I booked a group trip (4 couples) with a particular agent I have followed and used in the past through a different agency. She moved to Classic Travel recently so I booked with her through Classic. She quickly found that it was not the agency for her. She had her own reasons for only being at this agency for a short time before going back to her previous agency, and now I can see why! I too have not been happy with this agency and let it be known to them why I was unhappy. I made a request to move my booking with my agent so I no longer had to deal with them. A request that I KNOW can be done very easily because I am quite familiar with the industry and what they can or can't do. They flat out refused claiming they couldn't, however once I disputed that reason (because I KNOW they CAN) they came back with a new reason. Reason #2 was a financial reason why they refused. Sounds like all they care about is getting your money - not customer service.

Wonderful people to work with. Very helpful and efficient. Even when I book a trip myself I will go to them for travel insurance and I’m always treated the same as if I booked with them. Helped me with my son and his fiancé to plan a first class trip to Costa Rica for their honeymoon. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and super friendly to work with. Would highly recommend this agency.
