Being a 59-year-old retiree who had never been out of the country before, Stacey Hoehne of Brentwood Travel made my trip to London, York and Liverpool in England practically effortless and a trip of a lifetime. She helped me prepare for the trip with my passport and monetary concerns. Also, she found the best hotels for me at the right price range and near the attractions and transportation in each of these three cities. Stacey also arranged for my train and airline tickets. She made it all happen for a complete travel novice and I cannot recommend her enough.

I recently used Ashley Curry at Brentwood Travel to help me book an Alaskan Cruise for me and my daughter. This was our first cruise together and I wanted to make sure it would be something to remember for a lifetime. I had tried exploring options on my own on the internet, but found it overwhelming. Ashley took time to help me find a highly rated cruise line that would fit my schedule and offer events and excursions to keep my 10 year old active and happy. Absolutely love everyone at Brentwood Travel, most especially Michelle Busse! I literally walked into their offices one evening with no appointment like a lost child looking for guidance on planning our honeymoon. Instead of looking at me like I was an idiot like most places, they dove right in and helped me with every single aspect of our international travels. Great communication throughout the months whether it be via phone, email, or face to face. Michelle even had me call her at home a few times to work around my crazy work schedule so all the details were in order. She sat down with both Sean and I before we left, had copies of all documents we needed and went through them with us. And most importantly they saved our honeymoon by finding us a completely new flight schedule when we found out our first flight was cancelled just hours before takeoff. It was a stressful and hectic experience but I have no idea how we would have gotten to Rome in time for our cruise without Michelle and her amazing team at Brentwood Travel!

I do not recommend you using Brentwood Travel. The agents are very unprofessional. We worked with them for 7 months planning our trip and it was really stressful because they could not get our plans straight to meet our needs. They also always forgot our names and called us by the incorrect names, when you are working with a company for over 7 months and have a flexible budget you expect the agents to remember your names. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am in the process of planning a destination wedding currently and working with this agency has been the most stressful part of the whole process. Our agent is slow to respond, if she responds at all. My guests and I have to repeatedly ask questions before we get any kind of response. I have 30+ people traveling out of the country for my wedding and I would expect much better service and follow up from someone who has been in the business for so long.

In 2003 we scheduled our first trip to Hawaii. I don't remember who our first agent was but it was a wonderful trip. I just remember the Champagne that was sent to our room by our agent to welcome us. We have used Ashley Curry from Brentwood Travel ever since then. We've always done domestic trips and this was our first international trip. We arranged a European river cruise on the Rhine with Ashley. She recommend Avalon waterways. Since this was our first international we were a little nervous but everything was perfect. I know that there are a lot of things that could go wrong but that is avoided with an experienced agent and agency. We look forward with confidence to our next adventure!

What can I say it was the easiest part of our trip! Having longed to visit Cuba for many years I talked my mother in to visiting via a cruise.
