When we first decided that we wanted to go to Disneyland and “see LA” we quickly realized we had no idea how to pull such a trip together. We contacted Tracy Vander Meeden at Magnolia travel, and she quickly got to work to figure out where to stay and how to experience everything we wanted to see and do. We did not have to worry about any of the details, and we had a great family vacation. Even though we live in Tennessee and Tracy is in Alabama, this was not an issue in working with her. Would highly recommend her services!

My husband and I have been lucky enough to travel to 65 countries and all 50 states. In the past, my husband has planned our trips (which takes him HOURS and HOURS of searching on the computer) or we’ve just flown by the seat of our pants. Just recently we have engaged the services of Tracy VanderMeeden with Magnolia Travel Group, and now all we have to do is tell her where we want to go and she takes over! She makes all our arrangements, lines up tours, gets tickets in advance for events, makes suggestions for activities and special eating places – she does it all! Our most recent trip was a cruise from Athens to Barcelona with a pre-trip for a few days in Athens where Tracy arranged for our hotel and got us a tour of the area. We already have 3 other trips that she is working on for us. So I am a super-OCD, DIY-type vacation planner for both family and work trips. I've planned many trips throughout the US and to multiple countries on different continents for many people. I've always thought, "who needs a travel advisor?" and "I can do this." However, I didn't have the time to plan a last minute ski trip to BANFF so I called Tracy. She asked what we wanted to do, what we liked/didn't like doing, and then she crafted the perfect trip for us. We talked more about lodging, location, and flight logistics, and she happily made adjustments. We had a great time at Sunshine (Banff, CA). I have to say that I couldn't have made this trip as good as it was. Tracy just had access to information, deals, and perks that mere mortals can't find on the web. From the flights and the shuttle to the hotel, concierge ski equipment fitting at our hotel room, lift tickets, and the hand warmers, Tracy did it right at a better price than what I could do. Moreover, I didn't have to do all the work! My wife said I was way "too relaxed" about this vacation. Isn't that the way it is supposed to be? While Tracy planned the vacation, I actually did work at work, went to after school functions with the kids, and worked on the deer stand with my son. Don't let planning a vacation stress you out, let Tracy plan it for you. You won't regret it. ❄️
