Here you will be able to see all the feddbacks of real people like you who are using the products and services of Travelliance (Travel Agency) in the area close to the state of Minnesota.
At the moment the firm has a score of 2.5 out of 5 and that score is based on 49 reviews.
As you can read, it reaches an opinions average is really insufficient, and it's based on a very high number of opinions, so we may conclude that the rating is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to set feddbacks when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

Amateurs. This place is a joke don't waste your time. They are the most unprofessional group of clowns and completely clueless on how the IT industry works and runs.
I made a resevation through them and it was supposed to have an special discounted price but then I checked with other companies and it turns out that the hotel was cheaper if reserved with them, so I would not recommend this company to make any reservation.
Words cannot describe the frustration that I have towards this company. They are awful, terrible, ridiculous..............
Not impressed. They booked our ground transportation for 2 pilots to go almost 200 miles away. When we tried picking them up at the airport neither of the contact numbers worked and our staff sat for almost 45 minutes just to find out the pilots found their own ride. What a waste. Only reason I gave any stars is we still got paid for the waste of time.
Great place to work
My flight was cancelled due to weather and Delta gave me a Travelliance "discount" voucher. When I called to book, I was surprised that I was given $169 as a price for a local hotel. I decided against booking and looked up their suggested hotel and found that they had an advertised price of $129 on another site. I went one step further and called the hotel directly and got a room for $105. Needless to say, it was quite shocking to see the amount of mark up Travelliance quoted and it was disappointing that Delta is passing out these so-called "discount" vouchers.

I stayed in room 405 at Hotel San Carlos last night. I had no hot water when I wanted to take a shower the next morning. I booked it through Travelliance because the Southwest attendant gave me their number on a blue slip of paper saying that I would get a discount for my troubles after multiple flight delays. My rate was $111 with taxes and fees, which I paid with my own personal funds, with no reimbursement from Southwest. It was my choice to cut my losses and stay the night in Phoenix after multiple delays, after midnight. After working 16-hour days for three days at a conference, I was tired. And I could afford a quick night’s rest before heading back into the office the next morning. Upon checking out, the older man and middle-aged lady (I think she was the manager) at the front desk seemed to feign surprise about the lack of hot water, and in response cited that my reservation was an “American Airlines” reservation before asking if I wanted to shower in another room. It was suspicious. Why would an airline-related booking have anything to do with the fact that I didn’t have hot water? So I started researching. I Googled Travelliance and saw many poor reviews about their bookings being significantly over the normal room rate. So I checked Google and sure enough, the room would’ve been $66 if I’d booked it myself. I also checked the hotel’s reviews and they were riddled with complaints about the water temperature. Travelliance should not be recommending them. And on that same note, Southwest should not be recommending a travel agency with so many poor reviews. All these poor experiences reflect poorly on the airline. Airline booking or not, Hotel San Carlos and Travelliance are both shady and I would not trust them to have the customer’s best interest in mind. And I’m disappointed in Southwest Airlines for choosing poor service providers for their customers, and promoting them as discounted consolations. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.
allow me to share an additional one star post to remind customers not to approach this company. avoid.
Horrible experience with the customer service. The phone lines are horrible. They keep transferring calls to other people.
You can never reach them, they charge when they are not supposed to and have unfriendly staff when you do reach them.
Described as a 'discount rate'. Hotel's price was cheaper. Agent also uphold me to a more expensive hotel by lying about what hotels were in the area and how far away it was. Never again.
Great help.
Worst customer service on planet earth. Is zero stars possible? Their "managers" are even worse. Such a headache to deal with. Nobody calls you back. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager to get an answer for over a month on a refund for a hotel that I didn't stay at, while paying full price (such a scam). I've called a dozen times. They strive to "minimize customer inconvenience".... which seems to be completely contradictory of what they actually do. I'm embarrassed this company's headquarters are located in my backyard.
Some are helpful. Some wants you to do their job for them...
This is a scam. American Airlines gave me a voucher for a reduced rate through these people. I was very explicit that I needed a receipt or I would not pay for the room. The hotel said I had to get the receipt through Travelliance. I cannot contact the billing department at Travelliance. American Airlines should be ashamed to associate themselves with this organization.
The hotel I booked through Travelliance did not have my reservation and all their rooms were full. They charged me 89$ and still after two months they didn't processed the refund. Everytime I call they give me an email address to follow up with the refund and still didn't hear back from them.. Very Disappointing!!
Got a discount voucher from Delta.. they are absolutely useless.
Great place to work awesome co-workers!
Fun place to visit
The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice. However, this was a total rip off. If the airline has us stranded in a strange city for the night and offers us a discounted hotel, make sure it's a discount. We would have saved money doing an internet search and booking the hotel ourselves. Plus the hotel the recommended smelled funny, was full of sketchy characters and had strange signs about rules for guests, locals renting rooms and other things that majorly concerned me.
I love working here. Just a fun job.
if they book a hotel for you they will steal your points by using there own personal address and rewards info on your reservation you will get screwed by them they don't save anybody money they are the worst
Worst customer service ever. they never answer the phone, nor return a call. I left more than 10 voice mails. No answer. NONE!
They booked with a hotel that didn't have availability. I called the hotel, as instructed by Travelliance, and the hotel said they'd been rejecting reservations from people calling in from Travelliance. Wondering if I can get that non-refundable, $90 fee back. Nice customer service, though.
Hello, I don't exactly know how to read or write, however I'm pretty sure that I can count to at least 3.4 after some practice. One time I beat a turtle in poker and I won his shell. I now wear that shell as a hat to formal meetings and interviews. As Gandhi once said, "First you gotta open the spaghettios, and then you gotta sniff em."
Missed a flight in Charlotte, NC due to weather. That was fine; however, American Airlines gave me a number through which I could get a discounted rate at a hotel. I called Travelliance, they quoted me a price, took my credit card info, and all seemed well. However, when I checked out of the hotel, I got a receipt for less than was quoted at the number I called. Travelliance charged my credit card and it looked as though the hotel charged me a different amount. Strange! I called Travelliance and was told by customer service that I should not have received that receipt, that it was supposed to have been sent to Travelliance. Bottom line. If I ever get stuck in an airport, I will never use Travelliance because I feel ripped off. I can afford it, but I would have done better just using Yelp and finding a good hotel near the airport. Beware!
Travelliance is a travel agency for people and businesses that travel a lot
This place sucks! My husband was stranded at the airport and was given a voucher to get a hotel discount and told to call Travelliance and the service hangs up on him and tells him they can't help him. WTF?
What a experience - never again!! My daughter, after waiting in the airport ALL DAY from cancelled flight, books a hotel room through this company, who offers no special discount from regular hotel rate. She prepays for the hotel room with them but when she gets to the hotel in order to get much needed rest from a stress full day at the airport, she's told by the hotel that her reservation does not exist and that she does not have a room. So her choice at that point is to either pay again or wait in the hotel lobby hoping that the reservation comes through. As a concerned mom with a charge now on my credit card account for a room my daughter doesn't have, I called their customer service only to be put on hold and then sent eventually over to voicemail by the "manager" in charge. Word of advice, if this is the way this company takes care of "distressed" travelers, I would hate to see how they take care of other groups. Please do not use them for this purpose. Save the time and money, book your own room so that you can be sure you won't be waiting in some hotel lobby being told you don't have one. Without a discount or advantage, I don't see why anyone would use this company for this purpose. - Distressed mom
worst customer service ever. sent 10 email and phone call and no answers! I need MY RECEIPT for what I paid!!!
If I could post a review with zero stars, I would. Avoid using their services if at all possible. My 1 year old and I missed a flight due to a weather delay so the airline provided me with a "discount coupon" from travelliance. I promptly booked my reservation. While waiting for the shuttle to arrive I checked the hotel website to discover I hadn't received a discount and was charged the regular booking price. I contacted travelliance and the representative informed me that it depended on the day for the discount, or something equally as puzzling. When I arrived at the hotel I quickly explained the situation to the woman at the front desk. She informed me that she HADNT PROCESSED THE PAYMENT for the reservation booked through travelliance and the payment went directly to travelliance and would not be received by the hotel and booked me an entirely new reservation saving me approximately $35. I spent some more time on the phone that evening with a representative from travelliance and was told to expect my refund in 4-7 business days. After that time had passed without refund, I called back and was told that it was a 10 day waiting period. I waited a few more days and called back. I was then told the refund was never processed. I left SEVERAL voicemails for the "refund specialist" and never received a call back. It's been a few days shy of two months now and I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at the company after several emails and a half a dozen more phone calls. Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. I am now in contact with my bank to dispute these charges.
Received a discount coupon from Washington Dulles. Went online to book... They don't have any discounted rates in the Washington Dulles (a suburb of DC) . Really??? On a Thursday night, not bad weather, and NO hotels............... Very disappointed.........
