About 10 years ago, we walked into Travel by Nelson and met Lorraine Grohoski. Since then, she has been our travel agent. We usually have her book a couple of cruises a year and have never been disappointed with her professionalism and her taking a personal interest in our trips. Our agent, Lorraine Grohoski, is a very experienced and caring travel agent who always has good suggestions as we have planned numerous domestic and trans-Pacific trips almost annually. And while things can happen that are outside of the travel agent’s purview or control, Ms. Grohoski was there to help us quickly and satisfactorily resolve issues when our hotel lost our reservation.
