We have used Riverdale travel for at least the last 10 years and have always found it to be exceptional. The customer service has been fantastic! All of our trips that we've arranged through them have gone smoothly. This Included very complicated trips with multiple family members coming from different directions. The recommendations have been wonderful for tours abroad and excellent recommendations for cruises. They were unbelievably prompt and helpful when my daughter lost her passport four hours before take off. They gave great ask advice for obtaining an emergency passport and my daughter actually made her flight! We could not have done it without all the great help!!! I highly recommend this company!!

Jen at Riverdale travel has helped my family with at least four trips between my sister and I. We’ve traveled as families as well as couples. Some of our trips included Mexico and Las Vegas. We give Jen our budget and destination and she does the rest. We really like her personal touch of picking her favorite places that even she and her family have visited. We put Jen on a mission and she came through with in a day or two at the most. She takes care of everything from getting you the best deal to sending you the itinerary of your trip.
