You can find all your Metro needs right here at the Metro Transit store and then ploys are awesome service is great in and out and they even have self service to purchase some of the items that you may be needing as far as Transit passes for the train or bus passes things that you can just Self Serve Yourself it's awesome

Mistresses store has all the answers you need to get to and from work or from a friend's house or just going out to see the city and what train you want to take well but you want to take how to get to and from from down the street and how to get to where you need to go or how to get back or just like to know the real system in the bus system they can answer all your questions all in one place if you have to go to court they can show you that how to use it and how to reopen if you just want to get simple answers and you can go online when you go to the store or stores were located right downtown I don't understand the ideas in the Baker Center you can't miss it so if you have any questions how to get around if you just happen to be downtown they can answer all your questions

Hard to find. Guy at desk was nice enough to me but the poor guy before me wasn't having luck understanding how the pass vs value system worked and the guy at the desk was being pretty condisending and kept repeating the same thing, I know customer service sucks but this guy needed help and it didn't make me feel like I could ask a question

I highly recommend the Metro Transit Store if you have business to take care of in person. There are at least three different service windows/stations, and they have all been open and had a representative at them every time I've been there. So the line moves fast, and it's very efficient overall; they'll get you get you in and out without making you feel rushed. The employees are very friendly and helpful. For example, I did not have one of the required documents that I needed for a specific program I was applying for and the employee went out of her way to look it up for me and print it right then and there - and she didn't have to do that at all. If you have something quick to take care of, like loading money onto your card, I've had the experience of a quick, polite transaction. There are also many resources here for anyone that needs assistance or information regarding the Metro Transit System. Be aware that there are programs available that you qualify for that you may not know about - you may want to check the website before you go so you can bring the required information. Just wanted to mention that as well. Five stars.

Much better experience there in July '18 than I've had in the past (going back to the 90's overall). The guy helping was extremely friendly/helpful. The people in the past have been friendly but not genuine. Plus usually long time long lines to wait. Not so these days with increased tech (go-machines & online).
