Kate has planned 3 or 4 trips for us now. We love having her plan our getaways because she knows the best locations, listens to our requests, and is extremely professional. She takes care of every last detail so we don't have to go through the stressful process of planning a vacation somewhere we've never been before. Communicating with Kate is always simple and quick. We will continue to book our vacations through Kate's travel!

Destination Wedding: Kate was great to respond and sent me updated rooming lists each week which really helped me get an accurate count of who was coming, who RSVPd but still hadn’t booked ect. It was great having her as a resource to our guests, especially since most of them are not well traveled. She came up with a few different options for our wedding location with great prices that were at a better deal then the hotel online pricing. We were able to get private transfers from the airport to hotel and for the return which was nice our guests didn’t have to make any other stops. I would recommend Kate to anyone and I will be using her in the future for a family vacation 

Kate's Travel is wonderful! Backstory: My husband and I recently had a destination wedding in Playa del carmen Mexico, at Secrets Maroma Beach resort and spa. We had a total of 35 people book through kate with no headache to us. She did all of the emailing and talking to our guests to set them up with exactly what they needed. And let me tell you, we were not and I repeat NOT an easy group to work with. We had multiple requests for different people and kate was there every step of the way. Kate set up a booking website for us that had all of our information on it as well as all of the information needed to book and pay for the resort. Kate was able to set up a block of rooms for our guests to ensure that they were able to book during prime time spring break. This was our first time using a travel agent and we weren't sure at first how the whole process worked especially when it had to deal with a wedding. Not to say there weren't any hiccups but when we encountered one Kate was able to help us through it! Thank you Kate!

We didn’t have any idea how to plan a destination wedding when we started this process. All we knew was that we wanted a small beach wedding in Mexico. Lucky we found Kate through another bride that had posted about her Mexico wedding. Kate was amazing! She helped us narrow down the kind of resort we were looking for and gave us pointers on how to pick the best location for us and our family and friends. She was with us through the entire process and made things very easy. We had a few “challenging” members of our group and Kate handled them well and kept us out of the middle. Our wedding turned out beautifully and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We were so happy with Kate!

Kate was an AMAZING travel agent for our destination wedding. When we started all we knew is we wanted to have a wedding somewhere warm and tropical. She helped us find the PERFECT resort for our destination wedding, answering all of our questions along the way. She was even able to work with the resort to squeeze in a few of our guests who had waited so late to book that the main part of the resort was sold out. The best thing about working with Kate was how patient and friendly she was in our interactions, from the initial choice of a destination to answering all of our questions about the actual wedding and reception. We can't wait to use Kate again for our next trip!!

If you are planning a wedding... stop looking and work with Kate! My wife and I had no interest in planning a wedding and Kate took all of our stress and worry away. Kate made sure everything was taken care of and brought up things we didn't even think of. At times we didn't have the best of luck talking with the hotel in Mexico and Kate stepped in and took care of everything! We would have paid for this service and the best thing was... it was free! I am so glad we found Kate’s Travel to help us plan our destination wedding! I found Kate via some wedding website. I sent one email and we had one call and I knew she was the perfect match for us. I honestly felt like I was chatting with a very close friend. Kate took our must-have list and came back with several resorts to choose from – she included her own personal photos too, which made it a lot easier to pick one of the beautiful locations. Once we selected our resort, Kate was wonderful in answering every crazy question we had. Once our guests started booking, Kate was great with them as well. When we had a minor return transfer issue with Lomas, Kate was super quick to jump in and resolve the issue for our guests. Our guests commented several times how wonderful Kate was with booking their trip. We ended up with 58 people traveling to Mexico for the wedding, and most of them were first-time international travelers. We had the best wedding planning process and an amazing travel partner with Kate. I would highly recommend anyone planning a destination wedding, or a family trip to use Kate’s Travel.
