My Wife & I booked a trip with Escape by Travel @escapebytravel. On the first leg of the trip we were to transfer flights we had about a scheduled 4 hour layover. When we arrived Amsterdam had received less than an inch of snow and all flights were canceled and they closed the airport. It had snowed the day before and except for a couple of hours it had been shut down for almost the 24 hours before we arrived. We were told we needed to get new boarding passes in order to fly out when they opened the airport. We found out that at 4:00 am the next morning they would start giving out the passes. At 3:30 am the line was over 6 blocks long and they had 3 people to serve us. The next plane to our destination left at 9:30. I called Penny and at 8:45 am we had our passes in hand and hustled to the gate. Thousands of people were stranded in Amsterdam all that day. Most of the people we talked to had gotten their tickets online. I got mine from Penny and I got service and I made it to the wedding. SO my advice to you is when buying online; IF ALL YOU CONSIDER IS HOW EVERYONE SAYS ONLINE IS LESS; THEY'RE RIGHT, LESS OF WHAT IIS MOST IMPORTANT....SERVICE
