I met with Jennifer Maki of Divine Destinations months ago to help me plan my dream vacation to the big Island of Hawaii. I planned to take my daughter and three grandsons with me. Everything went well. With less than two weeks before departure I made the difficult decision to change the venue from the big island of Hawaii to Honolulu because of the volcano activity. Totally new trip with less than two weeks to plan it. Jennifer was amazing. I asked her if this was even possible and she said "yes". She got us new flights, a wonderful hotel in Waikiki, and even booked some activities for us!! Jennifer is smart, travel savvy, great problem solver, a client advocate and even has a sense of humor - all skills a great travel agent should have. Best decision I ever made was to use Jennifer Maki for my trip plans. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent.

Traveled to the Turks and Caicos for a wedding. The hotel booking agency had messed up my reservation. As soon as I contacted Jen she took care of everything, got me a wonderful room upgrade, and made sure I had a great vacation. Anyone can book a room online, but when things go wrong, someone like Jen is who you want on your side.

This was one of my most disappointing visits to anywhere ever. I cane expecting to be able to go somewhere divine and not even Limbo was one the list let alone Heaven or Olympus. This is a classic example of false advertisement and I will not be coming back.

I went to a work conference in Vegas last month, everyone told me to just going on line and book it CHEAP. I call Jennifer and asked her to look at options for me. Working with her I was able to save almost half of what our company travel provider had set up, and she was even less then going to an online travel site. Her knowledge of what was available and how to get the best value was GREAT. Online is not always your best option. Calling Jen at Divine Destinations is!

I have been so impressed with Jennifer and Natasha at Divine Destinations. I have used them for several of my traveling adventures. Not only have they been right there to help me find the most amazing resorts, but they have gone the extra mile to make sure my trips have been perfect. A great example is when I was in Mexico and a giant sink hole formed in one of the main roads leading to and from the airport causing delays and travel problems for many. Jennifer contacted me right away and let me know about what was happening and how to plan accordingly so that we would not have any unforeseen problems when trying to fly back home. And Natasha has helped me find some amazing adventures I would never have even thought of while planning my next trip. I will not book another trip without using Divine Destinations!
