Had high hopes for this travel agency. However, it was insulting to work with this travel agent. She was rude and impatient with our inquiries and acted like we were out of line asking her questions about traveling. But isn't that her job? Then, when we finally decided to book our flights with her, she replied with a rude email and again acted like we were an imposition. It wasn't about the fee she charged, I would have gladly paid. It was about the way that she treated us. Then, she sent a rude email to us, then apologized, then continued to be shady behind our backs. . . but we found out. I have never worked with some one so rude. Avoid at all costs. I'd give her negative stars if I could.
