This was my second time booking with Borton - a 3 week South America trip organized by EJ who took our ideas and customized an itinerary just for us. This was a dream bucket list trip. There were a few minor issues, but EJ was available and provided support. Highly recommend Borton and will book with them in the future.

Borton Overseas travel put together a terrific package of travel, hotels, and guides! The guide, Anna, even found our relatives and arranged meetings with them! She gave us a tour of the area, brought us to our relatives, drove us around to family places, and translated as well. We had a terrific visit to the Sundsvall area of Sweden. Then I went on further to Karlstad, Sweden, and to Oslo. My hotels and guide were again perfect for me. Borton even told me how to get from the airport to my hotel, with maps!!

They were fully responsive and transparent, even when we emailed a clarification question on a weekend day in the middle of the trip. The trip itself was excellent on all counts and more (smaller group, high caliber guide...) than we expected for the price we paid.

Our Borton Norwegian representative, Ana, handled all our requests and questions with patience and professionalism. She made reservations in the larger cities and small villages equally well. The hotels chosen for us were appropriate and top notch in virtually all cases. The tour of the Norwegian Fjords was excellent.
