I just took a trip to Dominican Republic with my aunt, our first ladies trip, and Monique our travel agent was phenomenal! She booked our tickets from two different departure locations, got us together for the final leg of the trip out of the country. Then I broke my ankle while out of the country. I notified Monique through email and she was able to work with the airline to place me in seats that would allow me to elevate my leg. I was also able to get assistance in the airports to change planes, go through customs, and get my luggage to my ride home. Thanks Monique, you are AWESOME to work with!

TERRIBLE service and for a travel agency not responding emails or the request for changes, are critical for a smooth travel. Sandy is by far the worst travel agent I have worked with in my life. Save your money!

I had such a wonderful experience that I contacted Paige again so that she can book our honeymoon. I told her that going forward she will be my travel agent.

I won't book with A1 anymore after I was treated so badly the last time I booked with this travel agency. My husband and I had booked our flights with A1 for 5 times with no hassle until the 6th time when I so badly needed to go home as my father passed away. I felt that I was treated rudely and was responded with "This is to prevent fraud..." even after I explained myself that I was willing to go to their office after I see some travel options first. Sandy did send me an itinerary with 15 hours layover in South Korea. I explained that I'd prefer an itinerary with a shorter layover since my father just passed away and I wanted to be home as soon as possible. The response I got was, "this is the best pricing we have for travel tomorrow..." and was not offered another option. I ended up searching a better itinerary with a better pricing on Google then sent it to Sandy. Overall, just not a good experience with the last booking. Gone were the days when Katherine and Raelee were around to help with great customer service.

A1 Travel is very hands and responsive for bookings, if you are a busy person like myself and always on the go or don’t have the time to look for a flight/hotel/car, A1 is extremely convenient with great deals and even offer detailed options to choose from to customize to your needs. The biggest benefit of going through A1, for any questions/concerns you have during your travel they’re quick responses verses going through an airline or customer service waiting for 30+ minutes just get someone live. I've relied on A1 Travel for both business and personal travel plans for over 10 years. They always coordinate the best flights, car rentals, hotels... everything I need to ensure a smooth travel experience.
