Travis did a great job with my daughter's student visa to Russia. She made a mistake filling out the form. They caught it immediately and helped us to fix it. I called them a few times with questions and worries, especially about the timing of the visa. Every time I called or emailed, they answered my questions. They were also very patient and reassuring. AND, the visa was issued, passport sent back, by the date they promised.

They took care of everything for our Chinese visas. It was expensive, but worth it. There was a potential snag that could have really fouled things up for us, but they took care of it. Aly in the Boston office was so helpful and responsive. Yay!

Paid for service so they could take care of paperwork but still had delay after delay. filling out other paperwork and then not returning phone calls or email looking for updates that now going to miss flight at more cost. did not have a problem before but this was ridiculous. paid for expedited service and still after 1 1/2 months still no visa.

Actually my experience was great. Got my passport fast as hell and was able to change my pick-up to grab it in DC instead of in Boston. Travisa's support was great, even when the process was unavoidably crappy

This agency almost single-handedly cost me a job. They were unclear about what I needed and forced me to ask my employer a dozen different times for more documents, then called me a week before departure to inform me that they could not get me a visa. I worked through a different company, whose agents readily knew solutions to the issues Travisa had been unable to overcome. Maybe for some countries Travisa is competent, but if you really need to get a visa I advise doing further research.

I went to the office where is located in Park Street with my girl friend. She asked the manager to get Visa, and my girl friend TOLD her that SHE WILL HAVE A FLIGHT ON MAY 7 at 07:15a.m. HOWEVER, THE MANAGER said she could not get my girl friend's Visa from New york even though she said my girl friend will be able to get it BEFORE MAY 6. So, I strongly ask her to explain about this situation, but the only thing she sais was just "SORRY". BECAUSE OF TRAVISA, my girlfriend paid the flight fee to change the flight time even though she is an INTERNATIONAL STUDENT. I never recommend this office. Also, I wanna add one thing. My girlfriend is trying to find another airplace to go to her country. BUT, it is very very hard to find another one. She is almost depressed because of THIS OFFICE.

Absolutely absurd! I sent in for a visa and Travisa claims they sent my passport out, they sent me a tracking number but the package is no where to be found in the USPS tracking system. Multiple post offices now claim to not see it in any tracking system. When I called Travisa, they said they had no additional tracking on the item and they gave it to USPS so it is now their fault. Seems pretty irresponsible to not have additional tracking on packages, specifically containing items like Visa's and Passports!!!

Because of the horrid reviews on here, I feel the need to say that Travisa did an excellent job assisting me with my visa application to China. They were thorough, easy to reach, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to help with any visa need.
