My wife and I have traveled to Walt Disney World since 1972. Most of our 20+ vacations have been arranged by ourselves. This last time, in Nov. 2014, we caught ourselves in a position where we wanted to leave soon, but did not have the time, or desire, to pour through airline and resort bookings. We knew of Susan through my boss and decided to throw it in her lap. One of the best decisions we have made in some time. Andrea at the agency, proved to be up to the task and provided us with a carefree vacation package that we will remember forever. Great time of year to visit WDW and our first stay at the Yacht Club. We love Epcot and this resort is within walking distance. We will certainly remember Susan Peavey Travel when it comes time for another "Disney Fix". Thanks to all at S.P.T. especially Andrea. Let me first tell you that you can pick your flights your hotels and your idea of Your ideal vacation but not everything will be in your control when it comes to Traveling such as hurricanes tornadoes ,flight delays missing flights ,missing connecting flights snow storms or just the simple overbooking of your flights and or hotels that can leave you stranded .Sure this is the ugly side of traveling that nobody wants to envision but let’s get real it happens it happened to us and thank God we had Susan Peavey from Susan Peavey Travel . We had visited our favorite resort And of course had the most amazing time . We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary and Susan made sure the whole trip was perfect from the moment we checked in to the moment we left to the car service to the extra special VIP service we got through customs she nailed everything that we were looking for . We visit Jamaica as often as possible and are very familiar with the airport . Well unfortunately Massachusetts where we live was having tornadoes and other flights were being delayed or canceled the airport was insane. People everywhere . So we get in front of our gate and wait at Montego airport in Jamaica . Pretty routine for us , unfortunately with all the chaos at the airport our gate was switched and we were not notified so after waiting a few minutes we went up to the desk to ask American Airlines where our flight was when we were told that the plane had left 20 minutes ago there we stood my husband and I in complete shock in a foreign country and our plane took off talk about panic ! I quickly reached for my phone ,my hands trembling as if I felt like I was going to have a panic attack dialed Susan’s number where she picked up the phone she could hear the desperation in my voice she dropped everything to assist with what we needed and what we needed was to get home to our son , Her Calm voice kept me calm as she tried to find another way for us to get home .She ended up re-booking on another airline even speaking to the airline for me because I was hysterical. She made sure we got home and went above and beyond to do so . She knew my son needed me home and so she made the impossible possible again .We will never forget what she did for our family . I will never use another travel agent ever and will never roll the dice and book through an online sight . Having Susan as our travel agent is they only way we will ever travel .I think about how many families save up most of their paychecks to plan an amazing vacation to only be ruined by something so small that can impact their trip and have no one to help them if it does happen or if they book a hotel because they read reviews and they get there and it’s not even close to what they were promised . Susan can tell you firsthand about all these resorts because she’s visited them herself and knows the properties well . When we ask her about a destination I trust what she is telling us because she’s been there .Shes not sitting at a desk where she hasn’t traveled it all ,she can tell you firsthand the good resorts and then start working with your budget to make it happen for you ! Even after the airport Messed up she fought with American Airlines to get us a full refund on our airline tickets . Now what kind of online sight would do that for you ..... NONE!!! Due yourself A favor you work so hard for vacations have somebody who will work just as hard for your vacation as you do in your corner ~go with Susan Peavey travel !!

Susan recommended Unico, a new resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico and at first my husband and I were hesitant since it is so new. However after explaining exactly what we were looking for in our honeymoon (relaxing, great food, new/modern and authentic, on a beach, work out classes, excursions, activities and great drinks) we decided to take Susan's advice and chose the Unico...and boy are we glad we did. We had the most amazing honeymoon that we could have asked for. Susan also arranged the transfers to and from the resort (which was a Lincoln Navigator that picked us up). Susan and Leah were SO accommodating! We set up a honey fund through their website so our Bridal Shower guests could purchase gift certificates for our honeymoon in lieu of a traditional bridal registry. It was so easy to navigate! They both were always so friendly and Leah would answer my emails immediately no matter what time of day I sent it - sometimes even at 11pm!
