DESCRIPTION

Here we offer you all the reviews of real people who bought the products and services of Cruises Only (Travel Agency) in Massachusetts.

Currently this firm gets a score of 2.8 out of 5 and the rating was based on 10 reviews.

As you can see it has an average rating is discreet, neither too high nor too low, and it's based on quite a few feddbacks, so the evaluation is rationally accurate, although it does not have a enough quantity of evaluations to grant it absolute credibility.

You know that we don't usually bother to write evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

This Travel Agency is included in the category of Cruise agency.

Rip off scam.

I was quoted a price that was $375 cheaper than I paid. I booked over the phone, went through it step by step, what I was paying for, what each one cost, no travel insurance, and the credit card showed 3 days later that I was paying $375 more than what I was told. I called the travel agent's direct extension. She never called back. I spoke with 3 other travel agents. All told me I had to speak directly with Karen Centofani, whom I booked with. Karen never calls me back. 10 days after returning from the cruise, she has never called me back. I've spoken with 4 other reps of Cruises Only. All of which I told I had to speak with a supervisor. They put me on hold for 25 mins, and when they come back, I am told the supervisor has to take other pressing calls and they would be telling me exactly what the supervisor told them to do. Which is what, I ask? To speak directly with Karen. I am supposed to also get a $75 credit after the cruise. Despite sending in all info they asked me for, through email address, a fax and a certified letter, I am told all were never received. I have automated email responses, a receipt from the fax and a receipt from the certified letter that states otherwise. All 8 reps have now lied to me about how I am not sending in the information they need, which is a copy and/or picture of the invoice from the cruise. It has now been sent 9 times. I also was asked to do an online form in addition to the invoice. I did that 3 times. It was never received. I had another rep, Kim, on the phone with me the last time, while I did the form online, with her, and sent it. It showed it was sent. She said she never got it, but that it takes a few hours sometimes for her to get it. I explained it was sent and that it indeed showed it was sent from my end. I emailed the sent folder. There it was. She denied it.....still. I was told a supervisor would absolutely call me, from Cheryl, the last rep I spoke to 3 days ago. No call. Anyone booking a cruise with Cruises Only will find themselves being lied to repeatedly and paying far far far more than they are quoted for. That is why you cannot book a cruise with them online. You have to call them. That alone tells you they are not honest. They will add fees not discussed with you, travel insurance that you didn't ask for, and add at least $150 more alone for the cost of the cabin. They claim it is a "processing fee." They quote twice the amount for taxes and port fees. The port fee is set by the city of Boston. Not Cruises Only. That fee is $90 less than what Cruises Only says it is. They will tell you that they always add all fees upfront.....that this is just a first time....with you....that they don't see those other charges showing up...because....they always do.....with every single person they have booked a cruise with in the past. Do not....as in never....book any cruise with Cruises Only.

Booked my family cruise with them and it couldn't have been easier. The agent did a great job of explaining all the different port & fee charges that come from the cruise lines & ports we visited. Our Disney cruise couldn't have been easier and I was able to get an Amazon Gift Card back that I used on some things that we ultimately got for the cruise. Couldn't have been easier.

Avoid this company!!! They target innocent customers like my elderly parents to whom they sold overpriced cruises. The disguised prices will be lumped into taxes and port fees. Be extremely aware. Check cruise line direct booking price first before you fall into their trap.

As always, the best deals and the best service.

So, I booked with them last week. They hooked me up with a $100 gift card to spend on Amazon on TOP of the offers I saw in Royal Caribbean's TV commercial. I'm glad I shopped around!

Bunch of lying bastards. Please stay far far farrrrr away from these people. It only takes them 5 minutes to take your money and I guarantee it's impossible to get your money back. It's like they only swallow and won't spit. I was never informed about the $100 cancellation fee when booking my trip but when I tried to cancel my reservation (due to family events), they insisted on charging me $100 on top of the $24.99 down payment fee. Also, when I requested to talk to manager/supervisor or whoever was in charge, the agents kept giving me the run-around and told me there were none?!?!? I mean really, what company has no manager/supervisor?!?! No wonder why they are crappy. So I asked for the agent's name(s) and they either gave me false names or nothing at all. That says a lot about these people. PLEASE FIND A BETTER TRAVEL AGENCY. DON'T GET DRAWN IN BY THEIR FANCY WEBSITE. ALL YOU WILL EVER GET FROM THEM IS YOUR LOSS OF MONEY, FRUSTRATION AND CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Beware of this company. They use very misleading email advertisements. They also operate under any number of other web sites, the parent company is World Travel Holdings. The fine print will say the offers only apply to certain storerooms, you have no way of knowing if you book online that they are not going to honor the offer until the trip is booked, then your on the hook for their 24.99 booking charge and the cancellation fee, on top of what the cruise line may charge for the cancellation. I could have booked cheaper directly through the cruise line, I didn't because I was led to believe they should honor the advertised offer.
