As an avid traveler, both for work ad pleasure, I am usually happy with services that I pay for. However, the expereience I had at TDS on K street in Washington DC was terrible. An employee by the name of John came to assist me, but their computers were broken- or system down. Instead of being curtious he made me feel as if I was an imposition on his day. It was the worst service I have ever had in the travel industry. I warn anyone seeking advice or assistance NOT to use this company. Additionally they charge more money than other services in the area. HEED the advice!

I couldn't recommend TDS more strongly. I needed a new passport quickly after receiving my US Citizenship. I completed the order online on the Sunday and went to their offices to hand over my documents on the Monday morning. Unfortunately, I was unaware that I had to have my documents processed at a Post Office first, but Tofigh (my assigned rep) at TDS helped me with everything. He personally walked with me to the local Post Office, helped get the documents processed and handled the rest. Now, 3 days later my new passport is in my hands. Amazing customer service.

Choosing an online visa service can be difficult, but this company made it easy even during the rough patches. Just a few helpful tips: Be sure to sign up for an account before going through the process to have better control of getting back to your order. As well as read the FINE DETAILS, i.e. Not all places process the same types of Visa's. With the two little hiccups I had; it only took a phone call, to a direct person whom one of which was the President of the Company, Dean. Both times communicating with the company directly I was given the information needed to get my Zambian Business Visa in the works.

I was looking for a one stop operation to help me expedite my passport renewal. The first company I called (huge nationwide operation), couldn’t/wouldn’t do things like take the photo, provide the paperwork, etc., but the worst part was they wanted lots of money upfront, before I even entered their offices!! Thankfully my second call was to TDS. Oh my goodness, how nice it was to get the one on one service provided, and ALL aspects of the process taken care of there. I got my passport with time to spare, and am now waiting at my gate for my long awaited Cayman trip. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I had questions about my wife’s passport, just now, and the gentleman was extremely helpful AND honest. He could’ve easily fed me a line in order for me to use his services but he explained that, at this time, it wasn’t really necessary. It’s not often...unfortunately...that you find folks that put service over revenue. It’s most appreciated. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

The good part is that they delivered! I got my passport before the time that was promised. However, the way this works is totally different than what I expected which initially made the process frustrating. I thought this was an actual office where one can go pay their processing fees and hand deliver their information to an agent and ask any necessary questions. That is not how it works. the agent is hardly ever in the office and does not answer the phone. In order for me to know what I needed to do I had to call the Washington DC office and speak with someone there. This agent in DC was very helpful and informative and walked me through everything that I needed to do in order for them to process my passport documents. This can be a confusing process as most people don't apply for passports every day and have no idea what they're really supposed to do. Had it not been for me placing calls to the D.C. office, I would still probably be running around with no results. So my advice would be to call the D.C. office first!

I ordered a replacement Passport. Tds didn't inform me that none of my visas would be transferred or that I should reapply for them. The OWNER told me that is was common knowledge and acted like I should have know the process. $1200 flight and missed business trip due to incompetence followed up by very poor customer service BY THE OWNER. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PROFESSIONALS.

A very bad experience! After a visa process we never received our passports back, they lost and told us what was lost at the Consulate. We received a notice from the State Department 5 months later informing us that the passports had been in the Consulate ever since and were never withdrawn by the agency that provided the service.

If you don't know the process if getting a Visa, they make it simple and easy and make sure you have everything you need to keep from getting rejected. I still needed to work to produce documents like invitation letters or letter of introduction, but I didn't have to go to any office or wait in any line. Everything showed up on time via FedEx without any delays or surprises. Yes, it's expensive, but if you're in a hurry, it's worth it.

I can't thank y'all enough! Shout out to Behrooz at the Washington Office and Liza at the Houston Office. Liza really broke down all of the steps for me since this was my first time using TDS. I had a 2 year old and an adult passport that I had multiple questions on. She threw my worries out the window and calmed me down. I really appreciate her communicating with me and treating me as if I was one of her friends that needed help! To Behrooz!!! The man that ended up taking over the information for me because I had realized I had originally selected the Washington office and not the Houston location where I was speaking with Liza. Behrooz communicated constantly with me and never did I feel like I was bothering him. We had a mishap with the photos for the passport and he immediately solved my problem and helped me get a photo to them fast and easy. Thanks to y'all both!! P.S. I thought a month in advance would be plenty of time to get a visa to Brazil, but when I heard the consulate had been on strike and there was a backlog, I needed the best possible agency so that I would have every likelihood of getting my visa on time. I had plane tickets purchased and dozens of people counting on me. The excellent representative Maricel in the New York TDS was straight up with me-- she didn't know if she could get it for me on time-- but she made the appointment with the consulate right away during our first phone call and gave me very clear instructions (instructions that I found to be clearer and more accurate than those provided by other visa agencies I looked into). To my tremendous relief the visa arrived at my door via fedex two weeks early. TDS's customer service via email and phone was more than excellent! Though I was scared to mail off my passport I now know whom to trust and I wouldn't hesitate to use TDS again.

The Washington and San Francisco offices were fantastic in helping me to get my passport at the last minute. I would be traveling and needed to know exactly where to have it sent. The DC folks found SF to be fastest at processing. The SF folks knew exactly the timing and where it should be sent. Working with them completely eliminated my anxiety about possibly having to cancel our trip. I would not recommend contacting the NYC office. I spoke to three different people who knew next to nothing, put me on hold for over 5 minutes, and only made my anxiety greater.

Very helpful. I wasn't sure I needed a visa, as the embassy info was not clear. TDS representative went to the embassy and confirmed the situation. Returned my PP the same day, and sent a quick refund of my original payment, since no visa was required. Very honest and reputable organization. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
