Excellent service, location and cleanliness!!
Love that it's located by nearby shopping in walking distance Great!
Location a few turns off the Interstate. Clean aminadies, large parking.
As far as TA's go, this one is a bit better than average. The one MAJOR DOWNSIDE, ***Take Note*** ALL PARKING IS PAID PARKING. Info from back of parking ticket... * A fee of $15 per 24 hours will be collected upon exit. * Parking is free up to 2 hours without a purchase. * Parking is free up to 24 hours with a minimum 60 gallon purchase. * Parking is free up to 24 hours with a minimum $20 non-fuel purchase. * A lost or no ticket fee of $60 applies. See picture of the parking ticket. The restaurant is your basic TA fare, nothing special. There's a fairly nice general store with a decent selection of goods. Game room, lounge, laundry, massage chairs, and I think I saw a barbershop as well. 4 story hotel right above the joint but I don't know how many rooms there are or how much they cost. Gotta get here early though, the place fills up fast.
Charge you a lot, only spots available were marked reserved (sort of).
Parking is plentiful and if you get 60 has of fuel you can park free. Buffet pretty good. They keep the place cleaned up. And it's in a good location for all I need bc the plaza is just a walk away.
Too much garbage all over the parking lot and a urine smell through out most of it. But at least it's big lot here for a very busy area that still needs lots more parking like this.
I had a blown tire to repair. While waiting, I had a meal at the dinner and that experience was one I haven't had before at a Travel Center. Overall, good food, clean environment and friendly staff. I was called into the shop in 1.5 hours and my tire got fixed and I was on my way in 2 hrs. 5 stars.
There is nothing special here to justify paying $15 to park. That's $15 for regular parking, not reserved or premium. If you find yourself stuck here, you have to pay. The lot was a filthy mess of trailer sweepings and trash. There is no place to dump trash provided, so the truckers just eject it. Its nasty and they shouldn't, but honestly what can they do. The staff all have attitudes and didn't seem very happy. Its either a management thing or they aren't seeing any part of the thousands that are coming in from charging truckers to park and pay to use their services.
It's a pay spot but there's so many trucks they don't have to worry about filling up. If you spend 20 or more in store it's free. All the free spots will be taken but you can grab a reserve spot for 14bucks. Nothing you can do when the large grocery facility you drop at in the early morning has no parking. Lady in the diner was a sweetie and at the desk really nice people. The buffet was ok didn't care for the fish it smelled lol. All in all if you get here early enough you should get a spot.
Wonderful parking
Parking is abhorrent. Staff is rude. Unclean restrooms
A nice clean and secure place to settle down at after a long day of driving. Have a good meal at the restaurant and enjoy a nice clean shower before you start your day.
Parking was organized and lot was fairly clean considering locating a trash can was like finding Waldo... The Country Pride restaurant has absolutely NO pride. The buffet was absolutely horrible. The foods were old and/or over cooked. Drink refills are required in order to swallow foods to prevent choking and throat scratching. A $13.99 buffet should be edible. The salad bar area was a complete mess and dressings we're obviously watered down as an apparent way to stretch out its use. The fish was strange and pure mush. The pork chops were deli sliced on the thinnest setting, almost shredded... The centers store left many items to be desired by the average trucker. To pay for parking should be criminal at this location as it does not have truckers in their interest. There are few places for truckers in this area and this facility takes advantage of this advantage... Very sad. You should be ashamed TA...
It's a shame I can not give the 0 star, on the night of 10-08-18 I paid $17.00 for a reserved parking, everything was all right until I tryed to get out when the security guard asked me another $20.00 to get out because "the reserved parking just save a slot for me and do not pay for parking it self" after a little confrontation he finally let me out but no before telling me "from now on you know how it works" and I replied: from now on I am not coming back to this place ever again, then he said "ok Sr that is your choice" not only I paid for parking but I paid for a shower and I went to the restaurant inside, please management do something for your store, if you keep getting unhappy drivers you'll be bankrupt soon because me like many other driver are not visiting your store any more
Buy 60 gallons of fuel or spend 20 bucks in the restaurant/store to park free.
Idk why they charge people to park...... rip off
Virtually no parking, tiny crowded lot, tiny streets to get here. Line for semi trucks to fuel stretches out to the street and blocks traffic. *must pay to park* If you can, avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!
Racist guy at the counter... last thing you need when paying for reserved parking is, " you can get it back in your country"... blonde chubby dude.
It is a giant cluster _uck. No one has consideration for anyone else!
Good place only need show up early they do close at nights not open like in the southern States
Many services in one place... Good for travelers and truckers
Plenty of truck parking but it's paid. First 2hrs are free. $15 dollars every 24hrs. Up to 24hrs parking free with minimum $60 fuel or $20 non-fuel purchase. Unless you fuel or plan to spend money there, only good for a short break.
Slow service at the restaurant. The "lady" at the fuel desk is FAR from that. Clean parking area, paid. If the restrooms on the main floor are being clean, good luck at finding the secondary ones.
Place is a dump. Dirty inside and out. Do not eat anything from this place! High prices. PAY PARKING!!! Not a safe area! Fuel islands are a joke.
Bathrooms are gross but the people work here are just wonderful.
Decent place. It is Premium parking. Country pride restaurant service could be better tho.
Beautiful servis to personal Paris#1 thank
Plenty of parking space for semi but got to pay or buy something in store. Restroom ok.
Good I've been stopping here for years before they had paid parking use to BBQ many moons ago good ol days
Nothing special a place to park for the night dirty bathrooms because some people like pissing all over everything guess it makes them feel at home
Terrible ordered breakfast the place was not crowded it seem to me the few customers that were in there was getting the buffet 45 minutes later my breakfast never came I left
Big truck parking and motel
Limited parking i had to pay 18 dollars jus to park on top of that spend 20 in store jus so i didnt have to pay to park
I am new to Tucking. I have been to 25 different truck stops. This is by far. The most jacked up truck stop I have been. Didn't stay over night because you have to pay to stay. But I did get fuel. You better be able to drive if you have to get fuel here. It's easier to go to the next one if you can.
Some of these TA's need a surprise pop up from corporate.
Great place to stay. Well lit.
I came in the truck stop restaurant to eat, along w my baby daughter and my other half. The food is good, but the personality and authentic sweetness of a beautiful person named Elaine is the reason for my 5 star rating. She was our waitress at 7 pm on July 30th 2018. Go tip her well, I am going to.
Nice clean friendly
To be honest this place is a Cluster F#$K!
Nice size place! Huge amount of truck parking! No toilet seat covers
A lot of parking but getting to park can be more of an issue than should be. Getting to the fuel island starts the nonsense.
Twilight ZONE, to say this place is outdated, moldy, and unfriendly is not enough. HOW is it possible that in a city where there is practically NO place to park, a truckstop (WHICH I am sure is making BIG money) cannot upgrade its facilities. Shame on you TA, this place is a travesty to Truck Stops.
Worst TA that I have ever went to: horrific smell, lack of supplies, unfriendly service and TA's customary high prices. I won't be back. TA should be ashamed of themselves
Good place it's a good clean truck stop
Overcrowded and dirty.
Nice place but very busy from 4pm-7pm shower wait was 45 min.
It could be better.. it bad that charge to park at gate and in parking lot..then u got pay to shower andeat..a dam RIP off..loves dont charge to park
Typical TA good showers and food. Parking can be hard to come by though.
All around the outside of the parking lot is like a city dump. One would think after all the $$ they collect for parking, they could spend a few hundred a month And clean the trash up. Of course, a small number of drivers are to blame in the first place. Inside... Not bad. Country Pride has the usual selections. Clean Showers and rest rooms.
Every time my company send here For repairs I don’t stop if I have never empty space costumers services sucks
It was a decent truckstop. Just not a fan of paying for parking unless We choose to. Friendly staff and good food.
Very clean and Everyone was so nice ...
Hate paying for parking. But lots of spots, sometimes theres not a guard on duty so sometimes if you time it right you dont have to pay. I stopped at the shack, no one was In there and the gate was lifted. I had just did a 10 hour reset. Lots of parking too
It was ok it cost way more to park there them we thought. The stuff was friendly
It was aite considering the location
It was good. Food is good service was really good for a buissy truck stop. I was able to park for free at a warehouse parking lot for lease right down the road within walking distance to restaurant.
This is an urban style truck stop there's not many truck stops around it is a bit tight. The scale has its own parking lot so that is free 30-minute parking and it's pay to park in the big lot. You can get fuel and roll through without entering the parking lot. The fuel desk and convenience store is a separate building the showers are in the basement of the hotel as well as all the amenities. I seen a barbershop I seen pool tables. Has the typical restaurant
All they need to do is fix the leaks on the showers nice place, nice parking, nice service like it very much
The food in the restaurant is good. Plenty of parking if you get there early enough. There's a convenient store inside that has just about anything you could possibly need. There's a CB shop where you can get repair work done on your radio. There's a motel if you need to relax outside of your truck. The Jessup TA is less than a mile off of interstate 95 exit 41A going North and exit 41B going South. Easy enough to get in and out of.
It is a great TA Truck Stop in Jessup, MD With Lot of Parking Space but only Limited to 2 Hours of Free Parking after that you have to pay 20 dollars to Park here for more than 2 Hours, or You can purchase anything from inside the truck stop of worth 20 dollars and Show them your Purchase receipt So that way you don't have to pay for parking ticket anymore
No seasoning whatsoever in good prep, off brand sauces, no Tabasco!!!!
Good place to park and shower. Thank you.
pricey but nice...if you hit the buffet get the steak with sauteed veggies MmmMmh
I had never been in a TA before and what impressed me the most was the shower rooms. I honestly thought it was going to be like a locker room. But to know I had my own private space was wonder.. and the water was hot and strong
Drivers lounge is very nice and clean
Love this place got everything a trucker traveler would need
The whole place is a like dated, but it has everything you need in abundance. The lounge is huge, the laundry room is pretty big, and there are something like 20 showers. The buffet at the restaurant was pretty fresh and clean. We'll definitely come to this one instead of the city one.
Sorry to say this TA is by far my worst experience ever I've been driving for seven years and never ran into a TA like this one. I had a 4pm appointment just to get a Pm done they said it was gonna take about 2hrs before we get to you. I guess thats they favorite line. I go back at 7:30pm they say the other tech hasn't made it back yet and he still on the same call. So i go back at 1:30am and see what was the hold up they said the tech left at midnight and that another one wont be in till 7am. They said that they was surprised that nobody told me that i was highly disappointed. It was people in the back of the office laughing and who ha. Just to say im very disappointed that i couldn't fet a pm done samb e thing happened in Baltimore the day prior and sad to say this is my city and my friends told me dont go now i see why
Dumb entrance to fuel area. Travel store was far away in parking lot. Waited almost 10 minutes at fuel desk to pay for my purchases. Had to look for cashier in utility room who was talking on his phone. Meanwhile the store phone rang about 3x each call and he didn't come out.
Sucked cause I had to pay to park but the showers are really great and have a lot of water pressure
CLOSE THE WASHROOM FOR CLEANING?????GIVE ME A BREAK. IT SHOULD BE CLEANED CONTINUOUSLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. DO THEY CLOSE IT EVERY HALF HOUR??? SIMPLE HOSPITALITY GUYS!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst TA I've ever visited. The staff in the shop needs to be fired! They have very bad attitudes and customer service was horrible. One of the young ladies was more interested in her personal phone call, wrote up my service ticket all wrong. Constantly complained about her not wanting to be there and talking about customers to other customers. Very unprofessional. The assistant general manager was very rude as well. She was sarcastic and condescending when customers expressed dissatisfaction in the service treatment they received including myself. TA Corporate needs to send in mystery shoppers to evaluate their staff and probably replace management and shop staff.
Stopped on a Sunday morning waiting for a customer to open the following Monday. $15 to park, more if you stay over 24 hours. Has all the usual truck stop amenities, showers are decent with free towels, TV room with 6 TVs (but I can't change the channels), 3 pool tables without balls, a ping pong table with no ball or paddles, a restaurant, and $3 laundry machines.
I'm a truck driver and my time is money. Cashiers were laughing and joking instead of getting right to the customer. Poor customer service when the pump didn't work the first time telling me that I took long when I left the cashier and went straight to the pump. It was just a terrible experience.
Showers are extremely dirty. Do not shower barefooted, there is a high chance of contracting athletes foot.
The service at the shop was great friendly mechanics on time services
Excellent place. Especially loved the food. Plenty of FREE PARKING if you a traveler using a small company truck. Know nothing of the tractor trailer lanes or the hotel. Store is stocked well. All the employees in both store and restaurant were great! Have been to this place several times on my routes. Only other TA I know better is in Detroit
Very low quality food.
Good place
Awesome this location is clean greasy customer service and very personable staff that are willing to have a conversation and treat you like a humanbeing and not just a typical customer. Anytime im in M.D. I'll always park here. Plenty of parking to. It is a pray to park location, however if you purchase $20.00 of goods parking fee is waved up to 24hrs.
Clean shower. Plenty of parking at 8am. Just a big TA.
No parking available plus you pay to park there
Nice place but you have to pay for parking
TA could do better
Parking lot is well lit and it should be for $20. Showers were smelly the hotel room had wet carpet and was dirty.... but no bed bugs.
Standard TA. A few extra bells and whistles. Primarily the hotel. Country Pride food was fine, salad a bit "aged" waitress was a tad absent. Arcade machine ate my nephews spending money but what's new there? There was literal garbage just hanging out though.
they're kind of scammer. they charged over $500 for the repair. they didn't fix the problem at all. my company probably will sue this TA truck repair shop
Good Food, Great Shower, limited parking but it's free with $20 purchase motel, Barbershop, Truckers lounge Restaurant open til 12
Plenty of spaces. Near conveniences and highway.
Nice truck stop. Lots of stores and restraunts within a mile. Good water pressure in the showers but it's always so hot in the shower rooms
The Country Pride has good food but seems understaffed. LARGE parking, well lit, but $20 for 24 hrs or purchase of $20 or more in the store/fuel. Lot attendants are on the job
It has everything trucker could want love this place
One of the worse TAs there is. The people that work the checkout at the hotel side are always on their phones and make you wait for them. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. They are extremely lazy when it comes to cleaning showers. Watch one staff member just swap out the towels and didn't even clean it. Plus there is mildew or mold on the ceiling. They have the I don't care attitude because there is very little truck stops to choose from in the are. See
Not bad. No Free Parking for anyone! $15 for 24hrs. Went to leave on a Saturday morning and no one was collecting so, Free!! Maybe they don't charge on weekends! Thank you!
Easy access from the highway clean bathrooms plenty of parking even though the restaurant is NOT 24 hours it is Handy.
The staff is very friendly there and everything is very easy to find
Truck stop's are convenient but very costly. So if your a company driver you need to know a shower is 15.00 and a good meal ain't cheap. Besafe out here driver.
Very good restaurant. Elaine was a great waitress. Mr. Lee in the store section was great as well. Lots of things to do and very clean. Wish I had everyone's name because they were all great. Helps being with nice people when you're on the road.
3rd and final time they were horrible
Food is very expensive no drop trailer it's a wal mart down the road to get supplies for your truck (not walking distance 5 miles) also a small shopping center in walking distance fuel pumps are in a tight spot
Regular TA. Water always smells nasty.
expired food at the restaurant.and very poor restaurant managing skill.
Walking inside from the truck lot, i couldn't tell you how many needles i seen, very trashy inside and out,... and its $15 for 24hr parking. I honestly cant pay to sit in a parking lot like that. TA's have really gone down hill!!
Country Pride staff always with thier kindness and respect. God Bless you all.
Your trucker... You know how good this place is are...
It is what the description says it is. Think 7eleven but on steroids including the prices. The staff is nice and helpful, I've never eaten at the restaurant but it's there and if you want to stay longer than a an hour or two stop they hotels close by. Have a few places for food as well plus bring food in to heat up.
Everybody knows that TA stops differ very much. There are nicer, upgraded and renovated TA centers. And that's when I love TA. But this one in Jessup, MD is like from an alternative reality. Remember alternative reality episodes in every Star Trek series? This TA feels like you are stuck in the 70s. The only comparable experience I had at Petro in Atlanta. Yes, it is just off I-95. Yes, there are serious problems with truck rest facilities on the East Coast. So I should be happy that it still exists so close to D.C. area. But I am not happy. And I keep thinking about Oklahoma or Arizona, or Iowa. Those are just some examples of truck stops where truck drivers feel that their work is appreciated by the society. I am at this TA on the Week of Truck Drivers' Appreciation. Bad luck, I guess.
Get there early or there will be no free parking. 3/4 of the parking lot we have to pay to park. Place is a zoo! Other than that, it's the usual on the inside.
I see people complaining about paid parking but you have to consider where they are. Most TA's and Petros charge to park in the bigger cities, Atlanta, Tampa, Dallas, etc. One reviewer stated that if you use the reserve parking then you'll be paying over $30 for 24 hours parking. NOT TRUE. If you pay for a reserve parking spot, that cost goes toward the required purchase for free parking. Everyone pays $15 to park here or purchase $20 for free parking. If you purchase reserve parking at 10 PM, it's $18 and that goes toward the required $20 purchase so you buy $2 in merchandise and you've met your $20. Watch out where you park. Part of the lot is caving in and if you park too close, you might fall in and I doubt the TA will pay for the wrecker.
Worst truck stop which I have to use. I don’t like the workers because they are rude. It’s dirty place. It’s a place only for diesel but if you have other choice try not to come here
Staff was friendly and good sense of humor. Bathrooms not to bad for a TA. I give three stars because parking is not free.
Clean truck stop, nice people, parking is kinda tight but really good truck stop.
Was given a 5 hrs wait time for repair which turned into 18. Why they are not honest about this is anyone's guess.
Long walk, but worth the exercise to stretch legs, not good for time budget.
Great showers but cold water in the sink
OK this is the by far worst TA that I’ve ever been to across the United States I’ve always enjoyed my experience! But this is by far the worst that I’ve ever experienced in my whole entire life and I’ve been going to TA truck stop for 30 some years. For one in the restaurant part they have cooks that have beards you’re not wearing beard nets, if I am not mistaken I do believe by law they are supposed to be wearing beard nets. Will be calling the health inspector. And I will not be returning to this TA in order to leave a comment about it I had to give it one star I wouldn’t give it a star at all the managers are rude I ordered biscuits and gravy to go if I had a camera I would’ve taken a picture and post it sorry about that. I highly recommend finding a different truck stop this place is always crowded. Attendance lady Will lie to you management themselves even lie to you. Like I said I highly recommend finding a different location to go to so if you able to plan yourself well don’t stop at this TA you’ll regret it in the end.
They have a buffet breakfast at $10 or you order from the menu. I wasn’t that hungry so went for the menu waitress really polite friendly the restaurant is clean comfortable spacious seating you have booths or or regular chairs. You have free wifi and you get your own thermos of coffee. My breakfast was perfect really enjoyed glad I had what I did. Parking area if you use the regular parking it’s free but if your a RV and larger you have to pay
Great truck stop...showers,parking food and more
Wonderful food. Great drivers lounge. Only downside is that SOMETIMES (not all the time) u have to play for parking.
Reasonable service but location is small
Actually for a truck stop it was an excellent buffet, restrooms clean, parking is high at 17.00 but if you spend 20.00.
The restrooms does meet costumer capacity almost an hour wait for toilet and smelled horrible all everyday employees very rude at night cashiers on fne dont help you it's a disgrace against drivers around the world that depend facilitys such as this one..Management needs to step in..Or health department will.
Good store overall but the 2 showers we had were dingy looking (walls and all) and had leftover curly hairs left on the floor and in sink. One sink also had some purple residue in it that came out with running water. We came to shower NOT clean theirs. $15 each we paid to have to clean it BEFORE we used it. Aside from that, the site is not bad.
There must be 75 reserved parking places here at $15.00 each... too many Yes a hotel.. hum. I don't know how nice it actually is The country pride restaurant is better and they take pride is their service I have always found parking here. But its $20.00 each night unless you spend $20.00 worth on property. Keep your receipts There has been violence here before so there is police presence here a lot.
Pretty good but the buffet could have more variety
Went during the late night....nice place
Pay to park rib off food was good and no one bugged me all night
Nice and clean great staff.
If you drive truck be aware that it's $15 to park overnight and if you park in reserve parking it's another $15 cash because they don't take debit or credit cards at the gate. TA/Petro's way of taking advantage of the trucking industry while getting rich doing it. Smh
Stayed here two weeks feels like home now
Service in restaurant was terrible. Showers were not available due to the kiosk not working. Trash cans in the parking lot were overflowing and trash was piled on the ground around them. This place is a dump.
The employees aren't the friendliest but the convenience store and restaurant are clean, prices well as can be expected high as usual. Paid parking is the reason for 3 stars mostly, got stuck here for more than 24hr so the going rate here is x 2 the daily rate as follows 2 hrs free $15 for 24 hrs or spend $20 in house or 60 gal fuel and the $15 is waved reserved parking will cost more not sure how much but that is charged on top of the $15 so if your a baller and can afford $30+ a night to park then those spots are for you.
This place is OK. Much like all TA's with about 1/3 of their parking set aside for reserved. Fuel island is small and a little difficult to get to. There is a fee to park but if you purchase fuel and spend a certain amount of money inside the store it comes out to being free. Laundry room is large with plenty of washers and dryers. Laundry is downstairs on the lower level where the showers are located. They have pool tables and ping pong, A couple drivers lounges (one on lower level and another on ground floor) small game room on ground floor as well, and they have motel rooms available. We ate a late lunch in the restaurant and our server Nicki was wonderful. (Extra star) Salad bar was fresh, hot food buffet looked ok. Suggestion: Maybe have two clerks in the store for break purposes. We went to the main store to purchase a drink around 7pm on Saturday evening, the clerk was nowhere to be found. Several customers were lined up waiting to pay with no employees present in the store. Went to the restaurant and asked what was going on and how do we check out, they paged over the intercom, a few minutes passed and the clerk finally came in from outside. There is also a strip mall with a few good restaurants one block down nehind the Ihop. There is an organic grocery store, Ollies outlet, Dollar Tree and a Goodwill. Blacklight mini golf too.
Don't buy milk there and definitely don't use the truck service there.. they had us waiting 13hours for a simple hose fix that only took 30min to put on..I had to tell them to come fix it after we say in the bay for 8 hours..I thought they might be busy but then I seen the workers just standing around smoking in the shop not doing anything for hours and that's when I said something.. and all there milk was expired..I took this pic on 2-4-19
I asked for a non smoking room. I went to room and dropped my stuff then went down to eat and hung out downstairs when I came back to the room I started smelling smoke. I went downstairs to let them know i think i had been issued a smoking room. She looked at my check in sheet and saw that I asked for a no smoking but was giving a smoking room but she said I had the room too long. There was nothing she could do even though there paperwork showed they messed up
needs a good cleaning!
Guard in parking lot rude n lazy
Basic amenities, good place to park or stop to fuel, shower, eat or take a break. Even get a make over; ( barbershop)
Food no good
Best buffet I ever had at a Country Pride or Iron Skillet. It was all laid out well and kept up. With lots of variety ranging from Chili mac to fried chicken with Asian cuisine in between. The desserts were delicious too.
Kinda expensive for everything. Staff was not the friendliest and was creepy sleeping there. All trucks running all night. Fights and maybe the police. 4 stars for easy in and out. Plus, we made it out alive and met a new friend we still contact.
Absolutely disgusting! How dare you charge us drivers for conditions like this. The millions upon millions you make a year and you have the nerve to present yourself with showers like this!!!
The Buffet was sparse. Paid parking. But pretty safe .
July 4th 2019,The shop is managed and worked this independence day by pathetic excuses as Authorized Freightliner representatives and a Mechanic who donesn't speak english well knows much less than I do about diesel trucks. All they want to do today is ride the clock and be indigenous examples of their own population base. Absolutely sorry sadsacks that waste time and $$$. I have no respect for people who carry themselves in a manner like this. Thanks for nothing! I won't ever revisit this location again. What a Joke. TA should address this and bring replacements for these individuals who behave more like prison inmates than customer service reps or repairmen. Today was an all time low after 24 years. Worst ive ever seen. A excuse for a mechanic who speaks broken english either doesn't care or pretends he doesn't know what hes doing. I wouldnt let them touch any of.my equipment. They should all.be parking lot attendants or cleaners of restrooms and sanitary technicians . They wont even address their own failed performance issues. They dont care. Please Corporate office of TA..address this situation. .these workers are giving you an image of less that that Patuxtant prison population across the street.
We stop here anytime we have to pickup or drop off a load here. The restaurant has very good food and service. The store on the other hand really needs to do something with the cashier that waited on me when we first got there which was before noon she was very rude I brushed it off and went out to the truck and later went back in cause needing something and hoping she was gone but needless to say there she was and rude as hell again. My thoughts when you have a cashier like that if you cant be nice to the customers then "y the hell are you in customer service"!! 11-15-18 8am-4pm.
Parking is available but better to reserve a spot if possible
Dont ever get repairs from this shop, they RIP you off by overcharging.
The people that work here are rude and very unprofessional the guy at the counter who waited on us had ear phones in and was listening to music and singing ( and not good at all. .... as Simon on American idol would say. " you just can't sing " it's a NO for me " ) and then the lady at the fuel desk was very rude and nasty everyone here was rude except for Mark in the restaurant he was very nice we will not stop here again...
Great location clean and curtious
I think this might be THE Worst truck stop in the US... The layout is horrible. Its tight, confusing and in need of new pavement. Matter of fact.. just throw the whole TS away and start from scratch
Trash all over. Restaurant service not friendly. Was a miserable 3 day stay.
Parking was not bad, another one of those give us your money or you pay for parking deals. Restaurant was not bad, service was good and chef knew how to cook a porterhouse. Getting to it in rush hour can be a real pain, But just follow the signs.
Nice clean just don't stop there for truck services they're under staffed, I waited 8 hours for PM service left with only a fuel filter change, just terrible.
The fuel island had accessible bathrooms, but not a wide variety of food. Guess you have to go over to the restaurant.
The dirtiest place I've ever been to! It was disgusting. I was stuck there for 2 days, and the same trash on the floor and blood on the toilet was there the whole time!!! The place shouldn't be so big if they cant keep in clean!
The paid parking sucks, the shop is slow and the work is often only patchwork at best until I can get somewhere else. Went inside to try to get a hot meal, everything was burnt AND raw at the same time. Not sure how you can burn a pancake and have it gooey on the inside. Not sure how you think raw potatoes slices are hashbrowns. Couldn't even chew chicken. Just overall the worst experience I've ever had at a truck stop. Including a picture, not sure how well it's done but the pancake is CRUNCHY and raw.
Very nice and clean very nice people
